Negative experience: This is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. My husband left it in their hands to plan a perfect trip for my Christmas holidays and it was the worst. They planned a trip to Cuba where there is no food, fly issues everywhere. It was a disaster. I spent 1 night out of 7 and they refused to give me a refund. I would not recommend this travel service to my enemy

Negative experience: I went to this travel service to aid with a surprise trip for my wife, the agent assist me to book a trip to Cuba without providing or letting me know there was a shortage with food in the country, she had even suggested the hotel she think is a great hotel. However upon arriving and going to buffet to get a meal even though I paid for an all inclusive there was no choices,no fruits no vegetables!!! My wife and I reach out to her letting her know we wish to return home or go to another country because it’s totally unfair for us to book an all inclusive and starving ( I basically paid to live poor in another country) this lady seems like she doesn’t care about no one or their feelings she’s just there to make her sale and collect her pay!!! However after my wife started cry the rep at the hotel assisted us to leave the day after!!! This agent book us a ticket for day 3 which make no sense if we are saying we are starving..,,we asked her to cancel the ticket which she said she was going to do but did not where we found out after we already arrived in Canada we got a voicemail from her telling us to cancel our ticket because they are closing!!! We end spending over 3000 CAD for spending 1 night in Cuba!!!! The supervisor made it worst as he did not care either we are asking a manager or CEO to reach out to us!!! To reimburse us as this is unfair to us!!!!!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t advise individuals to book with this travel service I had the worst experience of a moment which was to be special for my husband and I turned out to be a nightmare. These agents only work for the sales not the best in the best interest of their clients, these agents don’t know what they are doing!!!!!Agent Alice was the agent who assisted my husband to book a surprise trip as an agent she lack information and details on these countries and what is going on within the countries economy. She book us a trip to Cuba for 7days we arrive on Friday it was the worst hotel ever….she book an all inclusive hotel which she claim is a 5 star hotel which was a complete lie. This agent lie for a living and she doesn’t care or believe in individual well being and customer rights. The hotel she booked for us only serve 1 fruit, 1 meal type and I reach out to her to have use return to Canada ASAP…..we spend more money again this girl let us basically spend over 3000CAD for a 1 night stay in CUBA!!!!!!! Her and her supervisor show no remorse or feelings to the situation!!!!!! This company is a scam or it’s the individuals that works there, they will tell you the supervisor will return your calls but don’t. You will have 1 staff telling you the supervisor is on lunch and another telling you he’s not at work. No one actually care or wants to face the reality of the mistake and errors made by Alice because they have already been paid. I have been asking to speak with the owner or manager since December 22,2024 and I still haven’t received a call or an email!!!!

The agents were not only rude and dismissive, the last one asked me who booked the ticket, speak with them and hung up while I was responding to him. The favorable ratings awarded to them are questionable, based on my experience with them.

I have asked team to cancel my ticket, they had cancelled and process the refund very quickly. Also there is a air ticket available on airline website and they are happy to book the ticket myself. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The name was wrong on one of my tickets, and they refused to change it, even though I spoke with them a month ahead of time. I managed to make it to Asia with the wrong name on my ticket, but the airline demanded the name be fixed before the return flight. Again, SkyRoute refused to correct the name, and I ended up having to spend hours fixing it myself, in a foreign country without proper phone access. It was awful.

Fantastic experience: We came across a attractive video on the Helicopter Package for the Kedarnath Yatra appeared on SkyRoute Travel Service's YouTube channel. Subsequently, we reached out to Mr. Selvaraj of the Delhi Branch to arrange our Chardham Yatra, spanning from the 21st of October to the 1st of November 2023, a 12-day journey that included a same-day Helicopter ride for Kedarnath Darshan. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected visit by the President of India to Shree Kedarnath on our booked day, there was a delay in our Helicopter visit, resulting in an overnight stay in Kedarnath.The Helicopter team, in collaboration with the SkyRoute Travel team, especially Mr. Selvaraj, the trip coordinator, made extraordinary efforts to ensure our timely return from Kedarnath the following morning. SkyRoute Travel arranged our trip in an efficient and stress-free manner, leaving us deeply impressed. Our driver, Mr. Chander, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, serving as both a guide and chauffeur throughout our 12-day Yatra in the Himalayas. All the accommodations provided by SkyRoute were of the 3-star category and exceeded our expectations. Undoubtedly, the Char Dham Yatra is considered one of the most challenging treks globally, but SkyRoute Travel made it easy remarkably accessible and enjoyable. Negative experience: This Skyrout Travel should be called Scamrout travel agency and scamming people is their services. . Before you book through them, check out people’s stories of how they got scam from these guys. Raves reviews might be not true. Check them out on BBB and yelp as well. 4/5 bad reviews have similar stories. Bad weather, they stepped, verbally promised of refund but it is not true.

