Nicole is so patient, kind and thorough and never once have I felt as though I was bothering her with questions or concerns. The communication has been A+++ and she's already to go above and beyond to solve an issue. I'm so happy my sister in law found you because you have no idea how much you've really helped me, especially being on the verge of giving up and cancelling my entire trip, all because I couldn't find good rates for my group of less then 10 people. Fantastic experience: We booked a trip with selloff to DR. Our travel agent was Ashley Stamp. She was great. Showed us all available options with links to all necessary information. Then 10 days before we left the resort where we were booked at was having a gastro outbreak. Ashley rebooked our flights and moved us to another resort in DR. Ashley did a great job making sure were taken care of. I highly recommend Ashley and Selloff. Using Selloff vacation travel agents will be my go to for my next trip from now on. Great job!!!!

Fantastic experience: Hello Sell off Vacations! I would like to write a review for Nicole Rosemarie located in office of 31 Fasken Drive, Etobicoke (Toronto). She is one of the most fabulous agents I have ever dealt with in customer service in a very long time. Especially with call volumes now being so high. I have used Sell off Vacations for a last 18 years. This was the best experience I have had over the phone! I normally just book online but I was planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta with my mother and thought it would be best to call with making sure booking goes well and answer my questions. Nicole even contacted West Jet directly to find me the best seats and booked everything with my flights also!! She spent an hour on call with me establishing very good report and very personable. She seemed very genuine on call. My tripped was booked with ease and no hassles! Unfortunately we were stranded in Mexico due to Westjet strikes on June 30th/24. When I got home, a week later....Nicole called me to advise Westjet will be refunding my money back onto my credit card and gave me a very accurate timeline as she called them separately with me on hold-to answer all my questions. Due to stress-and all the charges on my credit card from cancelling flights and longer hotel stay-I did not see my refund!! I emailed Nicole and she even answered me while she was on vacation! She called them many times-as there were long hold times-and discovered it was refunded beginning of July - I had just missed it and I could not apologize more for not seeing that on my credit card. She genuinely cares about people and understands the stresses of flight cancellations and took the time and effort to call me-to make sure I received what was entitled. Not to mention how many times she called Westjet on my behalf for me!! She is a wonderful person-genuine and helped me with every step From the very beginning and did not abandon me when flights were cancelled. I hope this gets to right office! I want to give her a HUGE shout out! She is wonderful. People like her are hard to find! A true Gem :) XO

Fantastic experience: We used Kristina services last winter 2024. We had a group of 14. Traveled to Samana, Dominican Republic for 2 fabulous weeks. Staying at the Bahia Principe Grand El Portillo. I great resort. Kristina went out of her way to meet our needs, if we had questions or concerns, she answered promptly in e-mail or phone calls, gave helpful information. We are already reached out, picking our next winter holiday for 2025. Darla I have no idea why my daughter's names is popping up.

Negative experience: EDIT: Closer to the date of our travels, it became a nightmare dealing with Kristina Mifsud. I would constantly have to send follow-up emails days later as she never responded... Every time I would call, she would say "I was just about to call you" then make me wait 10+ Minutes on hold... When it came to price adjustments due to the trip being cheaper, it was a nightmare to deal with even with the cancellation insurance. Overall, I will NEVER book with Selloffvacations... And if you do, I would stay clear of Kristina. The start was great, but it just went downhill from there. ---------------- I've been working with Kristina Lianne (Mifsud) Serra and WOW! She has been incredibly amazing. I usually book my vacations on my own, but this time tried to see what SelloffVacations would offer, and I'm so glad I did! Kristina is so knowledgeable on every resort I throw at her. When I was sure I knew which direction I wanted to go, she would give me all the inside scoop on the property. She even went as far as sending me satellite pictures of the properties. I highly recommend people connect with Kristina when looking to book a vacation. She has been a dream to work with! So excited for our upcoming trip!

Negative experience: We have had a bad experience with Pam Ramlochan, and I would not recommend her to anyone. She booked our family trip of 14 to Dominican in April. My father was the person she was in contact with for booking our trip, and the information that was sent was inaccurate. When I questioned it, she got upset and said she would rather deal with my father. I believe that when you are booking a trip and have questions, they should be answered. You want to be peace of mind, not worried that something will go wrong during the day of travel. Another reason I wouldn't recommend her is that she sent the e documents and never followed up if they were recieved, she just left and went on vacation. Closer to our trip, I got worried and called Sell Off to follow up and got the documents resent. The next time we will definitely be using another travel agent to book our trip.

