Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Khalsa Travel. Their refund policy is unfair and lacks transparency. The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. I would not recommend Khalsa Travel to anyone. The overall experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time and money. There are better travel agencies out there that prioritize customer satisfaction.

Negative experience: WARNING!!! BEWARE!! So 98 reviews and 4 out 5 stars….Hmmmm. So all the reviewers must be employees, family and or friends. This place is a Joke!!!!! Stay away if you want the worst Customer service experience ever!!!! I would not recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy. They will flat out lie to your face while reneging on original comments made to support you. A lot more reputable places out there that would go the extra mile to support your needs. Again….”STAY AWAY!!!!!” ZERO STARS!!!! Not One!!

Negative experience: Worst experience with SONU. I usually interact with Mandeep kaur and she gives ypu good advice but unfortunately, when I have to confirm my mother's return ticket she was on vacation and I had to deal with the worst advice giver SONU. Please dont follow him otherwise you will loose money. He doesn't care about your money and just think about his own commission. HATE IT REALLY. Just lost my money because of him.

Negative experience: One of the worse agent for booking tickets, you will be stranded on road if you book tickets from these people, they book random flights and doesn’t even know for which country you require transit visa. Book tickets yourself that would be best don’t trust these people they will waste your money

Negative experience: I have very bad experience with khalsa travels. Yesterday I had a flight to India and it was cancel no one informed. When I reached on check in counter they told me that my flight was cancel. Nd today I went to their office they told me that They are not refunding my money. Nd Next its my marriage they didn’t even gave me any alternative ticket. I have no idea what should I do.

Negative experience: I have really bad experience with Khalsa Travel. Spoke with a agent named Deep. He gave me once a price then same afternoon when I went to purchase the tickets, totally different $800 increased price. When I wanted to talk with the manager then didn't let me. Totally bluffing business.

Negative experience: Long term customer, referred many, but not anymore. Not the best way to deal with customers when you cannot even hold a ticket for 24hrs. Mr.N @ KTravel, took all our details, date of birth, full names to hold 3 tickets for India. We called next day within 20hrs and he advised will call back as was busy. After 1hr we called again, only to know that they cannot give the price anymore , its up at $250/ticket. So what was the whole holding thing about! ? Again was told, will try best and will call back. But they didn't have the courtesy to call back. Poor customer service or have don't care. Wasted our time and prices are in-fact up now. ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
