Fantastic experience: This was a great property for our family of 5! We have three young adults and everyone had their own space, and there were also two areas for gathering as a family. The location is absolutely ideal for Whistler Village access - a very easy walk to skiing, dining, and shopping. Working with the team from Whistler Wired was a fantastic experience. Kieran and Levi were extremely responsive and provided very helpful recommendations. It was awesome to have our lift cards at the unit when we checked in and the Black Tie ski valet was top notch. We'll be back!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience renting with Whistler Wired. Chris and Kieran are very prompt and easy to deal with. Our rental was spotless, even the bbq was exceptionally clean showing the amount of pride they take. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I recently stayed in a Whistler Wired property for my first ever visit to Canada. The property was beautifully presented and to an extremely high standard of decor and cleanliness. All staff are extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and kind. Fantastic experience: We had the most incredible ski holiday in Whistler thanks to the amazing team at Whistler Wired. Mark and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They organised our ski-in ski-out apartment in Blackcomb Village, which couldn’t have been better located or better appointed. From airport transfers to ski rentals and restaurant reservations, every detail was handled seamlessly. Their concierge service made the whole experience completely stress-free and truly special. We can’t recommend Whistler Wired highly enough—already dreaming of our next trip back!

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing time in a beautiful apartment, perfectly located with true ski-in/ski-out access on Blackcomb Mountain—honestly, it doesn’t get better than that! Fantastic experience: This was our 3rd time renting Glacier Lodge 205 at Blackcomb from the good folks at Whistler Wired. A 12 day stay. The good: the unit was spotless, well enough equipped to eat in everyday if you wanted, the location would be really hard to beat. 3 min walk to Blackcomb gondola (no exaggeration) liquor/wine store is in the building . You need to walk out for 50’ (15m) or so under a covered sidewalk, but after your purchase, there’s a one way door out of the store back into Glacier Lodge right at the elevator bank. The market is directly across the street. You can go get those eggs you ran out of for breakfast in your PJ’s and slippers and be back in 5 minutes. For restaurants, there are ample choices in the upper village including a the Handlebar pizza place (good low key quick NY style pizza) and the Purple Panda right at the back door. No need for a coat. And the main village a 5-8 min walk to any kind of restaurant or bar you could want. For breakfast and top notch coffee and baked goods, Portobello’s, which is part of the Fairmont across the street is also accessible in you PJ’s and slippers, weather permitting. Jordy is a barista Extraordinaire there. The interior space of the unit is well laid out and very comfy for a longer term stay. Apparently Glacier Lodge has a reputation for the one of the warmest outdoor pools in town. We ran into a woman on the gondola who had been visiting from Seattle for decades and had stayed in a lot of the places on the Blackcomb side. Her comment: “oh, that’s the place with the really hot pool!”. The two hot tubs are certainly hot enough also. Some places actually have just ‘warm’ tubs, this is not one of those. It’s one of the main reasons besides location that we come back. The only downside is that it doesn’t open until 10am, which means you can’t use it to warm up for skiing. And finally Whistler Wired provided a great service and was there within 24 hours when we needed a new spatula when the one provided fell apart. They provide a great product. The bad: No pets allowed :( It’s the high rent district surrounded by The Fairmont, Hilton, Four Seasons and Le Chamois. But without the high rent rent. Great place, we’ll be back!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Pinnacle Ridge house managed by Whistler Wired with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff from Whistler Wired were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist us with activity bookings, making the planning process a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs—spacious and beautifully designed, with a fantastic open-plan living area and a billiards room that everyone enjoyed. The location couldn't have been better; we could easily walk to everything Whistler has to offer. From the cleanliness of the property upon arrival to the seamless checkout process, everything was handled flawlessly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a family gathering or special event. We had an amazing time and look forward to returning!

