There always a room for improvement in everything and here I would like to mention that please always inform the memebers of travelling passengers of washrooms and time to destinations in advance. Hotels were good , food was good , but a soft reminder that it is very very important to help members of group how to get appointments of special ziyarts like Riyad ul Jannah and visit Hateem in kaaba tonfix a day and take all ladies of group in same day to visit and pray. With great difficulty I could get appointment for zyarat of Prophet Roza Shareef. Rest Group leader was doing her best to fullfil her duties. Thanks a lot

Fantastic experience: My family and I just returned from our umrah trip with King Travel (October 8-18, 2024). We had a very positive and memorable experience. The trip was very organized from the start from booking our tickets, checking in our hotels, the group tours and returning back home. Khuram and Shaheen from King Travel provided excellent service in preparation for our trip by providing regular updates and having good communication. Sister Kashifa was very nice, knowledgeable and a great leader for our group. The hotels that were arranged for us were very nice and close to the haram both in Makkah and Medinah. I personally liked the fact that King travel provided us with all services as promised and there were no surprises starting from the dinner at Mississauga till providing the Zam Zam water at Jeddah airport, everything was as explained and expected. Positive experience: Was great experience with king travel from the moment I hit on the Facebook page the communication was amazing from khuram and he was very helpful answering all my questions. Transportation from. The airport all the way to the local one was great and on time and a lot of nice encouragement from Kashifa to everyone to be on time but off course we are individuals and everyone was trying his best. Hotels was great but room with 4 is a bit tight, I believe 3 persons are enough for sure but I understand that since it will effect the price. Hotels in general was very good especially at Makkah and the luxury to pray in the hotel masjid which is directed on the Haram. The only thing which I struggled with is to follow all the information since the communicateion in the bus was in different language than English, so I missed a lot of nice information during Ziaraat. There was some help sometime from some group members but it didn't cover everything, it would be appreciated if that communicated from being of the travel to get better assistance for someone like me since I felt ignored in that part, Kashifa tried to set people for me but also they like to enjoy their time they are not here to translate to someone like me. But in total I appreciate it. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: I recently had experience dealing with King Travel for purchasing tickets for Umrah for my family. We were going for Umrah but coming from different locations. So our travel plan was a bit complicated and that made me very anxious. A friend of mine recommended me to go through King Travel. I called King Travel and had the opportunity of dealing with Customer Service Manager Shaheen Iqbal. Mr. Iqbal sorted out our flight itinerary and gave us couple of options. All dates and times of flights were so articulated that we were reaching our destinations with difference of few hours. At some point one of our family member flight got cancelled and when I reach out to Mr. Iqbal, he came up with an alternative options. I very much appreciate the service and professional behavior Mr. Iqbal portrayed though out this booking process. He was easily accessible whenever I tried to reach out to him. I would highly recommend King Travel for your travel bookings. I did not compare the prices with any other travel company, however, whatever the price I paid, was worth for the service I received.

