Fantastic experience: I would say, even 5star is less for this gentlemen..... what a beautiful service.... galaxy travels went out of his way, worked after his regular work hours.... & got my ticket sorted... when all the flights got cancelled due to Storm in Ontario on January 2026... all the phone line were down and air canada server were down... but he got everything sorted for me at the end & we traveled on the same day Thank you... and may ALLAH shower his rehmat on u, ur family & ur business

Sometimes he went an extra mile for me, for instance, once my credit card limit was just falling short of the ticket cost and Mr. Khan deposited the difference to my credit card account and give me ticket. Negative experience: *Worst* After calling them twice I now came to a conclusion of *NOT* recommending this travel agency to anyone. Why? Because these guys are very slow. Also, the customer service is not good at all. I called them twice in a months time and was told that they’ll call back in 10 to 20 mins! I never got a call back. Very poor service. Please avoid. Thanks.