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at one of the houses at Snowy Creek a couple weeks ago and we had an amazing vacation. The staff we met from Whistler Wired, were super friendly. They always responded in a very positive fashion, and they helped me with booking several activities. We can only say positive things about the company and of course about the house we stayed in. It was such a perfect house for us, great for entertaining with a large open plan living space, well designed and furnished townhouse with a hot tub. Fantastic location in Whistler being within walking distance of everything. The service received was perfect and everything was as it should have been. The house was exceptionally clean on arrival and check out was easy. I would recommend this as a base for a large family gathering or other social event. They certainly provided a commendable service, thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Whistler Wired and staying at their great apartment Glacier Lodge #205 located in Upper Village. The location can not be beat as just a couple of minutes flat walk to the snow and the Blackcomb Gondola and surrounded by all the bars, restaurants and shops at Blackcomb Base including the Fairmont Chateau Whistler hotel right next door. The apartment was well equipped with a large full kitchen, dining table and large living room and private balcony. The gym, outdoor pool and hot tub was a plus. Whistler Wired was great to deal with and made the check in process easy and were always available with any questions I had.

Fantastic experience: How do I even begin to express the amazing experience that Whistler Wired provided me and my friends!? Their staff is out of this world going above and beyond what their responsibilities are. George was my right hand man! He and his team had absolutely incredible communication. Their follow follow up was prompt and their suggestions for nightlife, activities, transportation was nothing short of excellent! Plan a trip can be stressful and taxing but wow did they provide so much ease to the process! Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at a Whistler Wired Ski-in Ski-out 5 bedroom house and it was such a perfect stay! Great location, walking distance to the gondola and village. And great house! We loved the massive dining room table, the open kitchen/living room layout and the the kids loved the reading nook. The house was stocked with everything we needed, nice bathroom, nice beds, awesome hot tub. This was our second stay with Whistler Wired and we'll definitely stay with them again. Fantastic experience: We just spent 10 days staying at 30 Pinnacle Ridge having booked with Whistler Wired. The team were excellent from start to finish having originally booked almost 10 months ago. Always at hand to offer advice and answer questions. During the stay a couple of things needed maintenance and their team were exceptionally quick to attend. Fantastic experience: We just spent a week over Christmas at 2980 Trails End Lane in Whistler as a family! The whole team from Whister Wired Vacations, who manage the property, were over the top AWESOME! From our arrival logistics to shoveling snow, making sure the hot tub was cranked, to dinner recommendations, even suggestions on where to grab groceries. They, as a team were so responsive and professional. The job should have been more difficult due to COVID and Christmas week! We will be back to Whistler and would only work with Whistler Wired! Fantastic experience: We had reserved one of their homes in February 2020..and then covid happened. They were extremely flexible and offered to credit us for the future. Then we booked for Christmas 2021 but then had an injury in the family so weren't able to make it and they were kind enough to change it again. I have worked with many vacation management companies and Whistler Wired was top notch. Very responsive, professional, and understanding. I highly recommend booking through them.

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a penthouse in Whistler for a 7 day ski vacation. We previously used Whistler Wired to book another penthouse in Whistler years ago and we returned to Whistler Wired. Mark, Sebatian and all the Whistler staff were very courteous, very helpful and genuinely made sure our stay was great. They even dropped off a welcome gift basket! They were very prompt with questions and very easy to deal with. All our interaction was over the phone and email. Fantastic experience: This is our third stay with Whistler Wired and the home was very clean and nicely setup with coffee, salt and pepper, pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended to stay with them as they will take care of all the details of the stay. They left the floor heat on the bathrooms for us which we noticed and appreciated very much as the tile can get cold. Their office is always so welcoming and they go out of their way when you need any help or have questions at all.