Positive experience: We booked an umrah package for a month by Hassan Qurashi. It was 15 days, Mecca, and 15 days Madina, which was private that included transportation, ticket, visa, and accommodation for $3550 per person, very good and reasonable price. Mecca Hotel was Al Ebba, the hotel was very nice best service unfortunately the location was tiring. It was only a 10 min walk, but because of the slope, it felt like we were hiking up a mountain, not good for age 40+ people. Ziyarat was done very well, and the transportation is good, but never book a HiAce. It feels like you're on a school bus. Medina hotel which was Rua International was disappointing, no room service and rooms had no wifi or air conditioning, had to change our room 3 times, but best part was our travel agent Hassan took immediate action right when we complained, and throughout the trip he stayed connected making sure our experience was going good. The only best part about the hotel was its location only 3 min easy walk, went into haram through gate 338. Overall experience Alhamdoullilah went very smoothly. Fantastic experience: My experience with King Travel was truly exceptional. Before our departure, they hosted a seminar and dinner, which set the tone for a well-organized journey. On the day of our departure, their representative, Uncle Shaheen Iqbal, was valuable in ensuring our check-in process went smoothly and without any difficulties. Our accommodations were superb, conveniently located within walking distance of both Masjid Haram and Masjid Nabawi. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast options were excellent. Throughout our 10-day trip, King Travel generously provided several dinners, adding to the comfort of our journey. The Imam they arranged, Brother Khalid, was outstanding in offering insights and the Islamic guidance necessary for performing Umrah. Additionally, King Travel organized visits to various significant sites, deepening our understanding of our Islamic heritage. They also arranged for a local guide, Abu Bakr, who was fluent in Urdu, which greatly benefited many in our group. Overall, our experience with King Travel was remarkable, and InshAllah, we will choose King Travel again for future trips. Furthermore, during our journey, we encountered a couple of family emergencies, and Uncle Malik Mushtaq and his team were incredibly accommodating and supportive, would highly recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: I contacted king travel to inquire about Umrah Packages. I got in contact with Hassan Ijaz and he shared the details. I was extremely impressed the way Hassan Ijaz explained everything. He went over and above to make sure he answered all my questions. I called number of times, every time he received my calls in a very welcoming way and was very patient. Because I was going alone, he explained how safe it was for females traveling solo for Umrah, as King travel takes really good care of group members. I booked my package through Hassan Ijaz, and it was two days before I was going to travel. Hassan handled everything in a very professional manner. I went for Umrah with the group, the coordination was excellent, Imam Khalid was available throughout to answer all the questions. (I would encourage you to please read more reviews that my colleagues from King travel Hajj group posted here below) I, myself, had an incredibly disappointing traveling experience with King Travels Canada’s Hajj 2024 group. In Summary, living in Canada, if you’ve ever heard the word “Customer care/service”, please know that King Travel does not recognize these words nor do they tolerate their customers talk about it. The Hajj days services they promised us and charged for were mainly on the paper and, in reality, our stay in Mina was nothing short of a nightmare. Due to their miss-management, members of our group experienced humiliating conditions and in some cases faced life threatening situations during Hajj 2024. *REMEMBER* , with KING TRAVEL, *YOU* will pay in Canadian Dollars but please don’t expect any “Canadian customer service experience” that you may be used to while living in Canada. The ONLY honest thing about KING TRAVEL is, for Hajj packages, You’ll be asked to provide your “Pakistani” passport AND you will literally be treated as a helpless Pakistani all along (I hope you understand what I mean here). *Bottom line?: IF you don’t have any other choice and are willing to risk your hard earned money for a shadowy/uncertain Hajj experience, please go ahead and book your Hajj with King travel.*

Negative experience: Assalam O Alaikum. I am writing this review to warn and protect the fellow muslims who want to do Hajj in future, from the possible misconduct and failure of promised services that we experienced with KT Travels during Hajj 2024. First of all, KT Travels does not know how to do goos business and interact with customers. They asked and forced me to submit the requested documents within few hours during weekday but eventually they didn't process it on time and took several days before they even used those documents. It was unnecessary hassle and push on me. The owner has been seen rude to people many times during this Hajj-2024 journey. They didn't provide the advertized and promised services as per our contracts. The transportation was not assured for everyone to and from Azizia hotel & Haram, resulting in individual Hujjaj to arrange their own transportation and pay out of their package instead of this expensive Hajj package. I believe KT never ignores any venue to earn money where they could even provide small support without any financial loss. They want to make the most out of customers. Whenever we faced any issue there during Hajj journey, the owner was not on ground to listen to us and talk to us. He always tried to escape from the situation and let us deal on our owne which is really bad considering our expectation that we chose to go on Hajj with private group to ensure we get full support at every end. All the good reviews for Hajj-2024 below are fake and planted by King Travels. Overall, I would never recommend KT to anyone going for Hajj. Please try to spend your hard earned money on some other trusted and authentic Hajj agency. May Allah accept the Hajj from all of us and reward us more for navigating through additional challenges faces by many Hijjaj due to carelessness and lack from support from KT.

