Fantastic experience: I am late in posting this review but after one year I thought of giving Mr. Paul Gill a Pat on the back..So I booked 4 tickets from Air India in Covid times and had to cancel the tickets as Delta Variant was on rise and fearing health risk for me and my family I cancelled the tickets. I was absolutely unsure if Air India would give any refunds as it was a crazy situation then. Mr. Gill fought for me and kept me updated, it took months but he did not loose patience and got me a sizeable refund, I did loose some money and that was beyond control but Mr. Gill never gave up and I feel so happy to have dealt with him
