Negative experience: Basically do not go with this agency unless you speak Urdu. None of the guides spoke English, very poorly organized and had many many mistakes throughout which leaves you wasting your money. Had to report to Better Business Bureau as they refused to resolve anything when we got back to Canada. I do not like to rate Muslim owned businesses poorly but I do not want other Muslims to waste their money on such a monumental experience.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed as the guide had a language barrier, the agency provided a guide who only spoke Urdu. Secondly the guide helped perform umrah with the least knowledge, while performing the SAFA n MARWA he stopped on the second round and asked us to do it our self. In order explore the historical place, the guide briefly drove around and did not provide enough detail. And now for Madinah, no guide was provided at all. (Which we paid for) The driver again only spoke Urdu, and no idea about history, took us to about 3 places and dropped us and asked us to find info on our own. Please research before going with any agencies as they’ll full you big time. I could have simply save thousand of dollars and book ticket, hotel on my own and hire a local guide of my choice. My 3 kids are very very disappointed as they couldn’t explore properly. I can’t explain how disappointed my family and Iam. While performing umrah we were like we made the biggest mistake going with Bismillah Travels. Please please do your full research before going with these agency. I would recommend not to.

Fantastic experience: We chose Bismillah Travel for our Umrah journey, and the experience was absolutely incredible! Everything went seamlessly, and we had a truly memorable trip. The airline and flights were excellent, and the 3-4 hour airport layovers were perfect for traveling with kids, sparing us from long, tiring waits. Our stay at VOCO Makkah was fantastic—the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a reliable shuttle service and even a mall in the basement! In Madinah, we stayed at Nusuk Al Hijra, which, while slightly older, was in a prime location just a short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque. The Ziyarats were very informative and helpful, adding a deeper dimension to our journey. Saad and Imam were both professional and accommodating, answering all our questions and ensuring we had a smooth experience. The guided first Umrah was also incredibly helpful. We did face a minor hiccup when our driver didn’t show up for over 1.5 hours to transfer us from Jeddah to our hotel. However, we understand that these situations are beyond Bismillah Travel’s control—things happen! Apart from that, all the other transportation arrangements were excellent. Special thanks to Nadia, who has been our point of contact since day one. She has been absolutely amazing—always professional, friendly, and prompt in addressing all our queries and requests. Her knowledge and dedication made our trip even more enjoyable. We look forward to traveling with Bismillah Travel again in the future and will gladly recommend them to our family and friends!

Fantastic experience: After completing my recent Umrah, I can say that Bismillah travels exceeded my expectations. The rep in Canada, Nadia, was prompt, responded to all questions efficiently and booked my package according to my needs. They do provide you with Ihram clothing but only drawback is pickup is Toronto only. Upon arrival, our Saudi contacts had us picked up from the airport as soon as I managed to get a Saudi SIM. There were 2 main contacts in Saudi (one being the guide himself) who responded to all my messages very quickly. Everything from the 1st Umrah to the bus tours went very smoothly. Overall, I would definitely recommend Bismillah travels. From initial booking to the end of the trip, everything went perfectly. May Allah bless your journey. Things to note: The tours of Mecca and Medina are approx 3 to 4 hours with on/off stops. The Saudi guides do speak English, however, a lot of the tour is narrated in Urdu with one of the guides trying to explain it in English. Ihram clothes are free but pickup in Toronto only.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my first Umrah with my wife, Alhumdolillah, and we bought our customized gold package from Bismillah Travels months ago. Sister Sidra was helpful throughout the process and always answered my nervous questions, especially when I started noticing the mixed reviews for this agency on Google. I don't know why others had problems, but I will say you must be active with Bismillah on asking clarification questions and feeling comfortable with everything. They don't mind you reaching out, though they can be a little hard to get ahold of, especially from Ramadan all the way through to the end of Hajj season. Two recommendations for Bismillah to improve even further and become the agency of choice for travelers. 1) When a customer pays part or all of their balance with their credit card, please don't use their card to pay other people's tickets. You are already charging a credit card fee, and it was very odd for me to see my payment to Bismilla broken up into multiple purchases from Air Canada, other airlines and a travel fee. (Made no sense because I was actually traveling on Turkish Airlines.) It all reconciled fine, but just not good business practice. 2) Come up with a two pages guide for your customers so we know in advance what our packages include/exclude and how to benefit from them. I was pleasantly surprised to learn when I arrived in Mecca that I could do the Umrah with a guide in the next few hours. I had even asked for it months earlier, but no communication was provided about this benefit until I got the call. It would also have been great if we were given advance details and timings for the Ziyarat stops, rather than just being surprised about each on the tours. Bismillah is honestly a great agency and I highly recommend them, but do be aware they need a bit of effort to stand out as the best.

Fantastic experience: Bismillah Travels and tours have been exceptionally helpful in every step of our trip. Customer service is great. I would recommend Bismillah travels highly. The only concern we had was with the Egypt airline they gave us only one baggage we couldn't shop anything at in Mad8na and Makkah. It is the airline problem not the travel agency.

