CAA Store - St. Thomas

Fantastic experience: They have really helpful employees there. And you been treated as a customer they know for a long time. I would recommend this store to everyone.

We went back a month later for a trip tick and Susan took our details late Thursday and it was ready Monday morning. Great service from the front line staff.

Fantastic experience: We went to the St. Thomas CAA store because we had a few things to get done. Michael was the CAA agent who served us and he was fabulous. Everything was done with professionalism and a friendly and helpful manner. We left feeling confident with all of the information that Michael gave us as he checked and double checked everything. Would rather drive there than speak with someone over the phone, it was certainly more personable and easy to be sure that we understood all of the details. Highly recommend Michael and the St. Thomas CAA Store.

Negative experience: The worst customer service possible. It took 6 months of constant calling to get them to change my home address, they have changed the policy and added people to it which were not improved and after a year I still can't make them change it. They never return your call and the agent's message on her answering machine says she'll be back in Sept. and it's Dec. This message never changes.

Negative experience: Would love to come and have services done at my LOCAL CAA but unfortunately your hours don't work with my work schedule. I guess the traffic from the "after work hours" is not needed by your company. Will take my business to Shoppers I guess.

Negative experience: THIS IS FOR LONDON NOT ST. THOMAScan never get anyone to answer phone. My agents message says she will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. That is just sick...I tried to get a travel insurance quote just now and was put on hold 35 mins listening to that awful music. Had to hang up. I am shopping now because i want a real person handling my insurance. Poorest service from store or agent

Negative experience: Was left stranded on the side of the road and told to call back at 6:00 am because I was to far away for the towing company to come out that late at night. So much for 24/7 service apparently it doesn’t work that way

Positive experience: During a Strike action at the London store, I came here instead. Easy to find and get to, traffic getting here was much better than getting to west London (I'm from the east of London). It is a small store, not busy when I was there but getting a bit crowded as l left. Difficult to keep a 2m distance between customers. Due to policies that was not well thought out, I did not get what I needed. Although it's no fault of the staff there, they were courteous and professional.

Negative experience: walked in to try and get someone to help us book a last minute trip to Vegas. Irene was so rude i walked out . i get it.. she was busy but she needs to find a better way of dealing with that.. business is buisness and they just lost ours.. CAA fail.. 25 % more awful local customer service... off to London we go..
