Negative experience: My family recently joined a 3-day, 2-night trip to Montreal and Quebec with Tian Bao. While our driver, Michael, was professional, I regret to say that our tour guide, Yasmin, did not meet the same standard. Yasmin's time management was particularly lacking. After our first night at Comfort Inn, she instructed us to leave the hotel by 7 AM. However, the hotel restaurant opened at 6:30 AM and had seating for only about 15 guests. With over 30 people in our group, many members struggled to find a seat, and Yasmin provided no assistance. It would have been more considerate for her to coordinate with the restaurant in advance to ensure everyone had adequate time and space for breakfast given the limited capacity. Additionally, our group waited over 20 minutes for Yasmin to locate the entrance to the Ice Hotel. It is her responsibility to be prepared and not keep the group waiting. Furthermore, despite the limited time we had for sightseeing because of her fault, group members were queuing for photos. Instead of assisting, she occupied prime spots and asked others to take pictures of her alone, even going so far as to criticize the quality of the photos and request retakes. This behavior was quite ridiculous. Moreover, I accidentally left my gloves on the coach overnight and asked Yasmin if anyone had found them. Without any investigation, she immediately dismissed my inquiry, stating that no one had reported finding them. Overall, while the trip had its highlights, Yasmin's lack of professionalism and support significantly impacted our experience. I cannot recommend Tian Bao with Yasmin as the tour guide.

Fantastic experience: Going to Cuba for Christmas during the coldest time in Toronto was the best decision. Linda, the tour guide from Tianbao Travel Agency, speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish. She is enthusiastic, lively, and provides thoughtful and attentive service. She is the best tour guide I’ve ever encountered.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time signing up for a travel group at Tianbao, participating in the eight-day trip to Cuba. The overall experience was excellent. The guide, Linda, was very responsible and attentive. She provided clear introductions at each attraction. The free time was reasonably arranged, not too long and not too short, catering to everyone’s needs. If you are interested in old buildings and vintage cars, I definitely recommend you come and visit.

Fantastic experience: During this trip to Ontario, I was delighted not only to enjoy the beautiful scenery but also to meet such an efficient and responsible guide like Benjamin! The silent yet deafeningly resonant history of Ottawa's City Hall and museum, the church overlooking Montreal, and the ancient, melodious bells of Quebec Castle, combined with Ben's immersive explanations, made us feel like characters in a documentary film! Fantastic experience: I took my parents on a 5-day trip to Eastern Canada from October 8 to October 12. The itinerary was well-organized, especially the last day at Niagara Falls which left a deep impression on my parents. On that day, our guide James Lu took us to the falls, taking special care of the elderly, providing us with important reminders. The itinerary was reasonable, and the photo spots were great, which made my parents particularly satisfied. Thank you, guide Lu, for your care throughout the journey.

Fantastic experience: I participated in the three-day tour of Tianbao Travel to see the maple leaves in Ontario. The main attraction was the Emerald Lake Resort. The tour leader, Benjamin, took great care of the group throughout the trip. He provided detailed explanations of the attractions and related historical information. He managed the time perfectly, making the journey smooth and enjoyable. The driver, Michael Li, had a tough job driving long distances, and I especially want to thank him for his safe and comfortable service.

Fantastic experience: Participated in the 7-Day Classic Tour of the Maritime Provinces, departing from Toronto on September 28, 2024, guided by Mr. Paul Li. 1. The itinerary was smooth (restroom breaks, sightseeing, meals), well-organized. The tour guide was humorous and conveyed information just right. Along the way, he was enthusiastic and responsible in helping to solve issues with tourists' injuries, illnesses, and lost items. 2. The meals were very well arranged (optional package meals); except for the first and last meals at the buffet (the same restaurant) which were of average quality, the other meal restaurants had very good dishes and were worth the money. 3. The driver, Ben, is highly skilled, drives steadily, and provides good service. In summary, thank you.

Fantastic experience: On the 8th and 9th, I joined the Tian Bao East Coast five-day tour to the United States. I was a bit nervous about traveling with a group for the first time, but the professional, detailed, and warm service from our guide Leo Yu made these five days very memorable: the tight itinerary, different cities, rich group meals, beautiful scenery, and Leo's explanations on history, geography, culture, and landscapes throughout the journey were very rewarding. I would love to travel with Tian Bao again if the opportunity arises.

Positive experience: The trip was good, no major issues. Leo Yu has been good as well, knows the job. However, few areas to improve - be impartial to all nationalities. Rooms with good views were allocated to a specific nationality. When questioned on this, Leo said bluntly he doesn't want to talk. Also, he explains a lot in Chinese but a few in English. If you want to attract all nationalities, treat everybody equally.

Fantastic experience: I participated in a four-day tour of Eastern Canada, and the itinerary was very rich and well organized. We visited Thousand Islands Lake, Upper Canada Village, Old Montreal, St. Joseph's Oratory, Old Quebec, Mount Royal Pavilion, and the Canadian War Museum and Canadian Museum of History. The scenery was extremely beautiful, and the tour guide Leo Yu was very professional with a wealth of knowledge about Canadian history and culture. He provided detailed introductions to each attraction, like a walking encyclopedia! The driver Jayman was very responsible and polite, with excellent driving skills. I had a fulfilling holiday and was extremely satisfied!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing trip to the east side of canada, had a very good time discovering the sculptures and buildings and everything. Our tour guide, Leo was very caring, and was very straight forward explaining the history of the churches and the sights that we saw. He also took very good care of the my grandparents and was very nice to all the seniors in the group.