Negative experience: I recommend avoid dealing with this agency. Canadian management is unprofessional, lazy, and not well thought out. On the Saudi side, expect terrible management, poor accommodation, and none of their employees speak fluent English. Ignore whatever response they may provide, it is worth it to spend more and go with a more reputable agency.

Negative experience: I was dealing with Nadia and no explanation of what to do. Their flights are expensive and doesn’t cover anything they don’t even have a quide to take you to places. They only come for 2 days of 12 days of trip. I do not recommend this company go with somewhere else and get a better coverage!!! Transportation even was paid from our own pocket. No communication and no help….

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a private Umrah package organized by Bismillah Travels. Everything from airline tickets to Hotel reservations and ground transportation and ziarat was very well organized. Sidra and her team were always available to answer any questions or make adjustments to our iternary. Their local Saudi contact was also available to answer any questions we had. Certainly our trip wasn't without its challenges but these were beyond Bismillah Travels control so I can't attribute those as their failings. Bi iznillah we will have an opportunity to use their services again in the future.

Negative experience: If you want to be stranded, and if you want your travel agent to hide away after you come in to a Problem by all means book your trip with this agency, I had purchased my ticket for pakistan karachi with mr arbaaz, from toronto. The flight toronto to karachi was direct and my return was june 28 from karachi to islamabad to toronto via PIA. My return flight was abruptly cancelled from karachi to islamabad very last minute, however the flight from isb to toronto was still going, pia had changed my whole flight to july 2nd. I called bismillah travels to speak with arbaaz and the receptionist kept saying he will call me in 10 mins and mr arbaaz went into hiding and did not call me back while i was at the airport already. It was time for agency to close, mr arbaaz did not help coordinate a different flight for me to get to isb somehow, or bismillah travels and told me to go to PIA office and deal with them. Because of this negligence, i incurred a $3000 in my business because i had to be back in canada before june 30th, as my business earning is on the 30th and 1st. I called bismillah travel again to speak with mr arbaaz, yet still mr arbaaz did not connect with me to clarify all this. I was also not notifed by bismillah travel about my trip cancellation as PIA contactet the agent. Please do yourself a don’t involve this travel agency as they don’t stand with their clients and hide when clients end up in a difficult problem, it is a agency job to handle all situations for clients. I had to do that myself.

Fantastic experience: Nadia has been very amazing in booking and arranging all the necessary flights for the trips. Her attention to detail is exceptional. The locations of the hotels in Mecca, Madina and Dubai was excellent. Everything about the trip was perfect. Fantastic experience: I got an Umrah package from Bismillah travels last month. Nadia Ghazanfar helped me with the package. She was super helpful. She worked out every single detail of the trip with me so that I was able to customize my package. She also suggested the best hotel, keeping in mind that my mother was on wheelchair. Everything was hassle free when we reached Saudi Arabia. Saad in Saudi Arabia was very helpful too. Overall I would recommend their services to anyone interested in a hassle free Umrah.

Negative experience: Never will I ever going to make travel plans with this travel company. First they over charged me for four adult tickets to Pakistan via Dubai. Plus they routed our itinerary in such a way that 17 hours stop over at Dubai did not qualify us for hotel stay at airline expense ..I had to pay that out of my pocket. I bet they don’t even understand airline rules.

Positive experience: Sister nadia was very helpful and always helped me throughout the process and answered many of my questions. However, once I was in Umrah we had hotel booking and wrong rooms for me and my wife. I emailed and called sister nadia and they couldn't help us. Unfortunately we were sleeping on seperate beds and more. If you book with them, get a written confirmation that if hotel rooms are not what is promised, they should refund a portion or help with something such as free breakfast. If that was done for us, this would have been a 5 star review.

Negative experience: Such a disappointment. My family and I had a Very unorganized and chaotic experience! I DO NOT recommend Bismillah travel. Save your money and do a little research and book you own travels. Bismillah Travels associates in Saudi seem to have no idea what they are doing, one bus driver even said he just came to saudi two days ago for this job, like wth??. They make you suffer in tight van for hours to take you from Jeddah to Madina and then back to Mecca and the van drivers are always 1.5-2 hours late. By the time we were going to perform ummrah we got very sick and were exhausted as we had travelled 7 hours from Jeddah to Madina in bus and then 7 hours from Medina to Makkah (which included 2 hours of driver being late and additional 2 hours delay as the driver was held at checkpoint by police). DO a better job Bismillah travels. This was supposed to be a beautiful journey for my family and I and you ruined it! You respond to emails and have good customer service only before you receive payment and afterwards you ghost people too, Nadia is not as amazing, these reviews are probably from her family and friends. She never responded to my emails, had no itinerary list, no basic FAQ sheet like if we can bring zamzam, wheelchair, etc, after I made payment I had to chase after her by calling her numerous time to get a response. Also for bismillah travels - why do you make people go from Jeddah to Madina and then back to Makkah instead of going to Mecca for ummrah first?? SO unorganized and does not make sense!