Negative experience: Assalam Alaikum Wa Rahemtullahi Wa Barakatahu, I pray this finds all that read this well in sha Allah. My intention in posting this review is to be honest and do haqq by any fellow Muslims intending to do Hajj or considering King Travel as their service provider. My husband and I completed Hajj with King Travel in June 2024, alhumdolilah. May Allah SWT accept from us and all the Hujjaj, ameen. We chose this company because we weren’t sure what packages Nusuk would offer, and because we felt at the time the package price of $15K was fair for what we were promised. As we both needed to take time well in advance with our workplaces, we prayed istikhara and went along with this company and their early bird package. Initially, communication before we paid was prompt, clear and positive. Once we paid, it was very hard to reach Irfan or Khurram, and at times they would not call us back and we had to be proactive with what documents were needed in what timeline. Furthermore, we would send them the documents and forms in a timely manner and receive a few days later a request that they did not receive it or to send it again. Or we would hear that in x amount of hours we need this . . . Without realizing we have jobs and these requests need at least a 24-48 hour notice. Keeping my review fair, short and honest here is what we were promised and what was delivered: 1. Aalima/ Aalim: We were told that Sh. Alaa El Sayed would be doing a session in the orientation before we flew. He did a small session. So we thought that the aqeedah of this group was sound. However the two individuals we were traveling with were Br. Tarek Ghori and Sr. Kashifa Khan, said or did things that were not from the Quran and/or Sunnah. We did not realize till we had paid and listened to the webinars that the ‘scholars’ we were to go with were not actually scholars (to the best of my knowledge) and this again is my understanding, may Allah SWT forgive me if I am wrong or made a mistake, but need to share this to ensure people understand what they are paying for.) Sr. Kashifa did say she was an Aalima. However, as half the group was allotted to her and my husband and I were in her group we realized that the aqeedah did not match the Quran and Sunnah. For example, she mentioned Peers, Fakhirs, and that she had seen in a gathering after ‘singing’ naats in a Milad that the women stood and apparently the Prophet Muhammed SAW appeared (Astagfirullah). This alongside other comments, actions, appeared to be borderline shirk/ bid'ah. Furthermore, King Travel shared a book with the group that had comments in it such as “Lord Hazrat Prophet Muhammed” or strange Durood. When I mentioned in our WhatsApp group that this is not from the Quran and Sunnah, Tarek Ghori deleted my message, even though people were posting random videos from other shuyook and all sorts of information that was not correct. I posted something true and Haqq, even posting to use Hisnul Muslim. When asked why he censored some people and not others he never responded. Furthermore, there was a sister from Tarek Ghori’s school, Sr. Habeeba who told the women the day of Arafat that they should pray Salatul Tasbih (the point of this day is Dua not salah) and then Sr. Kashifa is leading the women doing ibadah that is not from the sunnah, Salatul Tasbih. Sr. Habeeba told the women not to combine dhuhr and asr (again from the sunnah) and that this was only for men. Had it only been for men the Prophet SAW would have made that clear in ahadith. There is no evidence of this. These were major red flags for us. We decided to ensure we followed the Quran and Sunnah when there and often would not take part in the group because of these issues. Tarek Ghori said we could do Rami the third day before Zawwal. This again is not from the Sunnah. Please see photos of the remainder of my review. Negative experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my family, who just returned from Hajj 2024, and their experience with King Travels was horrendous. The trip was supposed to be a deeply spiritual and meaningful journey, but instead, it was marred by King Travels' shocking lack of organization and care. From the start, the entire process was a chaotic mess. There was no clear communication about travel arrangements, and we often found ourselves waiting for transportation that was either late or never arrived. The accommodation situation was equally disastrous. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived, and once we finally got them, they were in poor condition and far below the promised standard. They were promised a tent for 10 people which turned out to have 40 PEOPLE in the tent. Bathrooms conditions were terrible, dirty water was 1-2 feet high. The disorganization didn't stop there. The itinerary was poorly planned and constantly changing without notice, leaving us confused and stressed. Instead of focusing on our prayers and spirituality, we were preoccupied with logistical nightmares and trying to get basic information from the unresponsive staff at King Travels. What made the experience even worse was the sheer lack of care and support from the company. It was as if they had completely forgotten the importance of this pilgrimage. We felt abandoned and neglected, with no one to turn to for help or guidance. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially for such a significant and sacred journey. King Travels turned what should have been a time of peace and spiritual reflection into an ordeal filled with frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone planning their Hajj to steer clear of King Travels. Their incompetence and disregard for their clients' well-being are appalling. Save yourself the heartache and find a more reliable and caring travel agency.