Fantastic experience: We rented their "Royal Suite" for our wedding. It was such a perfect space for our event, great for entertaining with a large open plan living space, a cosy quiet snug and a hot tub. Great location in Whistler being within walking distance of everything. The service received was perfect and everything was as it should have been. The space was very clean on arrival and when we realized we left some items after check out reclaiming them was very easy. I would recommend this as a base for a large family gathering or other social event. They are a class act, thank you!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent stay at one of Whistler Wired’s properties this ski season. We booked the condo, ski rentals and lift tickets from them and it was a true one stop shop. With every inquiry, the office was always in touch very quickly with professionalism and positivity. There was nothing they couldnt handle. A request we had for shoveling the outdoor stairs was answered and within 10 minutes someone was out shoveling-no joke! Kieran and Chris were our main contacts and they were fantastic! Will definitely use WW again and would highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We booked a vacation rental home through Whistler Wired and it was the most amazing stay we have ever had. We are from Florida and traveled to Whistler for our wedding. When we checked in at the Whistler Wired office, I was greeted warmly and with a bottle of wine as a congratulations for our wedding. After a long day of traveling, it was the perfect way to be welcomed. The house we stayed in was beautiful, clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. The appliances were top of line. I was obsessed with the Bosch gas stove. Coffee beans, grinder, tea, sugar all stocked. The bathrooms were gorgeous and I've never experienced better water pressure. The bath tub in the master had shower wand that was hair salon quality. We also had our American Thanksgiving meal at our rental home. The house had beautiful place settings, runners, serving dishes, and great quality wine glasses. The house also had heated floors which was lovely to have while cooking in the morning. Towels were neatly folded in a basket just outside the door leading to the hot tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable, I never wanted to leave. Everything worked with no issues: hot tub, wifi, appliances, sonos speakers, gas fireplaces, it all worked! We stayed right on the Nicklaus Golf Course, which from driveway to village center clocked at a 7 minute drive. We preferred staying here as opposed to in the village. It was such a short drive and it didn't matter to not stay in the middle of it. We enjoyed the quiet mornings with beautiful views and walks down to the lake. My new husband cooked eggs, bacon and sausage every morning while we enjoyed coffee and tea looking out at the mountains. The village was easy enough to get to and parking was not as difficult as people said. Yes, you do have to pay for parking in the village but it's really inexpensive and they operate on credit card meters which made it easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Whistler Wired because of their attention to detail and anticipating guest needs. They also don't charge a bunch of unnecessary fees like other vacation rental sites. We are looking to make this an annual trip and will use Whistler Wired every time. In conclusion, the best stay we've ever had!

Fantastic experience: This is a review of Telemark #21, managed by Whistler Wired: This unit is the whole package for a great stay in Whistler - - beautifully reno’d, plenty of space AND a secure, private garage to store all your outdoor adventure toys. My wife and I spent 8 nights here and were very pleased. The home is comfy, cozy and well-furnished and nicely decorated. No ‘canned’ condo art here - - you can tell this unit is owned by someone who knows and appreciates nice art. The main shower is awesome: a rain head plus a wand to help massage away the aches from a day of pounding in the bike park. Had I needed it, there was always the jetted tub in the other bathroom too. The kitchen is well-appointed, right down to a coffee grinder that is as good as ours at home. Every eating and serving dish or utensil was at hand and of good quality. Really, everything about the unit made us feel like we were on the luxury vacation that we were on. Thanks especially to Adam, Chris and everyone at Whistler Wired for making it happen!

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely, relaxing getaway in Whistler Wired's Mountain Star #16 property. The home is comfortable and cozy with some elegant updates and in a beautiful location - it was great looking out over the mountains and having the forest in the backyard! Fantastic experience: My brother recommended that we book all of our ski holiday through Whistler Wired back in 2012 and we have ever since then and ski each year except 2013. The staff are so friendly and helpful and get us great rooms in hotels and good kit and the best ski instructors. Everything is ready on the day of arrival- lift passes etc. They also manage to get the best price available - I tend to check. I can’t rate them highly enough- and I am fussy.

Fantastic experience: The rental house was gorgeous! Furthermore, there was close proximity to the slopes with an incomparable view! The staff at Whistler Wired was so very helpful, from the beginning of the rental process to the day we checked out. We had a need for special help, because of illness and injury, and it was provided willingly. A special shout out to Adam who was our main man. Fantastic experience: Whistler Wired is the real deal. 1. Customer services was amazing - accommodating our travel needs from the the airport, recommending restaurants, arranging a grocery delivery services, renting car seats and high chairs for our son, getting us lift passes, arranging ski rentals etc.; the Whistler Wired Staff can help you with anything you need. 2. The rental property had everything we needed to be comfortable - laundry detergent, fire wood, clean sheets, and a serviced hot tub... 3. Cherry on Top - When we showed up at their office upon arrival, they gave us two bottles of wine and 12 local beers. I would only rent a Whistler Wired property if I were going back to Whistler. Fantastic experience: I recently booked the Royal Suite through Whistler Wired for a group of 11 people staying in Whistler for 3 nights. Everyone we dealt with at Whistler Wired were great. Adam helped me to book our accommodation, transportation as well as booked several activities in Whistler for our group. These guys know how to make things easy if you are planning a trip. We had no issues whatsoever with non-refundable fees or damage deposits. If you respect the property and clean up after yourselves you won't have any issues. I would recommend Whistler Wired to anyone who is booking a trip to Whistler.

