Fantastic experience: Harry and ND was great at service.

Negative experience: Borgata location was not good. 30 min drive from lake. Room was very hot. Loud A/C. Not enough chairs for 4 people. Dirty rooms. Not enough sheets. Way overpriced for the experience. Avoid

Fantastic experience: The staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. It is located right by the airport so that is convenient if you are flying in, but it is a bit far north of the downtown Kelowna area, but Kelowna is so spread out, that’s the nature of the city.

Fantastic experience: Great room, great location. Well stocked, easy checkin and checkout.

Positive experience: Was actually really disappointed with our stay. The rooms are clean but dated. The customer service was good in respect that communication was clear and we were asked if everything was ok, so can’t fault that. But…. It’s basically a condo that’s been cut in half and made into a hotel room. It is dated, the beds only somewhat comfortable, and the room small for the price paid. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay again or recommend.

Positive experience: Place was very basic and pretty dated. Nothing memorable. Needed to ask for coffee. Upper bathroom sink took forever to drain and also lower bathroom sink was slow to drain. Charged and extra $20 for ‘stained’ facecloth and towel-maybe if the sink worked we could have washed properly and not stained the towel and facecloth. I have white towels and facecloths at home and have never had an issue getting any stains out. Not notified of charge until seen on Visa and called to ask about it. Not impressed especially after paying $100 for housecleaning and we left the place very clean.

Fantastic experience: Great spot, nice and quiet, cool little patio overlooking the golf course. Everything we needed. Actual staff at check in which was also great.

Fantastic experience: Felt like a home away from home, bed was super comfortable and very quiet. Kitchen was huge and had all the dishes needed to cook. View was amazing and the staff was very helpful and sweet, the only problem I encountered was the toilet being bit shaking and the tub took sweet time to drain, other than that everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back next time.

Fantastic experience: It was all we need it. Big and equipped kitchen, pool for the kid. We enjoy our stay in Kelowna. The condo was clean and easy check-in.

Fantastic experience: Good place to stay.

Positive experience: This place was very central, everything was close or within reasonable driving distance which is rare in the Okanagan. However, you can tell the owners our very little effort into keeping the place. It's very dated, nothing stood out, the sofas were extremely old and dirty to the eye, the one double bed was ok, very small but ok. The dryer had a lot of lint in it, I did a load and it barely left any lint which tells me it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. Nice place, lots of potential with just some sprucing up, and great location and pool area. They didn't reply to me the first night but it was a mix up of the phone # we were supposed to use as per the emails and such.

Fantastic experience: Room is clean and spacious, with a nice kitchen.2 full washroom, 2 qiueen beds and 2 roll away beds are good enough for 5 people.

Negative experience: The unit was quite damaged, the shower diverter didn't work and the tub spout itself was steadily leaking. The other shower had very little to no water pressure. The fridge freezer had a layer of ice mixed with dirt and twigs that we had to try to clear out. The ceiling fan in one of the rooms was extremely loose and would bang around when on. There was no indication that the pool was going to closed at this time of the visit (Mid-May in 30 degree weather). Would not personal return or recommend to friends and family.

Negative experience: I wouldn't book with Vacations Kelowna again, even if that meant never going on vacation for the rest of my life. Three of us rented a 3 bedroom condo in Pinnacle Point for a 3 night stay. We golfed in Vernon that day and got back to Kelowna late, but we had phoned ahead with plenty of time to ensure we could check-in late and that wouldn't be a problem. We were told it wasn't an issue and we were welcome to check-in on arrival, and to please see the email sent regarding check-in procedures. It wasn't until we showed up and read the email that we realized nothing in the message made sense. We had no defined address, the lockbox we were looking for seemingly didn't exist, and we didn't have anyone to talk to. We spent over 2 hours walking around. I opened google maps and noticed that Vacations Kelowna has an office at another building. We walked over and found an emergency number on a sign, and my friend that booked the room called the number to ask for help. He was answered by an extremely rude employee who told us he wouldn't help direct us to our room because it wasn't an actual emergency. This is when I glanced over at a column several feet away from the door and noticed a row of lockboxes. Wow, we just happened to stumble upon this almost by accident. Finally, our call to the emergency line was answered by a manager where she doubled-down by being rude again and telling us that it was our problem we couldn't get in. By that time we already put the pieces together and figured it out ourselves. Too little, too late. An apology would have saved this review from ever coming out, but I certainly have never got one. If the damn email just would have said to go to the office located at the Borgata, and look for the lockbox with your name on it on the column to the left of the entrance, then take the key up to Pinnacle Point at 1875 Country Club Drive, we would have found the room much sooner. Instead we were never given an address (they called it the #1000 block, NOT 1875 COUNTRY CLUB DRIVE) , never actually told what room we were in (UNTIL WE FOUND THE KEY! ROOM # WAS ON THE ENVELOPE AND KEY FOB), and never treated with dignity when we called and asked for help. We were never trying to be rude or belligerent. We just wanted clearer directions to find our room.

Positive experience: Very efficient. All bookings for accommodations and golfing were very well organized. Great service. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our family finished a week long vacation and stayed in a three bedroom condo. The location was great and the service was professional. Having a BBQ on the patio is a must in the summer and the pool was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive experience: The location was great right on the golf course. It was a bit far if downtown Kelowna is where you want to be, but we didn’t mind the short drive in and out. The rooms are a bit dated and the towels could be more plush, but it was clean and it was nice having the kitchen. The beds were small so sharing was a bit uncomfortable. They would be fine for a family. The service was prompt when we needed anything. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: Great place to stay. There is a nice store right at the hotel, and the accommodations are very convenient. It's and old building but the managers have kept it modern where possible. The front staff were also very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Vacations Kelowna was outstanding! We are local, although we had an unfortunate experience that entailed a plumbing back up; our Tennant was displaced until the repairs were complete. We had great communication over the duration of this displacement and they were very accommodating to arrange all aspects required. The suites provided were very clean, & the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all your vacation/local rental needs!

Positive experience: We booked units 2404 and 2312. Unit 2404 is more updated, with laminated floors and better furniture compared to room 2312 which is carpeted and with older furniture. The stay is great, very nice surroundings, close to amenities. A bit far from Okanagan lake but has other points of interest nearby (eg. Kangaroo Farm) But that is ok, it is nice to drive around anyway. Very close to Okanagan golf course, we played! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Negative experience: Not the nicest room was laden with cigarette smoke odor.

Negative experience: Unit 2312 should not be a vacation rental unit. Carpets and furniture are so worn and stained. Linoleum tiles are all water damaged, discoloured and peeling back in main bathroom so dirty bath mat covered in hair was strategically placed over them to try and hide it. No amenities in the unit like beach towels, ice cube tray etc. Both tiny wall mounted hairdryers did not work. Hair in the master bed when pulled back the sheets to get in for the night as well as a drool stained pillow. Baseboards and under bed not vacuumed. Just a really disappointing unit for the price. Only thing going for it was beautiful surroundings, close to airport, lake country and golf courses. Don’t know what other units they rent are like but this one was not why we had expected!

Positive experience: Very accommodating regarding parking. A little slow to react to no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. However, got the fill valve replaced quickly. Easy trip to plan at a moments notice.
