Negative experience: Had a CAA branded flat deck truck (with Bilal Towing Inc decals on the hood) parked out in front of my home this morning, while the driver decided to walk out and sit on my private dock. When I advised him that the dock was private and that he should move along, he became very rude and ignorant. He’s lucky he didn’t take a swim. No one in my neighborhood called for service…the driver simply decided it was a great spot to remove his shoes to take a break and chat on his phone. One thumbs down for being inconsiderate of private property, and a second thumbs down for being ignorant and rude. CAA should be vetting their contractors and not tolerating this nonsense. Two thumbs down, way down!!

Negative experience: Car broke down at 11:25pm called and paid double for the membership and needing the service the same day waited until 1:20am called 3 times they kept saying they are letting dispatch know and our saftey is their priority? We ended up having to leave the car in a neighborhood we didn't know and pay for our own urber home because CAA let us down and not once did they try to make it up to us.

Negative experience: Poor customer service at this location. Man answering the phone is very unpersonable. The ladies in the membership services aren't any better. If you're a member you're passport pictures are free but you're better off paying somewhere else as the effort from the staff is minimal and actually felt like it was their least favorite part of their job.

Fantastic experience: They are very helpful. We did our passport photos in less than 5 minutes here. This is a great location with great staff members.

Negative experience: their employees sit around all day in the Circle K parking lot giving the stink eye to all the customers, which is bad for their business. What a bunch of unprofessional goofs.

Negative experience: My elderly mother and I went in to look at luggage. The staff at the front desk were busy assisting other customers. The other two just sat at their desk. They did not acknowledge our existence...never mind smile, say good morning or offer any sort of assistance. They were not on the phone, or assisting any other customers. We wandered around for several minutes.... nothing. CAA is very poorly represented with this location.

Positive experience: The guy at the counter wasn't a lot of help, he didn't explain the packages very well, and had no clue what the RV package ACTUALLY covered. I ended out getting a membership anyways, but not thanks to his help.

Negative experience: I went to get my passport picture. I realize that it would be a mug shot but it was worst than that. I ask if I could retake it and was told that I had to pay again...no thank you, especially not by that guy (wish I would of ask his name)

Fantastic experience: I had a telephone consultation with Mitaly, which lasted almost an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with my questions. I would highly recommend Mitaly for all of your travel needs!

Negative experience: My daughter was going for her road test for g2. Without asking me if she passed which she did not they doubled my insurance. I called them and not so politely canceled my insurance with them in June. I went to a different insurance company in June of 21. Now 2 years later I find not only did they try to stick it to me regarding my daughter but then after I canceled they stuck it to me again and claimed in September 2022 that they canceled due to non payment. Now my insurance is jacked up because of it. But they are insurance agents. They can lie cheat and steal and get away with it. They should change their name from CAA to Dewy Cheetim and Howe.

Fantastic experience: Very happy dealing with Sandra for my home and auto insurance needs. I was in the process of selling and buying multiple vehicles in a short time span and bombarded her with questions and requests for quotes and she always got back to me promptly and politely. She was also very great to deal with when it came to answering my questions about different levels of coverage and I would recommend her to anytime looking for insurance.

Positive experience: What a pain to cancel your membership and stop automatic payment. You cannot cancel digitally, you have to speak with a representative. The representative then interrogates you (supposedly for security reasons). Finally after about 8 minutes of this, I finally received a numbered confirmation of cancellation. In fairness to CAA, their service while a member was exceptional. Being seniors, we found we were not using their offered services any longer. Cancellation should not be such a hassle.

Fantastic experience: Great parking. They had three people working and my wait was only a few minutes. The person who helped me was very pleasant and had exactly what I needed. The lady in the travel department was also very good - very helpful, I did not feel rushed and knew exactly what I needed. Overall, a great experience.
Fantastic experience: We were with another company for over 25 years before we switched and couldn't be happier. The Sarnia branch has gone up and beyond for us helping us with everything from finding accommodations when needed and various other things as well as our coverage for our vehicles.

Positive experience: There isn't much to say about this place that people don't already know. They're essentially an insurance company that has a travel agency and sells Nick knacks. They also give you discounts on top of the insurance. The service has been fine ever time I've been in to renew.
