Negative experience: I called Karn to book a ticket, and he repeatedly told me he would send it in 15 minutes. I followed up four times throughout the day, and each time he said it was on the way—but I never received the ticket. This level of irresponsibility wasted my entire day. I even had to cancel an important appointment the next day because of this delay. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience.. my flight got cancelled during covid and airline was issuing refunds for that. I called Ritu and team so many times they said they have requested my refund. Everytime i called they said its in process.. when i called airline they said its already been done.. called Ritu again.. she stopped picking my called and replying my messages.. So don't trust them in terms of refund. My friend had the experience with them..

Negative experience: Worst airlines ticket agent, cheating customers saying free date change and cancellation but charges $3000 to 4000 Canadian Dollars have to be reported to airlines ombudsman department

Negative experience: NEVER BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM SPECIALLY FROM KOMAL. Worst experience. This is the worst place to book your airlines tickets, my husband got his tickets from this agency and the airline cancelled the flight due to some reason, I called them to adjust the time for another flight. But the customer service rep named KOMAL asked us to pay more, they were all trying to make more money even when it was not our fault, then I called the airline again and told them the whole situation about the agency asking me for money, they helped me and change the time as well as date for my husband's flight, and said it was not your fault it was airline who cancelled the flight.

She even helped me get my refund when Covid started and my mom was unable to travel. She helped me to change the return dates so many times as well. She went beyond every time to help me. Negative experience: I wish If I could give them a negative rating. Overall, very bad experience. I got my sister’s ticket done from here in April for 2nd may which got canceled because of the flights ban and I told Ritu the owner of this place to get it refunded. She never got back to me. And when I called in she always says give us some time. In August, air canada agent confirmed that it was refunded already on june 24th. Then, upon giving her some warnings about legal action, I got my money from which she deducted around $600 for no reason whereas the company itself refunded the entire amount. Such an irresponsible person not sure how is she growing up her business

Negative experience: I usually never do reviews but this time I really had a bad experience going to them. Very unprofessional, they don’t respond. They will only call and respond when they need you to pay. It’s been like three weeks that I am really tired of calling them now. Today when I called the lady who works there said that she can’t send me email of my ticket ( already paid for that 3 days ago) as she is very busy answering other calls. I told her she forgot it’s the customers and I am also one of her customers . I hope the owner reads it do the needful. Bad decision and repentance.

Fantastic experience: My brother was stuck in India from April and there was no hope. Then my cousin told me about All Link Travel. I booked a ticket on 21 July and he was in plane on mid night 22 (Same day). He travelled via Paris and Mexico but everything was arranged by Ritu. Her customer service is above and beyond. No agent is available in mid night to help but she was. She booked a hotel in Mexico and gave all the guidelines and directions. I wanna say thank you so much Ritu

Negative experience: I book two tickets from them to India from Toronto on friday, they told me they will call you back for the payments. I called them to discuss about covid 19 test procedure on that evening. They explained me and hung up the call without taking payment and I thought they will call me back. I waited next day as well. On Monday, I called them to pay for the tickets and I got surprised when they told me that there is no ticket booking for you. Ritu said bhajji we don't have any ticket for you, you didn't pay. I told that I called you many times you didn't pick the calls. And they offered me same ticket $250 cad more than the friday price. A very unprofessional and zero customer service

Fantastic experience: I was stuck in India with my two children because of the travel ban. We contacted countless travel agents, but none were able to help. All hope was lost until we found Ritu from All Link Travel. We booked three flights back from India, with stays in France and Mexico, for the first week of July. We have safely landed now, and are very happy with our experience. She is great to work with and very helpful, her customer service and quick replies are very good. Most agents stop replying, or don’t help you throughout the whole process, this is not the case with Ritu, she helped us during the whole trip via WhatsApp calls. Thank you for getting us back to Canada during the travel ban.

Negative experience: My recent experience with All Link travel was not very good. We had trip booked for March to DR. But due to COVID 19 pandemic, we cancelled the trip. And we went back and forth between All Link and Air Transat to cancel our trip but got absolute no refund in the end. Not going there again.

Negative experience: Their customer service is terrible. Asked them before coming to their office if they can match prices to online, they claimed that they can beat any price. but when i get their, the lady was so arrogant and showed me different prices, when I asked her to match, she reacted like her ego is hurt and told me to go and book online. Her attitude towards customer is very bad. I know probably they don't care but I can say they almost gonna lose 6-7 customers because of this incident.

Negative experience: The worst customer service !! Beware...please do not book your air tickets with this travel agent or you will regret like me. My parents and grandmother booked return air tickets from India (New Delhi to Toronto) by paying about $7000. My grandmother was a business class traveller both ways. Since, ticket was issued by this travel agent, it was his responsibility to ensure that he updated customer contact details in his system. However, owing to lousy customer service and sheer lack of commitment to his duties, All Link Travel failed to do so, resulting in the passengers almost missing their return flight back home The return flight was pre-booked 6-1/2 months in advance & due to airlines changing their flight timings adhering to winter schedule, this information was supposed to be passed on to us by this travel agent. We were lucky to catch the flight at the last minute. (the check in counter had already closed) Airlines staff was also hell shocked about the disgusting service of travel agent and asked me with surprise...who's your travel agent....they should be updating airlines system with your info, so that airlines can update you with any info about changes with your flight timings. She further added that when ticket is issued by travel agent, it becomes his duty to inform you also about any changes. When contacted about the poor service, I encountered one rude fellow named Mr. Bhalla. He totally failed to acknowledge his mistake and instead said that I am totally at fault for not having checked the flight time with the airlines. I understand that I should have checked with Airlines about flight time, but that does not relieve him from his responsibilites. When I told Mr. Bhalla that I would write a negative Google review, he said " Please take a drum and start beating it with your woes" Never ever book your tickets from this place. I am sure, the business will try to protect their face by marking my review as fake...so if needed I would be happy to share a copy of the ticket, invoice, PNR and email which would be sufficient proof of me booking tickets from this undeserving agent. I am giving 1 star because that was the least option. Would have given negative stars if Google permitted me !
