Positive experience: It is place to chill out. It is located in lynn valley mall. Multi business like winners ,save on food,Safeway,shopper drug mart and pharmacy, liquor store, kin's market, bakery,,,,,,,

Negative experience: The security office does not seem to be concerned if the traffic laws/rules are being followed in the parking lot behind the mall - regarding the one way and the all-way stop signs. The drivers that do not observe the signs, flip off those who question why they are blatantly committing the offense - I have experienced this many times and have seen this happen to other law abiding drivers. These 'classy' law-breakers continue to get away with these violations because the security office representatives are indifferent and disinterested in these grievances that the offended mall visitors have pointed out to them. In fact, they have basically said that they can't do much about it but "thank" us for the complaint and that we should "have a nice day". Such detached and callous attitude and consequently, their inactions will give these delinquents more freedom to continue breaking the traffic laws in that area, flipping off and swearing at the rule followers. Congratulations, security office representatives at the Lynn Valley Mall - I applaud your disregard for the concerns and safety of the legitimate patrons of your mall.

Fantastic experience: I have grown almost my whole life in Lynn Valley. I love our community in which we all live. I remember the sixties living on Church Street in Lynn Valley when the Lynn Valley Park had a big forested area of trees. We now have a lush green field on it where the trees once stood. May people who come to our community to live here, be as happy as the rest of in our own God's little acre!!

Fantastic experience: Has a great variety of food groceries and open space to relax. Very east going vibe and friendly folks. Parking lot is a bit busy and there is construction but itll be done eventually. One of or favorite spots just over the bridge from Vancouver east.

Positive experience: Christmas quartet in the mall playing so loud that I couldn't hear anything from the guy in the kiosk with whom I was trying to do business. Left without what I was there for.

Positive experience: Not a lot going on here but it is convenient because of the save on foods, BCL and winners. The bakery is yummy too!

Positive experience: I wasn't really in the mall more like beside it. The mall is good though with many shops to suit your needs

Negative experience: Used to be a family friendly mall, with a nice play area for kids. But it was taken away supposedly because some retail workers complained about the noise. I guess if the kids aren't welcome, neither are their parents with their wallets.

Positive experience: This is more like a shopping centre with a few stores and two grocery stores. The food court is really small with three stores. Big stores include Save On Foods, Safeway, CIBC , Winners and BC Liquor. It's has a Telus, Rogers and Freedom store inside.

Fantastic experience: Very nice! My chiropractor is here and good to get a coffee after my appointment. Parking is easy and free

Positive experience: I'm sad to say that there is just not much going on in the mall anymore. No toy store, no book store, very few places to do any actual shopping. Plenty of insurance companies and dental offices though. Sadly Winners and Romance Jewelers are the only real draws here.

Negative experience: Horrendous parking layout. People are impatient and you feel like you are always on the verge of a fender bender. Nothing special about the mall.

Negative experience: This is a mall? That's not a mall it's just a bunch of stores put together with a roof on top. It takes you less the five minutes to walk through. Sorry I should've said two minutes.
