Negative experience: Not very informative . After paying for the ticket they say you need to pay $120 for the seat if you choose window or aile . I mean the customer should be asked about their seating preference . Also several spelling errors on the ticket .

Positive experience: I use Sohi Vacations for all my travel needs. In November 2023 the owner Mr. Sharma personally helped me get an all inclusive package to Cancun, Mexico!
