Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this BAINS traveling agency. I booked three ticket including infant. Unfortunately, i need to cancel two of them because my little baby was sick few weeks before traveling and need to admit her to the Hospital. Our doctor recommend us not to travel so i called this travel agency and describe my situation. They said okay no problem bring the doctor letter with yourself. I arrived by leaving my little one and wife at hospital to provide them the supporting documents. Guess what? They totally ignored what they said on phone specially the person MANJEET SINGH (Agent)sitting there. He said we never said that we need a letter from doctor to provide you with a refund. They deduct the money from my wife ticket and my little kid one. I said them its Emergency situation and i bring doctor note as you said( which they said we don't need it). I end up with them by paying cancelation fee for both my wife and kid. This doesn't END HERE. What next when i ask Manjeet , when i will collect my cheque he said in four weeks after sending me written conformation in email. I said okay, i try to contact Manjeet after four weeks he said it not ready. So i ask why? He said we need your Name and Home address to mail the cheque." Why? " You don't ask me before. ( THEN I TEXT MANJEET MY INFORMATION FOR CHEQUE).Then, i wait again for three weeks . GUESS WHAT?. He made my cheque with wrong name and amount. Finally, after two month's of wait, i visted there office to pick up my cheque because i am so frustrated with them. Guys be aware if you canceled your tickets from them for any reason even if its Emergency they totally ignore you. They never stay on their words. Once you handover your Money you gones, NO SERVICE AFTER IT. Thanks

Negative experience: I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Anis Shah from Bains Travel, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided. One day before my uncles flight, Mr. Shah refused to assist with check-in or seat changes, stating that he could only helps with booking the ticket and nothing afterwards. He was extremely rude. This lack of support and dismissive attitude greatly impacted my perception of Bains Travel's customer service. I do no recommend this agency to anyone. They need to work on their customer service

Unfortunately when you called Anis was sitting down with a client face to face, in addition the airline system to do check-ins and seat changes was temporarily down. Negative experience: Not sure about their office but we called them to enquire price to India and person on the call said it was $2100 when their own website had it for $1720. They wont even double check. What a peice of incompetent staff. Extremely repulsive.

From what we understand the ticket price changed because it was not confirmed until the next day. We have no control over the airlines and prices unfortunately. We are sorry to hear you were not able to get the ticket you wanted at the price you wanted.