Fantastic experience: Started my spiritual and pleasure trip to India. I started the journey from September 13/23 to October 21/23. It was very fulfilling adventure with few hiccups. I enjoyed very much the North India specially Kashi. Rishikesh and Haridwar. The spiritual journey to these places was full filled. Enjoyed the beautiful mountains and tea gardens of Kerala. In the south I enjoyed Kanyakumari, Rameshwaran and Chennai. Weather was very hot and managed to go for sightseeing and temple visits. Drivers and guides in North was extremely helpful and courteous. Mr Selvaraj the agent coordinator was very helpful and did every possible thing to make my journey comfortable. From arranging air flights tickets and boarding pass to hotel issues. All were resolved in a professional and swift manner. I recommend SkyRoute Travel Services for your travel agent.

Negative experience: My brother and wife had a flight that was booked with this agency by the agent Terry Deopaul . They had an issue with a travel document and was unable to travel this agent was not accommodating in regards to the Situation and totally push them around I am quite disappointed money doesn’t come easy for a person to go on vacation and to know that a person is not willing to help and brush you off and your money just tossed away it’s unacceptable I would not ever recommend this agency nor agent to my worse enemy .

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed the Europe Pilgrimage/tour which I took from April 15th to 30th, 2023 touring through Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Switzerland. It was one of my best trips ever. The Tour Manager - Ivan D’Lima from SkyRoute Travel Services, who is so knowledgeable and experienced in handling trips, and of course so much full of fun, did an absolute amazing job. It was very well planned and organized from start to finish. Ivan and his caring wife went out of their way and personally took care of each and every person on the trip. The itinerary was fantastic. They took us to all the places of interest. The arrangements made for hotels, travelling, meals, site seeing, local tour guides were the best. I loved how we got to see so much in such a short amount of time. We were fortunate to have had the Spiritual Guidance of Fr. Henry Alva, who is so knowledgeable and who shared so much information about all the religious places we visited. The group of people on the tour were just amazing, so friendly, helpful and full of fun. The trip was absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to take a Pilgrimage trip, to go with this company and join Ivan D’Lima on his pilgrimage trips/tours.

Fantastic experience: Our tour Coordinator Ivon DeLima in conjunction with SkyRoute travels planned the most memorable pilgrimage to Europe for us. Everything from flights, luxury buses for travel within Europe, to food chain restaurants and other restaurants, sightseeing, tour guides was planned with so much detail, that there were absolutely no hiccups and we had an amazing experience. SkyRoute arranged the best hotels, close to the shrines in Fatima and Lourdes. The churches were walking distance, with 2 days in these places so that we could attend and get the best spiritual experience which is what we all travelled for. Food was never an issue, as most of the places served delicious local food along with wine in most places. We even had a fabulous Indian meal at a restaurant atop Mt. Titlis in Zurich. Ivon has an amazing personality and gave everyone his undivided attention including the bus drivers who went above and beyond to take us to places even twice for example the Eiffel Tower. Would definitely recommend Ivon and SkyRoute for other trips as they gave us an amazing experience.

Negative experience: Was not asked what kind of ticket we wanted to purchase if economy or flex. Was not asked if we wanted to be able to change dates or cancel before ticket was booked. Ticket paid off and no travel information has been given. Try to reach out to Terry he’s not available and does not call back. You’re better off going through the airline directly or a better travel agency.