Negative experience: I went through a man named Cecil. There were issues at the resort where our room was downgraded, and not only that we didn’t have water in it for two days or a working phone to call front desk. There were some other issues as well, but these were the main ones. The man I booked with “Cecil Roche” has not helped in anyway to resolve this situation. I booked and went on my vacation last October and I am still waiting for some resolve. I have now booked another trip, however I did not use the person I booked with before. Fingers crossed all works out.

Negative experience: Truro, NS location THEY SHARED MY NAME, FLIGHT INFO AND BOOKING NUMBER WITH STRANGERS! They see no problem with this and will continue to do so. They can’t even tell me what you pay them to do, go ahead and ask. They’ll say some crap like if things go wrong you can contact them. Guess what, you can’t. They tell you it’s not their problem. Be sure not to do any business on the phone. Keep a paper trail. Houry is useless and doesn’t respond, then ponds you off to another company. Was very helpful, was very responsive at first. Once we put our deposit on we have had basically no response from her. We are two weeks away from leaving and she has yet to schedule anything besides the flight and hotel we asked her too. My parents offered to pay for an upgrade, she suggested that we use the money elsewhere because sense its our honeymoon theyll likely upgrade us. Im hesitant to believe she did anything other then hit the book button. She doesn't answer emails, if she does answer its days later with no reason why shes never responding. At this point i would have just used google to book my honeymoon. **old review** We had the pleasure of having Gyl help us book our honey moon. We spoke earlier this morning over the phone at which time we discussed and calculated the best pricing for booking our family of 12 vacation for the end of January. She kindly gave me her email to communicate with her as she realized she would be kept very busy on the phones with it being the day before Black Friday with inquiries and bookings. Less than 10 minutes before she was to be done for the day Pam returned my call and was willing to discuss and answer more questions about my many different inquiries and then offered to stay late to complete our families booking. After some complications she experienced at her end concerning not being able to book our whole family at once and after contacting someone else that was a new employee we finally completed the booking but it was now nearly 2 hours after her day was supposed to end! She was so pleasant during the whole time and laughed and chatted with me as we worked on getting it all finalized and booked as per all our needs and requests. She was amazing and extremely excellent at her job… especially in customer service!!!

Negative experience: I used to use selloffvacation frequently for traveling with my wife. As of late I have noticed they no longer offer "last minute" vacations from grande prairie? This is unfortunate as we love the deals and cant understand why they removed it from GP. I now use other website to book holidays. As a frequent traveller I would love to come back to S.O.V and book if they begin offering deals from Grande Prairie Alberta. Thank you so much. Dog.

Negative experience: I would like to leave a review for SellOfVacations and the Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine hotel in particular. Firstly, when registering a tour, the site froze at the time of payment and the money was withdrawn, but no confirmation of the reservation was received. After this, there were several hours of calls with different agent sites, after which we booked the same tour and paid the same price. As it turned out later, the tour was booked twice :) We were promised that one of the tours would be canceled and we would get a refund for one of the tours. As a result, 5 days have already passed, but still no returns. Getting through to SellOfVacations agents is a real issue. They transfer the call to each other and no one answers for anything in the end. Next, I would like to share my impressions of the hotel Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine. We came here to celebrate our honeymoon but were very disappointed. From the first day here we have been very unhappy (it was really dirty in rooms, dirty towels, huge amount of insects even in bed, bad food with flies on it and etc.) I would like to note right away that the hotel represented as a five-star hotel, so I would like to expect appropriate quality and service, and not what we encountered. I can’t find words how to describe the disappointment from this your agency SellOfVacations hotel and vacation, which cannot even be called a vacation.. According to our impressions, this hotel corresponds to a maximum of 2.5-3 stars. We expected something completely different for our honeymoon...

Fantastic experience: Carol Starr Taylor was so helpful straightening out our 2 bookings. She helped us book all our seats together and noticed a typo on our booking (made by me) and she fixed it all up. She had lots of information on helping us insure us all with medical. She was 100% awesome.
