Negative experience: ETN Travel is worst travels agency. Book the tickets through Lavneet , first my daughter's name(infant ticket) was not there. Inspite of paying for the tickets. We had a hard time to come back because of not booking the tickets. In the Covid-19, the flight got cancelled, Lavneet keep on telling she will apply for the credit & let me know through the airline. But never applied for the credit & said after 6 months. The tickets are expired now, Cant do anything. Please Please Dont buy tickets from them . They are the worst travel agency.

Negative experience: Such a waste to deal with their service and them. Booked a flight for my brother from Delhi to Toronto, flight got cancelled due to some reason. It was approx 8pm in Toronto called their number owner of company picked. I told her my brother flight got cancelled at moment without notice help us. This is owners words were “I cannot do anything, if you want your money i can give back or else leave. Cannot talk to you right now call us morning after 10” The reason why she gave offer to refund because she knows tickets are expensive they have no option. Secondly they don’t have any emergency number so we can contact, when I asked them they replied this is how it is. When we have to book ticket they will call us like thousand time so they can make money but once payment is done they don’t even care. Worst experience with them. Will recommend everyone book online instead from them not big difference in price also of their is any situation like this airline compensate as well. Only one person have some sense how to talk his name is Navdeep but at the end he is also employee

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY..!! I requested them to add a child who is a minor onto the existing ticket booked through them but due to less commission on this they kept us waiting for several days making excuses. We told them we are in a urgent situation that my mom is departing soon from Canada and she decided to take her grandson along with her. Even after explaining the situation to Navdeep(one of the agents), he took minimal interest in modifying the booking. They kept diverting us to different airlines(Delta, KLM, Westjet) all of them had long waiting times. Their unprofessional behaviour spoiled our whole long weekend. Finally when we pushed them, then they asked extremely high fees of USD 250 plus airline fees just to add child onto the existing ticket itinerary. We again called the airline and came to know that we only needed to pay $65 tax to add a minor child. We used to book a lot of tickets through them but not ANYMORE..!! BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS…!!!!

Ask for vacation packages she told me they will give me a call back in 5min but I didn't get any call .After 3hrs when I called them again she was very rude to me. She said why you called we are busy we have only one person .Don't call we will give you a call when we have time and till evening I didn't receive any call.

Fantastic experience: Navdeep sharma was extremely kind and patient in his service . we wanted to travel with out pet and infant and he worked head to toe in his best ability to find us a pet friendly flight. but despite all his efforts rules for india are such that it is ideal for us to not travel with our furr baby. but other than that he was kind and took every call very diligently. our trip is coming close and yet he workwd everydY priortizing our task to provide feasible rates . unfortunately traveling to india currently in general is extremely expensive but he found us how we wanted to take a stay in europe before coming back to to toronto. frankly anytime we plan an international trip , i will call etn travels without blinking and will trust them to provide their best advice. as he had mentioned in the beginning we should not make any decisions in hurry . planning international trip a esp to india is tedious jobs and i am glad my friend introduced me to etn travels. my friend also took their service to travel in december to india and now going forward we lo recommend more friends and family. Mr. Sharma was empathetic towards are requirements with babies and was advising us whatever he could in his best ability. yes our tickets are still pricy but feankly we are bookinh 15 days before the trip and we have stay over in european country . we are paying for the trip we wanted to plan with ahoet intervals and stays with the choice of country. Negative experience: I booked a vacation package for Mexico, because of their mistake I had to buy another ticket on Airport on day of the departure. And when I came back and informed these guys they are like the guy (Pawan) who you talked with is not office. It’s been 2 months and they telling that the guy is not in office or not available. I have been buying tickets from these guys from almost 5 years but now forget it. I would never recommend ETN especially for vacation package. I would suggest google that there should be negative ranking also so people know about the agency.

Because of their lack of information I had to pay double the amount of my trip in which a part of supposed refund is still pending and it’s been 10 months to it. I keep requesting them for update but there is no response Zero customer service.

Negative experience: If you want to save yourself from a nightmare, please don't use ETN to book your trip. I used their services to book a flight from Delhi to Toronto via Dubai. They didn't provide me with any information, even though I asked them multiple times about the COVID testing requirements at the airport. Due to this, I wasn't allowed to board a flight for Dubai from New Delhi airport. I had to spend another $850 to book the next flight from Delhi to Dubai to continue with the trip. I sent them an email regarding this, and they showed zero remorse about it or any apologies. Here is a screenshot of their reply. It seems like they only care about getting your money. Even my name was wrong on the hotel booking. Also, my father's name was wrong on the Dubai visa. They claim to be a travel company, though they can't even verify if the name is correct on the documents they are providing. Nor are they able to provide very important details regarding procedures throughout your trip.

Negative experience: Hey guys, we booked three tickets from ETN travels by Toronto to Delhi indirect fight stay in Abu Dhabi but they didn't tell us what supporting documents are guided by airline for traveling due to that airlines didn't give our family permission to travel. We called them over the phone many times but they aren't picking the phone. Worsted service ever had in my entire life.