Whistler Wired made the experience enjoyable and relaxing by taking are of all of the details from hassle-free booking to extending our checkout time to ensuring that all of the amenities from WiFi to fireplace logs were in place and seamless.

Fantastic experience: WW found the perfect place for us in Creekside. Unusual for rental properties, the house we rented actually seemed like a real house - no cheap furniture, crappy kitchen utensils or generic art. It was well stocked and well maintained. And WW provided sharp, responsive service. Will definitely use them again.

Thanks Brett. Yes, the home you rented, 2593 Snowridge Crescent, is a beautiful log home done up really well. The owners are from New York and put their heart and soul into their house continually making upgrades. They just replaced the long in the tooth living room furniture with a fine leather sectional from Crate & Barrel that suits the home. They have a major renovation planned for Spring 2018 wher the kitchen will be completed remodeled, significant square footage will be added to the living, kitchen, dining floor. Fantastic experience: From the get-go these guys where extremely helpful. An easy & well designed website really helped to make things much easier if you use them for one-stop shopping. We used them for housing, lift tickets, & heli-skiing. We had a few hiccups along the way and they were incredibly flexible helping us get stuff all sorted out. All of the cut-off & due dates are in the documentation, and their invoices were very verbose. They do other stuff, but when we refused there was no hard sell. Our big concern on the trip was these guys mostly seem to be a middle man between us & whistler so we'd be paying another tax. What we ended up seeing was all the prices were pretty much the same as you'd see elsewhere. What we gained was talking to the same people throughout the entire process, as opposed to getting stuck with a different person each time you call the main office. They also had great insight into what was going on around during our visit. I mean these guys live there, so they've got their ear to the ground on what's new, what'll get busy, etc etc. I mean right when we arrived we got handed a fistful of beers. Maybe whistler proper gives that sort of service, but I wouldn't bet on it and I've got a fairly serious gambling problem. That said, all of the services purchased outside of the housing seemed to just be whistler services. There is no "secret sauce" that we saw, so if you're looking for something off the beaten track I am not sure if these guys can help. It's very possible they can and we just never touched on that side of their business. To summarize: out of all the trips our group has taken this was by far one of the smoothest & easiest, and these folks were a big part of that. I would 100% recommend whistler wired to anyone I know going north of the wall.

They have consistently found us amazing accommodation in the perfect location, professional airport transfer, and provided excellent service throughout our stays - answering any questions we had and providing great recommendations for activities for non-skiiers and restaurant recommendations. Fantastic experience: Have recently spent two weeks in Whistler with our whole family. An amazing skiing holiday! Everything was organized through Whistler Wired Vacations and right from the onset everything ran perfectly. No request was too small or too much trouble and the property we rented for this period was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Outstanding service and friendly staff. After a long haul international flight our transition to our accommodation was seamless. Whistler wired went out of their way to welcome us and couldn't have been more accommodating. After some 20+ hours of travel we were greeted with a well required refreshment. All staff have great knowledge of the area and were able to provide extensive detail of activities and restaurant recommendations for all budgets. Our 3.5 bedroom apartment was very clean and tidy, with an option of a cleaner. Overall it was a great choice for an extended stay with a group of friends. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Caution!!! While the scenery from the resort was spectacular, that was about all that went right during our stay. Owner of the resort was unapologetic to hot water issues and said everything was fine and insisted that it must have been abuse of hot water use. He even recommended us to seek legal advise if we weren’t happy with his decision…. Aside from that, we had overdue coffee, a hand gun in one of the bedrooms discovered by a toddler, and the TV wasn’t working properly (no Shaw Cable connection). Cannot recommend this place!

Negative experience: Terrible management team $2000 for 2 nights 1. No hot water (it only lasts for 15 minutes). Management team owner Nathan insisted the boiler is fine and blamed the customer for using all the water 2. Our 2 year old toddler found a gun under the night stand but Nathan claimed it was a pellet gun Do not stay here. Terrifying experience!!

