Negative experience: Service de navette pitoyable avec transport de passagers plus nombreux que se que le véhicule en contient on se croirait dans le tier monde très long trop juste pour les h de vol véhicule entassés dans le stationnement déplacer des véhicules pour sortir le vôtre a votre retour communication très difficile en français de grosse amélioration sont a faire une mini autobus serait bien apprécier et inspecter au code de la sécurité routière 2eme service même chose aucune amélioration en gougoune dehors au mois de février au Québec faut croire que j ai rien vue encore

Fantastic experience: What with the small size of the planes, I wasn't expecting to experience vip quality service. But from the expediated check-in and luggage care, to healthy box brunch and personable personnel, I recommend this company for northern service. I was travelling between the area of Montréal and the area of Chisasibi.

Negative experience: Compagnie aérienne non fiable, vols toujours en retard

Negative experience: Vols tardifs/souvent annulés. Service qui laisse à désirer, longue attente sans aucune information de l'équipage. Aucune sécurité lié au vol, ne sais jamais si l'avion va être capable de décoller ou même si celle-ci sera en bon état. À prendre seulement si vraiment nécessaire.

Positive experience: Stationnement difficile à trouver à cause des travaux. Passez lentement si vous ne voulez pas le manquer.

Negative experience: Service client laisse à désirer ainsi qu’un retard fréquent des avions dû à des problèmes techniques. Ils leur arrivent se décharger des bagages de la soute lors de correspondances car l’avion est trop lourd mais l’expédition de ces sacs se font à vos frais même si vous ne pouvez pas vous déplacer pour les récupérer au comptoir plusieurs jours plus tard !!! Un vrai scandale.

Negative experience: My friend had a flight with this airline company. I never heard of them before but now I know why...it’s not really reliable. It was a connecting flight. She was supposed to fly at 6:30pm. She landed in yul and found out through an agent (not from the airline company because they closed at 6:00pm) that her flight has been cancelled (no notification, no warning, no email, nothing...). The agent suggested her to call the customer service: they close at 6:00pm. She had no choice but waiting until the next morning for the customer service and any agent from aire creebec to be available. Next morning 6:00am, we went to an agent from them and told her about the situation. The agent said that she cannot do anything about it, and that she has to call the reservation department. We called, but they open at 6:30am. We called at 6:30am, and all the lines were (allegedly) busy. Called again at 6:45am and we got an agent available. She told us that the airline company could not do anything about because they (allegedly) notify “everybody” about 2 weeks ago. We told her that neither her nor her travel agency received a notice about the flight being canceled. The airline company declined all responsibility about it, they didn’t propose any other option either. So we called the travel agency, and thank God they did book her to another flight for the same day on another airline company. She got to her place safe and sound afterwards.

Negative experience: Les vols sont souvent annulés sans raison. Ils nous disent jamais rien sur les raisons des retards ou des annulations. Souvent, ils n'essaient même pas de se rendre à une destination parce qu'ils croient que la visibilité est mauvaise. Ils m'ont déja perdu des bagages et au lieux de prendre leur responsabilité, la seul raison qu'ils m'ont donné est que je n'avais pas pris d'assurance bagage. Mais qui pense de prendre une assurance??? Quand tu as le monopole des villages, tu faits se que tu veux...

Negative experience: A voir comment la compagnie traite ses employers et ses passagers, je ne ferais meme pas voyager un enemy sur cette compagnie.

Fantastic experience: Great regional airline: the ground staff are excellent, the flight staff also. I travel regularly with this airline & I have never had a mishap (bags arrive at destination unless there are exceptional circumstances, ) and most delays are caused by weather conditions in the North(although occasional mechanical problems may also cause infrequent delays.....) Iam a very satisfied regular passenger
