Negative experience: Do not book with this travel agency. They over charge you compared to booking by yourself, by a lot. When comparing our stay with the same dates, we overpaid. Online resort said all inclusive for 1 room and 2 guests was around 1k, we paid well over that amount in the several thousands. Each flight was only few hundred of dollars, so doing the math, the resort costs were overly priced. Upon reviewing my credit card statements, there were hidden booking fee charges as well. Avoid booking with this agency at all cost. You are better off booking the trip by yourself to have better deals.

Your allegations are biased. Process of buying any service from Globaldunuya is pretty straight forward. When you ask to book any hotel or flight we first give you the quote. Once you agree on the quote and you make advance payment then only bookings for flight and hotels are done. How can travel agency overcharge. Not possible at all. The prices are dynamic and specific to type/ category of rooms and flight class. Please present the proof and we promise to clarify you with all support songs. You do not have any booking in the name of K. Please come forward and present your claim, it it is genuine. Otherwise we will report it to Google.

He found me a very good deal from Amritsar to Vancouver with 2 checked bags included, I also called 3 other travel companies but Prameet found me a best deal , there was a very good difference in price. Negative experience: Dear Anant Mishra, I have emails and conversations recorded that prove you are lying to save yourself from a negative review. I did not “suddenly” cancel my flight. My flight got cancelled by the airline and your company recieved the cancellation email and yet did not think it was necessary to inform me. The airline assured me that the flight cancellation email was sent out to your team only. Thankfully, I had called the airline to ask a few questions before my flight and they were able to inform me that my flight was cancelled. In business, its important to learn how to receive feedback and not get defensive about it all the time. Please do not falsely accuse your customers, especially when they have everything documented. My experience was terrible and handed very unprofessionally but I am fortunate enough that I was able to receive my refund back from hotel beds. I never write negative reviews but I thought this one was necessary. Have a great day!

Negative experience: Yes, staff is friendly but unfortunately not understanding the challenges one can face due to their mistake. They charged on my credit card and sent me an e-ticket, while I was at the Airport to board the flight, Airways told me that the agent did not make bookings. I with my two small kids had to bear the anxiety attack and wait for 7 hours without confirmation that we would get next flight or not. They did nothing for us.
This is just not possible.We are IATA accredited company and our system is designed in such a manner where Money can't be taken without issuing the Right kind of tickets. Clients has to first acknowlege and okay the hold tickets then it is ticketed. If you will reach in time, then airline cannot deny the boarding, if you have required visas. Each and every call is recorded and pre-checked by supervisors to delivery absolute services. Your post is misleading. We are always here to help you.
Negative experience: I note the response from the owner below but it does not address my issues, particularly that the company didn't get back to me even just to say that they would be getting back to me days later than he had expected...Buyer beware! I contacted this company to ask them to help me book a trip to Montreal for this July 2022. I always do my own bookins but thought I would try an agent to see if I might gain an advantage. I was happy to have recieved a response on a sunday from Anant Mishra. This agent responded almost right away. I told him I had already booked everything but it was free to cancel. He had promised to get back to me with flight and hotel offerings by the end of sunday or today (Monday) and that he could almost certainly give me a better deal than what I had found. He did give me a quote very soon for an airline ticket however it was without any tax, baggage or cancelation info. I did my own search and found the same flight for the same price and looked up the other pertitent info. So, this was clearly no advantage. He then said he would get back to me with the hotel offerings by end of the day (sunday). It is now 9pm on Monday night and have heard nothing. This whole experience has taught me that travel agents are a waste of time! Do your own research and book yourself. at the very least, this company is a total sham! If I could give it zero stars I would.

We are a IATA accredited company , we have expertise in 5 star and 4 star properties and not the hostels and budget properties. Still on your request our Agent spent time and worked on to offer the best possible prices without asking for any service charges free of cost to you. But unfortunately, your expectation of getting reduced prices for already booked property, were not met. We have great customer trust with us and your misunderstanding relating to any expectation is regretted. We promise you to offer the best offer next time. Please ask us in advance and not at last moment . Positive experience: I have no idea if this is a good travel agent or not but the business is located in a residential apt. building which is totally legal but unusual. I have been in contact with the owner they are duly registered. They also run 2 other business there just Google the address.