Negative experience: I was part of a group staying at Taluswood #2. From the living room, the view was awesome and kitchen looked very well equipped. And it went downhill from there. First, The Disappearing Hot Shower On the first night, hot water ran out after one shower, the second person had to take a cold shower. Of the group of 8 adults, only two (if you count the cold shower) could shower. We contacted the Whistler Wired and they sent a technician the next morning. We could understand that it was a weekend and there was a snowstorm out. One person from WW, Chris did mentioned that the unit was vacant prior to our stay, so we thought maybe the tank just needed time to fill again. On the second day, we were ecstatic when someone found there was hot water again, people began to shower, one after another, however, after 3 showers (5 min each because some people needed to hit the slopes early), the hot water ran out again. I was the lucky one to take the cold shower this time. so 4 people took shower the second morning. (again, if you counted the cold shower) The technician came and turned up the heat and left. The hot water came back on in the afternoon, some guys who came back from the slopes took showers, but hot water ran out again after 2 showers. We gave up on hot showers after that. So in 3 days time, 8 adults had showers (including 2 cold ones). We contacted WW a few times, they did send out the same technician in the second day afternoon. He couldn't do anything other than turning up the heat. Second, The Extra Vintage Coffee On the second day, when we woke up and tried to make some coffee at the seemly fully stocked kitchen. We found 3 different batch of coffee, pods or instant, all expired, the oldest ones had expired since 2010 when there was a winter Olympic in Whistler and people were using iphone 4s! Third, The Hidden Pistol On the third day, when everyone was rushing to pack (in my case, really wanted to take a hot shower), my 2 year old son found a pistol shape thing under the nightstand, If you check the site map, it is in downstairs bedroom 3, the nightstand was near the door. Why was the pistol there? What could have happened if my wife wasn't there and my son played with it? We did report to police later and WW did apologize and claimed that it was a pellet gun. Fourth, The "Isn't Not Me It's You" Owner The hot water situation pretty much ruined the vacation for everyone, and it was a pretty expensive stay. Chris from WW was very helpful and apologetic and did send technician twice. Chris mentioned that WW would compensate us depending on how quickly WW can resolve the hot water problem. Nathan, the owner, on the other hand, was very arrogant, he said that there was no report of faulty hot water tank, and the hot water tank is in perfect working order. He suggested that maybe we have used up the hot water with long showers. He even suggested us talking to a lawyer and that wouldn't affect his decision (not to compensate us). We didn't threaten him with hiring an attorney. He pretty much ruined any positive images his employee had built for WW. Oh, and he charged $115 for a stain on the carpet that was there when we arrived. That is on top of the $250 cleaning fee we paid when we booked the place. The bottom line, stay here if you 1) enjoy taking cold showers especially when it is -13c outside, 2) wouldn't mind the arrogant owner when you need something, 3) wouldn't mind meticulously taking pictures like csi when you arrive, 4) want extra protection under nightstand in case of bear attacks. We still don't know what happen to the hot water tank. The fact is that only 6 people had hot shower in 3 days. We all left the place with lighter wallet and less hygienic bodies.

Negative experience: Please safe yourself some sanity and DO NOT rent from this company. At the beginning the owner Nathan might seem nice but once you booked and your fee is non refundable his attitude changes and you are in for a huge mistake. The 4 bedroom condo we stayed at was beautiful BUT had hot water for 2 people and their showers took less than 10 min. I mean, we are on vacation at Whistler paying super big dollars like in a 5 star resort kind of money, and we get 10 min of hot water. Especially after a day of boarding all you want to do is jump in and make yourself comfortable in a nice hot shower but NOPE! You will get a cold icy shower instead! And the worst part is Nathan is not compensating and blames it on the people living there saying it's their fault. Absolutely shocked at how he handled the situation with zero professionalism. Save yourself a big load of money and do not rent from them. If you do, you are in for a super huge regret and your vacation with your loved ones, family and friends will be completely ruined. I give it ZERO stars.

