Negative experience: Très mauvais service. Sana a quitté son emploi et quand j'ai voulu prendre contact on m'a envoyée à une boîte vocale de la personne qui reprenait ses dossiers. La personne ne m'a jamais rappelé. Mon voyage arrivait à grands pas et personne n'était là pour répondre à mes questions. J'ai dû me débrouiller seule. Au final j'aurai pu réserver sur voyage à rabais. J'avais décidé de faire affaire avec une agent/e de voyage pour être accompagner et m'enlever du stress et au final j'ai eu beaucoup plus de stress ! Pratiquement aucun service en français. Pire agence de voyage !

Negative experience: Notre expérience avec sell-off a été très décevante et stressante , il y a eu beaucoup d’erreurs dans nos dates de naissance , nos noms on a dû arranger ça nous-même avec la compagnie aérienne , parce que à chaque fois qu’on mentionnait les erreurs on nous disait que tout était arrangé alors que ce n’était pas le cas . La dernière erreur qu’ils ont fait ils nous ont chargé 25$ pour une erreur qu’ils avaient fait sur le nom de famille de ma grand-mère. Si on aurait fait confiance à selloff et qu’on aurait pas appellé Air Transat , on aurait perdu notre argent parce qu’il ne nous aurait pas laissé rentrer dans l’avion .Rendu à l’hôtel , on avait rien eu de ce qui nous avait été promis ,pas de chambre vue mer on était très loin de la plage surtout pour ma grand-mère qui est une personne à mobilité réduite , si ça ne serait pas pour le personnel très aimable de l’hôtel qui nous on donné la chambre la plus proche de la mer et en plus adapté pour les personnes âgés ça aurait été un vrai gâchis .

Crime the travel agent said i will call you back by the end of day since he couldn't find an affordable price for my flight but never heard him back. I called a day later and left a message. A polite answer would have been nice . To bad went to another travel agency .

Fantastic experience: Après avoir réservé auprès d’un site douteux. Nous nous sommes rendus à l’aéroport tôt le matin pour apprendre que nous n’avions aucune réservation à notre nom. Nous sommes une famille de 3 avec un petit bébé et devions plier bagages et rentrer chez nous. Je vous épargne toute la déception que nous avions eue de voir nos vacances se volatiliser. Nous nous sommes donc retournés vers cette compagnie et Carim Pierre a été d’une aide et d’un professionnalisme hors-pair! Il a pris la peine de donner un petit ballon à notre bébé pendant qu’il s’est occupé de nous faire une réservation pour le lendemain et à un meilleur prix! De tout coeur, un grand merci et j’apprécie votre générosité et votre souci du service à la clientèle. Mes prochaines réservations seront certainement avec lui!

Negative experience: They said memories beach resort was a family and fun safe place far from it It was a nightmare worst vacation ever never go to that place broken glass in the pool and around it and in the walk ways bad food and no food service was horrible they let Cuban locals eat before you so you get what ever is left do not go to this place pay the extra money and go anywhere but to cuba and especially Memories beach and resort

Fantastic experience: When planning my latest travel overseas, which was scheduled in May 2022, I worked with Carim Pierre, who’s customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. Carim definitely knows his business and showed patience, empathy and great problem solving skills, at a time when dealing with some airlines has become so difficult. Carim has SellOff’s customers’ interest at heart and wouldn’t give up until he had found a suitable solution for me. He really went above and beyond, I would give him 6 stars if I could. I will certainly book again through SellOff Vacations, thanks to the positive customer experience Carim gave me!

Negative experience: I am SHOCKED with my experience at the laval location. Chelsea had a note stamped to the door that said "email or phone only" when I was told by my travel agent that I could pass by to pay my travel insurance, so I was confused when I went the next day that it was closed. I called and a travel agent was trying to help me to reach chelsea so that I could just pay my insurance and leave. I stood for 10 mins infront of the door and her desk was right beside and she never once looked up even when I knocked. After 10 mins she finally looked and I knocked for her to come so I could ask if I could pay it. She was so unprofessional and rude, she had a very unfriendly tone and said she doesnt take cash. So I said do you take card? And she said yes. So I went in and asked why she was closed. She threw her hands in the air and slapped them on her legs and said super aggressively "i just had covid and my colleague had covid and I dont know if I still have it". SO WHY ARE YOU LETTING ME COME IN??? She let me be in contact with her and let me in without even telling me before I walked in. THANK GOD I ASKED. I AM NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THANKS CHELSEA.

Et de plus cause Covid, avant de partir j'ai acheté 4 billets 2 billet avec escale pour allé et 2avec escale pour revenir,mes les 2 vol de retour annulé J'ai du faire des recherches passé par les USA,acheter 4 billets pour revenir ,avec d'autre compagnie. Mes suite à la cancellation de mes 2 billets de retour, il ne veulent pas me rembourser les 2 billets pour revenir que j'avais acheté avant mon départ,aucun remboursement Calculer que j'ai payé 8 billet d'avion en tout Il me doivent 2 billets . Je leur collecte pas 8 billets seulment les 2 billets de retour qui on été canceller Je me suis taper 4 avions en 24h pour revenir de moi même le 24 mars 2020 vue qu'il fermait les aéroports... Pour vous donner un idée Air Canada chargais 2400$ pour seulment 1 billet....moi j'ai acheté 8 billets en tout personnes m'aide a ravoir un peux dargent. Quand sa va Ben ok Mes ta un problème arrangé toi

Negative experience: On a acheté un voyage avec Melina il y'a 4 mois payement final en février2019 pour voyager en mai 2019 le voyage maintenant coûte moins cher et la companie na pas de garantie de prix, de plus elle a fait une erreur dans le nom de mon fils , service pourrie ,ne répond pas au émail. Update: On est de retour du voyage , je pas mentionné qu'on était un groupe d'environ 50 personnes parti pour un mariage , depuis le début Melina à fait des erreurs nous mettre dans des chambres avec des personnes qu'on connait pas en nous disant que arrivé à l'hôtel tout va bien se passer allor imaginez vous le bordel ,et la chicane qu'il a eu arrivé sur place de plus le prix qu'on a payé il fallait qu'on aille des chambres rénové, On a dormi dans des chambres qui ressemblent à des taudis,