Negative experience: Please don't go here. Very untrustworthy and cheat travel agent. They don't give correct information and don't return money for the canceled flight. Even after 10 months. And don't even answer my phone calls. They don't even return phone calls after leaving messages. They ask people for false reviews. I have tickets and emails and documents that I can show . I was told by you to get the refund and I paid cash as you had requested and not credit card.
Shehana Ali, in our records you have never booked any tickets. Then how come your allegation that we do not return money for cancelled flights. If you book non refundable and non cancellation flight, why airline will refund you money. If you are entitled for refund then you get directly get the refund on your credit card. There is no role of travel agent. Next time beware of doing wrong and intentional review.

Negative experience: Don't book with them.Changed flight without my consent and after 6 months they can't provide refund and blaming service provider for their lack of efforts.Filing complaint with BC consumer protection to get refund but make sure you stay away if you don't want to lose your money.

Negative experience: very bad service. they lied to me about bags. booked with false information about bags. they knew airlines charging bags 200 each side for extra bag. but they said its i can add in 100$ both side. but its costing 400 both sides. moreover after calling 4 times they said they will call back but they never called me back.
Just seen your comment. We like to bring in your attention that the each airline baggage policy is different. Each airline depending upon the distance and route levy different charges for carrying extra luggage and the pricing are dynamic and they keep on changing and they are applicable on the spot at the boarding time . That is the reason airline do not sell the extra luggage at the time of booking. It also varies with the size of baggage and weight you carry. Globalduniya have no control over this. We are not able to understand why you commented on Globalduniya. You should have done it on Airlines’s website. Did you travelled on the ticket that we sold you or not? We know the answer will be yes. Then blaming us is not right intention or act. As we always give the ticket with standard offering. Although, thanks for feedback.

Negative experience: dont go with them. they booked my two way ticket nd told me to write down a good review. when i was returning to canada, my ticket got cancel. I asked this company to assist me get refund. they stopped taking my calls afterwards. They didn't help me out. I guess they kept my money. They are greedy and beggers especially james. Be afraid of Karma you skunks. It will slap you hard
Hi, if you are Real Gurpreet bal and our client. No need to worry. Management tried to locate your email and phone calls, we did not found any calls which are unattended. We have multiple agents which receive the calls. Not a single call stays unattended. We track customer service through phone, email and WhatsApp’s. However, we did not find any of your communication relating to Refund of return flight. Now, as you mentioned your flight got cancelled. If airline have cancelled the flight, how we are responsible? We are IATA accredited company and it is airline which has to give you the refund and the value of refund does not go out from company’s pocket. Answer relating to second allegation is if, you have travelled one side on the ticket in question then how come the same PNR on which your travelled one side could become fake for another side? Negative experience: We had a very good experience with this travel agency. The customer service was exemplary both on the phone and in person. The person who helped us with the tickets was very courteous and had our best interests in mind. He was able to guide us well and got the best deal for our travel needs. His colleague in the same office was able to do an accurate comparative analysis of various airlines and the service was provided in a non rushed manner in a very clean, well kept office. We will definitely be going to this place again for our future travel needs as well.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Globalduniya by my Chiropractor and I am so glad! I contacted James and received very quick responses! He was quick to share some of his travel suggestions which was really nice compared to booking anything online. We ended up staying at the Four Seasons in Whistler and we loved all of the perks provided by James ! AMAZING SERVICE! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I was in Canada and really wanting to get home to India , obviously with the pandemic I knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Anant was incredible, He would look for flights every day and even went above and beyond as He called the Indian Embassy to make sure I was even going to be able to get home. He would answer my emails really quick even after office hours. He found me a flight route home that was affordable and all my flights went smoothly. If i’m ever in Canada again i’ll no doubt be using Globalduniya ! Thank you again Anant for all your help.