Negative experience: I cannot recommend this company at all. It was such a terrible experience. While the townhouse we rented was tastefully decorated with spectacular view, there was almost no hot water during our two night stay. We only dared to shower for 5 mins or less because we were worried that the others wouldn't have hot water... and many of us still ended up having to shower with icy cold water, in Whistler! when it's -9 outside...It was ridiculous. We contacted Whistler Wired for assistance on this matter but was told by the owner of Whistler Wired, Nathan, that it was most likely us taking long showers that used up the hot water. We told him about the situation and how short the showers were, he insisted that the water tank was fine and that Whistler Wired will not offer any compensation. He even said that we are free to talk to our lawyer but it will not change his decision. Needless to say that we were very shocked by his attitude. On top of the hot water incident, we discovered that all the coffee provided in the kitchen pantry were long expired. The oldest one expired in 2010....we don't know how long the unit was empty for, but management definitely did not check for pantry items. If you are renting one of their units, please check all expiry date before you consume anything in the cabinets.. the negative experience goes on...upon our departure, Nathan emailed me inquiring a black stain on the carpet. I told him that we saw that stain upon arrival to the townhouse. The townhouse wasn't new, it never occurred to us that we needed to report a carpet stain. He later replied to my email saying that he has already charged us $115.50 from our damage deposit for the carpet cleaning. And just to let everyone know, we already paid $250 cleaning fee for renting the unit. so not only did they not compensate us in any way (not even in language) with the hot water and the expired pantry items, they fined us for a stain that was already there when we arrived.... I read another review saying they were fined $1000 by Whistler Wired for making noises. $1000! I guess we should be thankful that we were only charged $115.50...but honestly, we felt taken advantage of and the negative experience had definitely ruined our vacation. Please think twice before you do business with this company. I would have given zero star if that was an option.

Negative experience: Nice property and snow views, and excellent service from Chris. However, my toddler found a handgun under the nightstand; luckily, I was in the room. Why was there a weapon within a child's reach (or at all) at a vacation property? I looked closer and saw that the gun had a warning: NOT A TOY. Also, the 240L boiler was working but provided only 5~15 mins of hot water; then boiler required 6+ hours to reboil. Chris was nice and understanding, and said that might be due to the fact that the property had been vacant for months (slow season) prior to our stay, and offered to let us drive over to another unit to use hot water. We declined because of the long drive in snow and the hassle of bringing/leaving infants. WW's owner, Nathan, though, was adamant that he never had a problem with the water boiler, and blames us for overusing hot water and causing it to run out. In fact, during our $2000 two-night stay (8 adults, 4 infants, 2 toddlers), 6 adults got hot showers once (under 5 mins each); 2 adults got cold showers. There was insufficient hot water to bathe or shower the kids, so they got wiped. Overall: would not recommend this company. And caution to parents--check for weapons when you check-in.

Fantastic experience: If you are coming to Whistler, and you don't at least try to book through Whistler Wired, then you are making a huge mistake. The Whistler Wired team knows the city, they know the right people, and they know how to make sure that your group has a great time. Plus, their customer service is top notch. My Whistler weekend was one of the best vacations me and my group have ever had, and we owe a lot of that to the Whistler Wired team. Stop reading reviews and just book already--you won't regret it.

(Our good fortune) They answered on a weekend, got us booked in the unit we really wanted and made the whole process so easy. Before we arrived they checked in with us at least twice to make sure we knew where to go and to see if we had any questions. Just great customer service all the way. on the day of arrival, they were ready for us with maps, welcome book and all the information we needed for the condo. The condo was immaculate and well stocked It actually looked better than the photos, which we thought were great, as that is how we picked it. :-) without question we will be using them again for next years trip! (another 50th birthday)

Negative experience: I have recently stayed with Whistler Wired and I was looking forward to my stay with them because oddly enough there are a few good reviews for them but after staying here and enduring the experience I realize they must be censoring their reviews (hopefully this one ends up on here). The accommodations were not too bad thanks to the owner of the building, however, the customer service was appalling. We maintained a low noise level throughout our weekend stay but were surprised to discover that without any warning whatsoever, we were charged $1,000 for noise and on top of this we were charged an additional $250 for a scratch we were pretty sure was already there! I couldn’t believe it. I called them and a rude man answered stating they didn’t need proof, they couldn’t tell us what was heard or who heard it, they didn’t need to have given us a warning, and no matter what they’re taking it out of my account! I was shocked. Essentially this place is a money grab and after talking to those in the community and other friends of mine that have stayed with them they rip just about anyone off with hidden fees and stealing money from their credit card. On top of this they are disrespectful and have no idea what customer service is. I hope this doesn’t happen to many other people before they’re told to stop as I’ve always had a great experience in Whistler.

We make it abundantly clear to guests that they are required to respect their neighbors. This group failed to do so and were held accountable for their actions as per our contract.

Over the past seventeen years I have had the pleasure of dealing with thousands of guests. Regrettably a few guests slip through the cracks and cause problems. I am not going to apologize for holding guests responsible for disrespectful behavior that negatively impacts others.
