Negative experience: Unfortunately, our experience with this travel agency was disappointing. They miscommunicated the change and refund penalties on our flights, which led to unexpected charges when we needed to adjust our booking. We were initially told one thing, only to find out later that the penalties were far more costly than we were led to believe. This lack of transparency added a lot of stress to our travel planning, and we felt unsupported throughout the process. We hope they can improve communication and provide clearer information to future customers. Wouldn’t recommend them.

But when we told them to change the dates of our tickets they just behave rudely with us and refuse to do that even we told them to change our ticket dates almost 2 months before but they refuse to do everything . Like we got worst customer service from them. They just want to take the money out from people pocket . I hardly recommend everyone to not book theri tickets from them
