Negative experience: Terrible. Just terrible. If there was a zero-star option, I’d use it without hesitation. I don’t understand why this place is still open? The staff clearly has no desire to serve anyone. No greetings, no help, no effort just a group of people acting like they are doing their own job. They don’t answer calls, and when they do, they leave you on hold for ages like your time means nothing. If you hate dealing with customers this much, close your business and do a job you actually enjoy because serving customers is clearly not something anyone here wants to do. and please customers do yourself a favour Save your time, money, patience and efforts go literally anywhere else. Negative experience: Owner lady was very rude. She was sitting beside the girl i was talking to and she kept on interrupting us in between . I was asking more details on the flight and she was pushing the girl to receive the payment. She didn’t tell us that there was refuelling stop at Calcutta and flight will be long . When i found out and decided to wait . She told the girl in front of me that don't hold her ticket anymore. I didn’t even ask to hold my ticket. I would never ever recommend this place to any one . Very unprofessional and mannerless lady . Go and learn some etiquette before you choose to do this business .

Negative experience: If you are booking through guru kirta travel, please make sure your trip details on your behalf. We ended up paying extra money when we reach universal studio. On the top, owner was rude with us when we call them back to tell them. Not recommend. Reply to your customer isn't rude. The way you reply or not accepting the mistake is rude. When someone is going first time and didn't know about the passes and blindly trust the travel agent then it's their responsibility to make sure their client is satisfied. On the top you already told the travel agent you have kids so please give as passes so we don't have to wait in the line up.

I messaged again after couple of hours for an update and she never responded. I would not suggest this travel agency for their unprofessional behavior.

The lady who helped us with the tickets was very courteous and had our best interests in mind. She was able to guide us well and got the best deal for our travel needs. Her colleague in the same office was able to do an accurate comparative analysis of various airlines and the service was provided in a non rushed manner in a very clean, well kept office. We will definitely be going to this place again for our future travel needs as well.
