Fantastic experience: I booked the taxi service in advance to take my 3 residents from their RPA to another one. We had our driver on time, smiling, understanding, and very patient. (One of our residents was a bit late) The trip seemed to go very well. I booked the same service for the return journey. Nothing to complain about, it was perfect! I admit that I was a bit apprehensive when seeing the comments, knowing that I was sending my 3 residents for an outing where we couldn't afford to be late. And I am really very satisfied to have ultimately trusted the driver I contacted. Thank you so much. I am sure to use the service again :)

Negative experience: Not even able to take 1 address repeated I don't know how many times address and school. Afterwards, you wait an eternity.... Because supposedly they look for it instead of calling, and when you call to know where they are, they explain to you that they were looking for it. I was outside, no vehicle, and when they arrive, no information that it's a taxi. I strongly advise against it.

Positive experience: I called to unlock my car door, the taxi arrived 10 minutes after the call and managed to get my keys from the car after about 3 minutes! $35 quick and good

Negative experience: We waited 1 hour only to call back to see where he was, and then the guy tells us that we didn't 'confirm' our taxi. The worst part is that we just wanted to unlock our doors. In the end, it took us 2 hours only to be told that they don't accept debit since they didn't have the machine. Couldn't you tell us that when we called?! And it's not over, the guy on the phone tells us it's $35 to pay, and the little damn driver tells us it's $45... Get your prices straight, please. I will never call again.

Negative experience: Ride was fine, but it cost me twice as much as the fair I paid to get to where I wanted to be.
