Negative experience: Zero customer service. If anything happens with your flight they are not helpful at all. Specially if you have bought your ticket through their website and not via an agent. The only reason you buy from an agency and pay the extra buck is for the customer service which they have none. My ticket was cancelled through airline and they charged me to "process" my refund. I called the airline and they said that's not the case and the agency has received my refund. So basically they kept my refund until I "authorize" them to charge me an extra a fee so I can get my refund. STAY AWAY

Negative experience: Very very bad costumer service. Stay away from them! My wife wanted to add a pet to her flight. Not only did the not know the airlines rules, but also they guided her wrong! They were able to check to see which flights allow pet but they did not! Instead, they forced my wife to book a flight from their website first, that flight did not allow pets. Then they charged me 75$ for canceling the flight and booking a new one even thou no tickets were issued in the first place! They acted as if they are doing me a favour for adding the pet while this is the agencies responsibility with no extra charge (the extra charge is collected at the airport by the airline)! Here goes my first ever google review.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Atlas Travel Canada. They are extremely irresponsible and offer no support after making a sale. They charge an excessive fee for ticket changes, even though airlines don’t charge this fee if booked directly. When I requested a refund for my ticket, they refused to help and told me to contact Turkish Airlines’ office directly, wasting my time. I’ve used this agency multiple times and have consistently been disappointed. Even when I was stuck in Turkey due to an airline mistake, their agent told me to go to the airport myself to change or buy a new ticket, which would have caused significant financial loss. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and highly unreliable. My agent’s name is Fereshteh. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I was talking to the agent over the phone, he told me price 120$higher than website.i said website is different, he told me website is not updated Later I saw a charge from air Canada and 120$from Atlas travel, it was his commission that he lied about. It's literally stealing the money. I put the comment here and the manager called me and talked to me non stop to delete the comment. I did it. Year later I talked to Anahita over the phone, she charged me 50$for reservation and she told me she would reimburse if I buy the final ticket from Atlas.I did purchased the ticket and she told me it was only if you purchased from me. I indeed confirmed with her initially that I'm going to buy online, she said all good, she would reimburse Reached out to the manager and he didn't care to respond Dishonest corporation.

Negative experience: We booked a Mexico vacation package, and we have decided to change the dates because the new date was cheaper. We had the agent (Ms. Mandana) informed about the date change. It seemed that she was not willing to do this for any reason and was trying to dissuade us from this decision. After our repeated insistence and hesitate in following up on her part, the package's price increased, and we missed the discount on this. Also, the time to use my vacation leave was overshadowed by this issue.

Negative experience: They wanted to charge me $ 390 per person for cancelling my ticket (blaming Turkish airline) I called Turkish airline and they confirmed I can cancel my tickets without any charges and they put a note on my flight ticket as well.However, the agency agent still refused to process my refund. they forced me to etransfer $150 to their agency inorder to process my refund. I will stay away from the agency and get my tickets directly from Turkish airline moving forward. If I wanted to trust them, I would have ended loosing $780 for two tickets!!!

After 10 years of traveling between Canada and Iran, I contacted you and was really disappointed by the way your employee spoke and interacted. Negative experience: Oh, where do I begin?! they don't deserve even 1 star. I rarely write negative reviews, but I really thought I should share my experience to help others avoid this travel agency at all costs. Due to visa issues, the airline didn't board me. First of all, I expected that a travel agency should know better and advise customers of such issues. Otherwise, what's the point of buying a ticket from an agent, instead of directly buying from the airline. I was hoping for some accountability, of which I received none. Anyhow, after asking for a ticket change, they frustrated us with a difficult process and asked for $1800 per person to be able to change the tickets, while I could find similar tickets myself online with much lower price. So, I asked the agent at Atlas travel to cancel my flight and refund me, so I can proceed with the purchase of new tickets myself. They asked for $650 fee per person to be able to process the cancellation. I talked with the airline directly and explained everything. They felt sorry for me and tried to help, but unfortunately, they were unable to help as I had bought the tickets through an agent. Anyway, I could understand some level of administration fee but $1300 for two people was too much. Even after I paid this large amount, I emailed them and asked for a receipt a couple of times so I can claim these costs from my trip interruption travel insurance, but they never responded me back. Obviously, a lot is wrong with this agency. I'm currently reviewing options with a lawyer to sue them for charging me for the incurred costs with no official receipt. In the meantime, I thought I should share my experience here to warn other people.

Negative experience: The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Since the Lufthansa airline cancelled their flights to Iran up to the end of Jan. 2023, our plan changed to go to the Iran, when I asked the lady for fully refund from airline, she refused and said $200 is the cancellation fee that we have to pay, but when we talked to Lufthansa airline they said “ we have fully refund or rebook , it’s your choice “ , but Ms. Romisa (the agent) refused it and asked for $200 for penalty and forced us to accept it if not the airline will charge us more, so we had to accept it and told them , they can deduct $200 from the the ticket amount. The interesting part is they charged $200 my visa card under name of Atlas Travel Agency and she said the whole amount will come back to my card during next 2 weeks… They have got this payment for doing nothing, hope nobody is cheated like this!

However, the agent not only refused to answer my question because I have not purchased my ticket from them ( I purchased my ticket online) but she also was super rude on the phone. I understand it is not their responsibility to answer someone’s question who is not their customer but spending one minute of your time to answer a question does not hurt and even if you do not want to answer a question you can politely mention it. Consider whoever call you can be your potential customer.

Fantastic experience: I got my tickets with Atlas travel , very pleased with the rate I got through ms. Romisa, also explained everything to me and guide me through.

Negative experience: My experience with their agent wasn’t a pleasant one at all. I contacted their office and talked to one of their agents, named Atosa. I asked her to find 2 tickets for me and she asked for my passengers’ information and I provided all the details required. She asked me to be available when she calls back with the pricing, but she never did. I followed up with her a few times when I didn’t hear back from her and she rejected my calls every time with the promise to call me back. She didn’t respond to my text messages either. I believe this is not a professional behavior from a traveling agency.

Negative experience: We do not recommend Atousa from this agency, please read the reviews before you commit to this agency, they will not tend to you after you purchase a ticket, any inquiries concerns or questions you will be having after you purchase a ticket from them will be ignored, she also blocked us from contacting her, do not waste money here, purchase from Afra travel across the street

Fantastic experience: I have used their services a few times in the past and as recent as last month and it has always been a smooth experience. I check the dates, routes and prices online and make a purchase either online or through one of their travel agents. This time, there was an issue with my flight and it got cancelled by AirCanada and it was a messy situation since my ticket was a combination of AirCanada and Lufthansa flights. AirCanada refused to help and passed me to Lufthansa and Lufthansa apparently doesn’t work on weekends (yay!!!), so I called Atlas travel and dear Elham Mousavi was there to help and she checked everything for a flawless rebooking and finished the job under 10 minutes. I can’t begin to describe the pressure during those moments (missing an international flight) and being relieved after calling your travel agent. She was super quick and amazing. I hope no one goes through that experience, but if you do, Atlas travel proved to be there for their customers.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this agency to anyone. The lady I got ticket from was so rude and absolutely performed the poorest customer service to me. I tried to be patient with this woman although the way she was talking was so disrespectful. I got the ticket from her, yesterday my 2 daughters had flight and in Viena they understood the flight is changed and the 5 hours transit turn out to 11 hours. Today I called this woman called Azin Mohajer, I was explaining the story to her but she yelled at me and using disrespectful words . They did not take any responsibility at the end and I had to call Air Canada to solve my problem. They are not helpful at all and they hate people.
