Fantastic experience: We made a last minute decision to cancel our big bus tour with a well known company and book this private tour for our party of 5 instead. We are so glad we made this choice. It all started with a very smooth pickup from our hotel (with some notifications via WhatsApp that made communication easy) and a very nice, cushy vehicle. Our guide Kanga did a great job keeping us engaged, efficient, etc. We had a good mix of free time and quick photo stops and felt like this was really the best way to experience Niagara and surrounding areas.

There were 5 of us plus a collapsible wheelchair and it was still spacious. He took us through a few small towns and we stopped for a few purchases. Overall, our family really enjoyed it and recommend the tour!

Fantastic experience: I went on this tour on Monday the 9th of September 2024. Gotham, our tour guide was very professional and so friendly and genuine. He always made sure we were doing well and understood all the plans for the day. He bought some complimentary hot cocoa for us after our visit to the boat ride. He even made sure I had a way to charge my phone since I accidentally left a cord to my charging bank at the hotel. He picked us up and brought us all back to our hotel right on time. Fantastic experience: We booked the private tour to Niagara falls, and it was excellent. Our driver Sam went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. He made the car rides enjoyable by telling little facts or anecdotes about the places we would be visiting, and had plenty of recommendations for us to customize the trip to our needs. We were traveling with a baby, so flexibility was important, and Sam made sure we never felt like we were rushing from place to place, while still getting us everywhere in time, including feeding and diaper change breaks. While we were planning our vacation we were doubting whether to rent a car and go by ourselves or book a private tour, and we're very happy we went with the private tour. I highly recommend it.

Ajay was our Tour guide and driver it was an amazing day we started from Union station, first stop was Maple Syrup tasting, Ajay was very informative gave us a history lesson throughout about the 5 lakes and border crossings with USA. Karthik and Ajay organised us a buffet lunch at the sheraton with front row views to the falls and also a very affordable Heli tour of $150 which is much better than spending money on a boat or zip line. I wanted to fly my drone but the heli tour was even better. I also enjoyed Niagara lakes town tour. Thank you so much Karthik and AJay for looking after us I will highly recommend you to my network here in Australia.

Fantastic experience: Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) had a truly wonderful day touring the Niagara region with tour guide extroadinnare, Gorav. His kindness, in-depth knowledge of Canadian history, and Ontario attractions, led our family to conclude that he was one of the best guides we have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. We started the tour with a stop at Niagara on the Lake. Gorav gave us the best recommendations of where and what to eat, while we strolled through the idyllic main street filled with shops and food establishments. After that, we were able to cross off the Niagara Falls from our family bucket list, while avoiding the tourist traps. If you visit the city of Toronto, have time for a day excursion, and like to learn about the history of where you travel, we highly recommend this tour company and especially Gorav.

Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous trip to Niagara with King Tours and our driver/guide AJ was so helpful, friendly, patient, informative and made the day extra special.

Negative experience: Several years I booked the trip to Niagara outlets, the driver directly drove to Niagara Falls without a stop and asked me to call a taxi to outlets. I called the company and they said they would investigate. After several mins, they phone me back and said the people sitting beside me said I was wearing earphone, that’s why I missed the driver’s announcement. At the time, I even didn’t bring an earphone with me. The company is a liar and made me feel really disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I booked this tour for my birthday weekend and I was not disappointed. Felix was our guide and he was very informative and funny. We stopped at the Niagara on the lake, then we had lunch, and after lunch we arrived at the Niagara Falls. Felix was explaining some of the scenery that we were driving by. I t was a foggy day and I thought I wasn't going to see the Falls but we did. In fact Felix had advised that we should have a short window where the fog will go away and so it was. I would definitely book again.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent guide! Felix was the best! He made this long trip entertaining. He told us fun facts, history about Toronto buildings and city all the time. He even made 2 stops before the falls. The first one was amazing! That town was spectacular. He helped us booked for an attraction, he picked us up all the time! We got lot of cool pics! (He stopped for scenic views)! He’s the best! I wouldn’t doubt about taking this tour again. Felix works on Saturdays, I truly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: a spectacular waterfall in the Niagara River It is the combination of height and water flow that makes Niagara Falls so beautiful. Magnificent, powerful, beautiful, awesome, stunning, surreal, and hypnotic. Any of these adjectives could describe Niagara Falls All three of the waterfalls are unique and have their own beauty. Water from four of the five great lakes (Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron and Lake Erie) passes over the falls and goes into Lake Ontario, then through the St. Lawrence River and into the Atlantic Ocean. thank you Gotham and Driver for guide us,

Fantastic experience: Our tour guide “Sam” was amazing. He was prompt, informative, funny , helpful. We loved Niagara Falls and the Wine Tour. He deserves more than 5 stars. Best tour ever!
