Fantastic experience: Great customer service from CAA staff.

Fantastic experience: Went there for an IDP, in and out in 2 minutes. Very quick and efficient. Bring 2 photographs, Drivers’s License with you and they charge $31 for 1 year IDP. If you are looking for an IDP, visit this store. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to deal with Andrea B for renewal of an auto policy, the process was smooth, she was patient, took the time to understand my file, addressed the issues and provided a quote that was fair considering the general market. It was refreshing to deal with a professional who took the time to understand the file. The service was excellent and would highly recommend contacting her for any of your insurance requirements.

Negative experience: Do not purchase a battery from caa. Get it from Costco or elsewhere. The service staff they send to your car are only useful for towing and a boost to your car. They will breadcrumb you with details. Battery warranty is for 6 years, however here is the catch. If there parasitic service staff can restart the battery, they will not replace the battery. The funny part is the caa staff on the phone made it clear that their staff aren't mechanics. If you want the faulty batteries they sell, you need to have a video or paper documentation from a mechanic supporting that claim. Update 1 - caa responded to my Google review telling me to send an email. That's rich considering I sent an email two days ago and have not received a response.

Negative experience: This company has no communication, I called to get my motorcycle towed because my key fob broke in my seat when I went to open it causing me not to be able to start my bike OR OPEN MY SEAT to get my LICENSE AND REGISTRATION, which I specifically let dispatch know over the phone, once the tow truck gets here, he is in a bad mood asking for my papers and telling me he won’t take my motorcycle until I show him my license. THIS MEMBERSHIP IS USELESS.

Fantastic experience: Great price and great service for passport photos! I called before visiting to ask a few questions and the person who answered was very helpful and friendly. It was my first time at this location in Brampton - conveniently located at Queen & just east of Airport Road. The store is bright and clean with a variety of travel items, including purses, luggage, and more. I arrived around 12:45 p.m. (Thursday), and thankfully there was not a line. Kelly was very friendly and processed the payment quickly ($8.95 + tax for CAA Basic Members). She took a few photos and helped me pick the best one, which was nice as this photo will last 10 years! Thanks Kelly! :) Will definitely visit for more travel needs!

Fantastic experience: My first experience in a CAA store after many many years of being a member. I went in for the free passport pictures that come with the membership and the whole experience was a good one. I had to wait in queue for about 5-10 min or so, but then it literally took about 5 min to get the pictures taken and received. There are lots and lots of useful and discounted products like luggage, locks and all sorts of travel related things. Definitely worth checking out! The staff seemed very pleasant and helpful as well, which was great to see.

Fantastic experience: Visited CAA store today to get travel insurance, international drivers license as well as power adaptors for my trip next month, Dealt with Christine Sears for the second time. She was very helpful and pleasant . I will definitely look out for her next time I visit.

Negative experience: Literally the worst company to deal with when it's time for them to pay you in case of an accident or car theft ! .. Mat Car was my adjuster and no matter how much I'd call, leave msgs or email this guy would not get back to me . Till after 1 month & half then I finally got through to someone else who was able to respond to my concerns ! Caa are great when they want your money... the minute money has to come from them.. they'll finish you ... not forgetting I was left to pay for my rental because they prolonged the case !

Negative experience: Ref# 5350 Parul- I misplaced my spare tire and I requested to change my winter tire so i can fix it tomorrow. The guy who came refused to help me and agent said took a day off or pay your taxi fees. The issue is spare tire is less safer than winter tire and it wont impact for a day.

Fantastic experience: Not sure which location but Roustam with falcon towing was amazing he made it quick and super easy and was very very friendly 5 stars for his service, he came to me all the way in Woodbridge in record time. Thanks again Roustam!

Fantastic experience: We went to this location to obtain international drivers licenses. Simple process, friendly people, great service, and we were out of there in about 15 minutes. While waiting for our documents, we took the opportunity to browse through the good selection of luggage and other travel related items. We were in a hurry and didn't have time to buy anything, but we were planning to go back some other time. Thank you CAA! Membership pays off once again.

Negative experience: An update to my previous review (below): CAA Brampton is closed Saturdays now!!! What happened to customer service? CAA has lowered its standards to such a degree that it seems it doesn't care at all. Two weeks ago your reply to a reviewer stated that the midday, unadvertised closure was "an extreme case". This is false. During our visit a few days ago, we were asked to leave because you were closing for an hour due to a staff shortage. Also, you still have not updated your hours to reflect the closure. The midday closure should also be stated in your telephone voicemail message. Btw, no one ever answers the phone at the Brampton location.

Fantastic experience: Went for my International Driving Permit for my upcoming European trip. Straight forward and quick. They took my photo portrait to include for permit. As a CAA member, I got photo for free and additional promotion discount.

Negative experience: Drove 30 minutes from the other end of Brampton in ridiculous traffic only to get there and be closed from 1pm - 2pm for lunch do to staffing issues. This should be posted on your website. Your staffing issues are not my problem and your hours are already difficult to work with for the average working person. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Fantastic experience: I recommend this location to everyone, great service and friendly staff. Josie was my travel consultant, she explained everything and my trip was booked in a timely manner. I also got a quote for my auto and home insurance as my current premiums with RBC went over the roof even though we had clean driving records and no claims. My CAA agent was Dennese who was professional, personable and approachable and I end up saving a bundle. Great location as everyone was very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Visited today for IDP (International Driving Permit), I thought it would be a hassle but this place is amazing. Pleasant staff, amazing customer service, got it done within 10 minutes. You don't have to fill out a form or photograph taken before rushing here, they can all do here. Definitely recommended.

My girls loved it and these are the best passport photos they have ever taken 2nd for my 7yr old and 9yr. Even if your not a CAA member you must get your photos here and find out about everything CAA can do for you. Love CAA 2 generation member and going strong my kids see and experience it and hopefully I will start them like my dad did for me and they will be 3rd generation! Negative experience: I have been trying to reach you guys from past 2 months. Left you so many voicemails. Nobody comes back to me. Whenever you are charging the customer, their credit card statement shows "Century Solutions Inc Brampton" and when they google it, our company name shows first which is "Century Business Solutions". We have been getting multiple calls everyday that we have done fraud transaction with their credit card, which apparently we haven't. I am suggesting to please look into it so that you can add CAA in your banking info so that we dont have to go through this hassle again. Hoping some action would be taken now. Else, i will have to keep posting these kind of feedbacks
