Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with Palma Voyage regarding the change of my plane ticket. When booking, I was informed that the modification fee would be $160. I took the time to ask if there were any additional fees, and I was assured that there were none, that this amount was solely from the airline. However, after checking directly with the airline, I found out that the actual fees were $121. This price difference and the lack of transparency left me with a negative impression of their services.

Negative experience: I don't even recommend booking with this agency, it's a scam. I bought a round-trip ticket and they gave me a fake return ticket. I advise you to pay attention!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a star or a comment. I just advise you not to book your ticket with this agency, pay attention.

When I said it is not what you told me the first time, they said but it’s clear! I ask for other things and they tell me I don’t know, you have to check with Air Algeria even though my ticket was purchased with them. In any case, it will be the last time with them.

Beware, they post an amount as special, then the lady will contact you saying the amount is special, but when you provide your credit card information, she or he confirms a different, higher price. This happened to me, and when I contacted the agency to cancel, even less than 24 hours later, they told me I couldn't cancel or I would have to pay a fee of $425.
