Negative experience: big fat SCAM. They completely overcharge you because of these "benefits" they promise. apply for the nexus yourself online. you don't need their help. They promised it to be a quicker process and it took me 2 years to get it. They promised me a 7 night free stay at any hotel in the world and that was a sham. << this was promised to you after leaving a good review so keep that in mind when reading these reviews. They're made by people who havent noticed they've been screwed over yet but they'll see. Anyway you guys are messed up and I don't know how you're allowed to be in business :)

Fantastic experience: Despite the lengthy time it took to process my application and wondering if it would ever happen ( 11/2 yrs) every time I called to get an update I was treated with kindness, understanding and reassurance by everyone I spoke to. I have received the letter stating my application has been processed and now have my appointment date and am looking forward to having my card!

Positive experience: I started this process in October 2023. they sent me the application for signature and charged $497 US then did not hear from them until I called Feb 2024, no answer, so I emailed them got an answer but said they needed my employers phone number, although I advised them I was retired. When I asked why it took so long to advise me they needed that. Could not reply. Then still no contact until August 2024 at which time I was told I had a conditional approval and then was told I could get an appointment with US Customs in Niagara Falls USA for November 2024. I find the employees, when I could get one were very cordial. I am not impressed by this process for the cost I paid but hopefully I can get my card after my interview in Nov. Thank you Sasha
