Fantastic experience: Easy to deal with.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. Details were provided to the agent for a trip 6 months in advance, this agent was so unbelievably incompetent that she didn’t communicate any details until 2 weeks before we were supposed to leave but claimed she did and took no accountability; she failed to fact check the bookings for plane tickets and put the incorrect names on the tickets and gaslighted us claiming we called her to indicate that we told her that our names were the incorrect ones; did not end up getting our trip fully sorted out until 24 hours before we left. The one job this person had was to arrange this trip to ease the stress of travellers and they were completely incapable of doing so. The only thing this person was successful at was completely stressing everyone out. If you can help it, find another service or even figure things out for yourself because this was the worst possible job someone could have done. This service doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Update: she also failed to book hotel rooms accommodating to all of us travelling, leaving me to sleep on the floor during my HOLIDAY!! The complete and utter disappointment continues.

Negative experience: We recently went to Newfoundland with this travel agency, it was not well planned. It was for 12 days I learned more from our bus driver in two hours than our tour guide on the whole trip. Our tour director was not very friendly no direction on getting off the bus or hotel accommodations. Seniors slugging their luggage up 3 flights of stairs. We thought this was a well planned trip until we got to Newfoundland wish we had of spent more money and gone with a more reputable travel agency