Negative experience: Be Aware people, they provide the worst services ever for Haj 2024 package. We paid $19,000 for the Haj package for my wife 1 person only) which was so called VIP package, however the services they provide was the big big mess and totaly UN ORGANIZE..my wife almost got killed since they never arrange transportation ( told everyone to go back by there own TRANSPORAT WAS A PART OF PACKAGE) she have to walk almost 7km in plus 50C temperature, NO PROPER Arrangements for the camps in Minna ( THEY NEVER ARRANGED PROPER CAMPS ON TIME). The organizer who went with them ( perhaps he is the owner) was sooo rude and always ready to argue.. he told people we were reimburse the taxi fare ( if anyone found) taxi charged 400$ for few kms and when they ask organizer to pay he clearly said I DONT HAVE MONEY WILL PAY YOU LATER.. ( when GOD KNOWS).. We will definitely go after king travel through legal way in Canada soon inshallah.. they charged hefty amount and looks like arranged Haj visa's through Pakistani quota which is 3 times cheaper.. this is a total mess...NEVER EVER GO ON HAJ through this company... They took 120 people with the typical thought ONE TIME CUSTOMER...

Him and his team were extremely professional and quick in getting us visas, 5-star accommodation, in close proximity of the Haram both Madina and Makkah. Transportation was very well planned and the food was excellent. Shaheen Bhai was also in touch with the group till the end of the tour regarding any inquiries or questions. Fantastic experience: Alhumdolilah I did my very first Umrah with King Travel’s group. Brother Khurram helped me to book effortlessly. My visa for Saudi Arabia was looked after, and a seminar discussion was done prior to our departure. Only thing I would have asked for is a representative at the airport to greet us and guide us before departure. The hotels were conveniently located and within walking distance to access Madina and Mecca. Mecca hotel was located in the clock tower, which also made finding your way back to the hotel very easy. Fantastic experience: My husband and I used King Travel in 2022 and we had a fantastic experience. It was our first time going to Umrah and although we were nervous, we felt we well taken care of. From getting us acquainted with how to do the actual Umrah/prayers/rules etc to guiding us every step of the way while we were in Mekkah/Medina, it was a seamless experience. Our guide was Imam Tariq Ghori and he is very knowledgeable, Mashallah. I would recommend any first timers (or multi-timers) to go with Imam Ghori as he has deep knowledge of the history of many famous landmarks as well as many other aspects of the specific prayers/rituals. We are planning to go again in the near future and will most definitely be using King Travel to book our coming Umrah journey.

Positive experience: I was among 7th March, 2023 Umrah group. InterContinental IHG in Madina and Mövenpick in Makkah are very close to Haramain. Although rooms were not capacious. King Travel arranged two buses for tours and transit from Madian to Makkah and gifted ZamZam water. Overall it was a good experience. More coordination and involvement of tour manager with group members could make it better. I hope with experience improvement will be seen in future. Fantastic experience: This was our first group umrah experience and me and my family had the best time with king travel. 5 star hotels with included everyday breakfast buffet Mecca and Madina. Air conditioned buses from airport to destination and from Mecca to Madina. Ziyrat was included for both Mecca and Madina. They were with us every step of the way. And I’m very satisfied with choosing king travel and I hope all of you guys will have the same experience.

Negative experience: There is a total lack of commitment towards their customers. I was promised issuance of umrah visas of my wife, daughter, and son within 3 - 5 business days. Although they somehow got the visas for my wife and daughter, they never issued visa for my 3 year old son. All my plans of traveling to KSA with family got drastically canceled. I suffered a heavy financial loss as well as emotional disturbance, especially towards my family members. No one is willing to take responsibility in this to get work done here. Frankly, I would rate them ZERO stars as their team seems totally incompetent and finds shortcuts of getting the work done.

Fantastic experience: Great service and experience provided by King Travel! They had a seminar/info session a few days before departure where they gave a grand dinner in addition to our group leader explaining everything in detail. Although there was no need they were present at Pearson airport in case we needed help at the time of departure. They arranged buses for our travel between hotels and airports in Saudi Arabia and for Ziaraat. Also there were tour guides who explained the history and importance of the places we visited during the Ziaraat. They provided complimentary zamzam water for everyone. Overall it was a well organized trip.
