Fantastic experience: I recently joined the East Canada 3 days tour. Peggy is a professional tour guide. Her knowledge about the history of Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City is so well. She explained each historical site right on the spots. She is also a care and well organized person. She is also fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin in such a way that no one missed what she said during the tour. Jack, the driver, is a gentleman who care our safety while we got on and off the bus. Jack is also energetic, drive well and know exactly the spots we were visiting. I really appreciated his endurance during the 3rd day as he had to drive so many hours from Quebec City back to Toronto. I like the sound system in the tour bus as it is so clear that we never missed a single word from Peggy !

Fantastic experience: Our family of four went on a three day trip to Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City in June. The itinerary was filled with places and activities that gave us a memorable experience. The hotel choices were excellent. The brand new added extra comfort to our journey. Peggy, our tour guide, was professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in taking care of all the details, giving us the highlights vividly of everywhere we went along the way, and spoke in three different languages fluently. Peggy made the entire trip coming alive, and she is the best tour guide I've seen so far. She made a difference in making this trip from good to excellent. Despite traffic conditions causing delays and detours in some places, Jack, our driver, was calm and patient making our journey safe,; and was able to take us to all the places in the itinerary. A reputable company, an excellent tour guide and a well-mannered driver had added further experience to our trip.

Fantastic experience: I joined the 7 days Maritime Mosaic Tour (PEI) travelling to New Brunswick、Nova Scotia、Prince Edward Island、St. John's、Moncton、Halifax、Ottawa、Montreal、Quebec. The whole trip was fascinating with beautiful weather and the sceneries were great sights to see, I strongly recommend this tour to anyone who has not visited the Maritime before. Our tour guide, Howard Hsieh, was very helpful in all aspects during the entire period of the tour. Despite the fact that we had a few demanding tour members, he showed his professionalism in handling the situation that made everyone happy and enjoyable to each destination. The bus driver, Howard, had demonstrated his impeccable driving skills making the entire bus ride smooth and safe. I would definitely revisit these places again and through Safeway as it is such a memorable trip to go.

Fantastic experience: 7 days Maritimes PEI tour. Bus is cramped, too many people too small seat and is full capacity! Overall the tour was great. Interesting visit, great food, well organized with fun places to visit. Howard is good with people and very entertaining! Chief driver Howard was great!! Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience with this tour service. The guide initially said we would be picked up at 7:00 PM, but at 6:40 PM, we were told to expect a 7:20 PM pickup instead. When 7:20 PM arrived, there was still no sign of the tour bus. At 7:28 PM, we received a message asking us to "standby," and we were finally picked up around 8:00 PM. This made us waste 40 minutes waiting outside for the tour bus. Additionally, the schedule was poorly arranged. We only had one hour for the buffet dinner, which was simply not enough time to enjoy the meal. When I tried to contact the guide, it took multiple attempts before anyone answered. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: 长周末我们参加了亚加华峡谷赏枫三日游，导游Andrian人非常nice,主导整个行程气氛轻松愉快。三天中大部分时间都在巴士跟火车上度过，稍微会有点累人，但火车沿途不时有些亮眼的美景，目的地大峡谷有安省较为少见的岩石高山，搭配碧水绿树及各色的红枫，景色宜人。回程sudbury到阿岗昆的沿途路两边大块岩石配色彩鲜艳的枫树景色很美。是一次愉快的旅行，谢谢泰安团队的良好服务！

Negative experience: 刚刚参加了泰安旅游组织的亚加华大峡谷火车赏枫三日游，很失望。 1. 我们原本报的团行程的第三天去蓬莱仙岛。约出发一周前才告诉我们这个团取消了，只好改成加拿大境内的团。 2. 这个赏枫团的主要目标就是到亚加华大峡谷看那漫山遍野的枫叶，但火车出现问题，半道返回，没有能到达Agawa Canyon Park。虽然火车公司全额退票款，可是搭进去的时间和精力全浪费了，非常失望。 3. 在Sudbury去了北方科技馆（$29）。个人觉得，旅行团不如改为去看看Sudbury城市的标志，大镍币，不收费还更适合大多数游客的兴趣。 4. 白求恩故居，房子在修缮，博物馆关门，只能在外面看看房子。

Yuen, 一行四人參加了今年8月13號的海洋省份9天團，現在對整個九天行程非常不合理的地方予以投訴： 一，首先是自付的餐費，6個午餐1個晚餐，總共收了CAD321元 。 1, 第一餐的自助餐，在餐廳的零售價格的標價是CAD23.5元。就算加上稅和20%的小費，也不需要CAD34元吧！？以後的每一餐，我們的觀察都是比餐廳的零售價都多收十幾至二十元之間⋯⋯ 2，在PEI的龍蝦大餐，最貴的一餐，上面多加了多少錢先不說，龍蝦肉煮的老的似橡皮筋，很難咬的動，何況對上了年紀的人，更加如此！ 除了咬不動的龍蝦和一小碗熱湯，全部是冰箱裡的冷食⋯⋯ 3，整團包四個早餐，有兩個早餐都是前一晚發的紙餐袋子，裡面有1個小果汁，1個小酸奶，1個小蘋果，1個小Muffin. 問題是有一次的Muffin小到只有小雞蛋那麼大，只比它大一點的青蘋果是酸澀的無法入口，第二天問團友他們也都說沒法吃，扔了⋯⋯ 4, 最後一天的行程是去大瀑布的一天。餐費，船票，加大銀幕的電影總共收了131元。其實一路查看每一個項目的零售價，都沒有這個數字⋯⋯ 下面附有每個餐廳導遊的收費，各位可以在網上查詢每家餐廳的零售價格！ 二，再就是住宿，我們參加的A團，交的費用當然是最高的，9天下來發現只有1天的住宿跟C團不一樣，其餘的沒有區別⋯⋯仔細看看行程，應該最少是2晚不同的。在Montréal 的那晚，我們A團應該住在Hyatt Place 而且包第二天的酒店早餐，但是導遊給我安排了住在了B和C團應該住的Sheraton Le Center，反而是B和C團的其他被安排去了Hyatt Place. 詢問導遊為什麼，第二天給我的回答是兩個酒店差不多，Hyatt只是好一點點而已⋯⋯請問這是公司的安排還是導遊的各人行為？ 總之，本人聲明，投訴不針對導遊各人，只是要求泰安旅遊公司給予解釋，並給予不合理部分的退款，但是泰安公司的回覆是他們沒有任何錯，收費合理！ 希望各位不要再受蒙蔽，自己付餐費，或者另選其他旅行社的行程，因為貨不對版！
