Fantastic experience: Best travel agency and agents I have ever came across. Shilpa g went above and beyond to get the best tickets and she kept us informed about any changes in the itinerary. Our airlines cancelled the flight route and shilpa g informed us in advance and made sure to get us best route in advance with destinations n stopovers of our choice. They always did best for my family in any sort of emergency travel and issuing the best flight tickets with best fares. Fantastic experience: Lovely Travels provides exceptional services, which we never received this type of services from any other travel agency so far, also price for tickets and tours were very reasonable. We booked for India and on coming back halted at Dubai for 6 days. Shilpa Sharma booked our travel tickets and Tour to Dubai at very reasonable price and with exceptional good hotel and for tour to Dubai. I had lost my cell phone in Dubai 4 hours before leaving my flight for Toronto, I told to Tourism person at Dubai about loss of my cell phone and my cell phone had very valuable data in it, with great efforts Tourism person found my cell phone after, when I reached Toronto. After finding my cell phone they arranged to deliver it at my Toronto office, without any charge. That Tourism company was booked by Shilpa Sharma, I appreciate Shilpa Sharma’s for her valuable services and the Tourism company which Shilpa had booked for us. Shilpa Sharma is one of best person I ever seen, she remained in touch with us during our whole trip and guided us just like family member.

Sonia helped us even till midnight by coordinating with airlines & she made sure that we reached safely back home. Even my friends who got stuck in India during Covid got back because of their help. Fantastic experience: THE BEST travel agency serving us on all our trips for the past 15 years to Paris, Portugal, Mexico and numerous trips to Pakistan. This time was very challenging for an all-inclusive trip as each family had different dates and we wanted to be in one resort but Shilpaji with her enthusiasm, dedication and contacts assisted us in every way she could to make the travel possible for us and our group of friends. Negative experience: I would recommend to be careful here, best is to book through airlines directly. They charged us upwards of $2500 cancellation fee, whereas the airline didn’t charge them as much. They made us pay $2500 first as the cancellation fee to them (have it on record as was paid by credit card) and only then they refunded the ticket fee of $10,000. So it’s fishy, Not recommended

THEY WILL ROPE YOU IN WITH SWEET TALKS AND AT THE END YOU ARE THE ONE WHO WILL SUFFER, BE IT WITH SERVICE, REFUNDS AND EXTRA CHARGES WITH NO RECEIPT. DON'T BELIEVE ME I DON'T CARE ... YOU WILL LEARN IT FOR YOURSELF. I LOST EXTRA $550 TO NOTHING, BUT LEARNT A LESSON FOR MYSELF. USE EXPEDIA, HOTWIRE, FLIGHT CENTRE YOU ARE ASSURED AT LEAST YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND YOUR MONEY IS COUNTED FOR.

Negative experience: These guys are doing some sort of scam. Booked a flight to india 2 years ago through london UK. Arrived at London and our seats were not confirmed. Here's what happened AC wanted more money and these guys took the refund of our money and kept it. Fought our way and got on the flight because two others missed it. Fast forward on the way back to canada same thing happened again, they called us and changed the entire ticket route. Agents are changing tickets and getting refunds without the customers knowing. Be aware. I suggest people to book directly with airline. If anything ever happens you'll get refund from airlines. Third party agents are sketch af. Other reviews must be scams or probably just happy with some 50 dollar lower price they got. If something happens its not worth it. Airline counters ignore you if you don't book directly.

Fantastic experience: My husband had to travel to India for an emergency, we called a cell phone number that we found on our Lovely Travels agent's number. It was past 9pm, Sukwinder answered and agreed to help us with the booking. He was so helpful, in no time he did the booking he was even kind enough to help us all the way till my got on the flight the same night at 11:55pm. We really appreciate his help during such a difficult time. Dinesh at Lovely Travels is our go to person for travel - such a great person to deal with, always patient, no pressure, gives us options and the best rates if the rates go down he calls and offers us better rates.