Negative experience: Worst experienced with them, specially advised to those who have infant or kids below 2, never ever book with these if you have connection. so basically they do an organized fraud, they will charged for your infant, and letter on remove it. so you will have all the ticket on hand once you go for boarding it will show no record for your 2 year kid. then they will blame the other airline, now if you are lucky and have enough time there is chance that other will reissue ticket for your kid other wise go back home . the strange thing is PIA will enter your kid in their plane with no record. and believed me they are in a contact with each other i have seen it. happen with me , cost me extra tickets. Note ! local airline told me at the time of resolving the issue, that we are receiving increasing number of these kind of Complain with these airline and agencies.

Fantastic experience: I recently returned from Ummrah using Bismillah Travels. The package was great value for money. Their services from reservation unto travel was seemingly trouble free because their experience and expertise was put to full utilization. They offered top prime accommodations at Al Saja Madinah and Makkah Double Tree. Both of these facilities were highly rated and proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi and the Haram respectively made them easily accessible adding value to convenience and comfort. Their zariats ground tours were well coordinated and covered many places of Islamic importance. I am very satisfied with the travel experience through them and would have no hesitation in booking them again. Remember service delivery is what counts.

It surprises me that this travel agency has not been shut down yet for all the scams and thefts they have committed. Not only do they not care about you or your safety, they are exceptionally unprofessional. Ms. Sidra and Mr. Tahir being the biggest liars and the most incompetent of them all. They play games when you contact them to resolve a problem in the hopes that you forget about it and let it go. It has been over a year that they not only didn't help us get my dad back home, they left him to resolve the issue (their fault) in another country with no way to contact his family and he doesn't speak english very well. Alhumdulillah for Allah sending him help in the form of human angels. We had to get a flight back from another agency because that's how much they care about you and your safety. They couldn't do anything for us or help us in any way. There were "no flights" apparently. Incompetence at it's finest. Just trying to make a buck and make you pay extra to stay longer and extend your trip because "they can't find any flights", yet you call any other agency and they make it happen instantly. We have been chasing them to resolve our problem and they keep making us go back and forth. PLEASE take your business elsewhere, don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money.

Negative experience: Zero star,worst worst service I am writing to raise some concerns about the service I received from your company between February 27th and May 16th, 2023. Firstly, I was charged an executive economy class fare by agent Anha Faizan, but I was given a C cabin seat, which is the last seat. I believe this was a fraudulent charge. Secondly, when I booked the tickets, the agent assured me that I had a one-time free date change option. However, when I requested to change my date, I was informed that I would have to pay 2000 dollars Canadian. Fare difference when I asked other travel agency they gave me same amount fare then I confront her she suddenly change her words and saiduts service charges, really $2000 service charges. My main concern is regarding agent Sidra Zeeshan. She emailed me to inform me that PIA had rescheduled my return flight from May 14th to May 16th. Additionally, my connecting flight from Toronto to Regina was not on the same day we arrived at the airport, but 28 hours later. I requested that she change the flight to the same day or accommodate me for the wait. She agreed to hold the seats for me, but she did not contact me after that call. I tried to contact her but received no response. Finally, I sent my husband to the PIA main office where he was informed that the agent had confirmed the seats instead of holding them. The PIA officer told him that the agent should have booked the seats for May 23rd because there was a same-day connecting flight available. When I finally got in touch with Sidra, she told me that PIA was lying and that they did not give her any options. She advised me to go to the PIA counter when I arrived in Toronto and request accommodations. However, when I arrived, I found out that there was a flight going to Regina on the same day with available seats. We requested a change, but the workers refused and informed us that the agent had booked tickets for the following day. We tried calling there office from 7 pm to 8:30 pm, but no one picked up. We were very stressed and frustrated. In the end, my family of six had to stay at the airport for 28 hours due to the negligence and irresponsibility of agent Sidra Zeeshan. It was a very stressful and hectic experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your agency,

Negative experience: I need an Umrah visa. I called them and asked only about the visa. They said it costs $600 just for the visa? These people are trying to sell Islam. I said there are many ways to make money, please don’t sell Islam.

Fantastic experience: We went Through Bismallha Travels for our recent Ummarah trip and Turkey( our arrangements were done by nadia Ghazanfar) She did amazing job with making us stay at amazing hotels to communicating with her team in Saudi-a for arraigning tours for Holy sites…. She provided us clear guide lines and was very professional and fast in responding to our all inquiries. We went with kids but things were so very well arranged.

Fantastic experience: Great experience booking Umrah. Hotels in both Madinah and Makkah were very good accommodations and exactly what we expected. Traveling with small children location was extremely important and we were able to pray 5 times each day at Masjid Nabawi and Haram Sharif and perform tawaf and other rituals on our schedule Alhamdulillah. we like to say special thanks to Nadia who arranged all travel requirement from start to the end Great customer service from start to finish. Ins hallah I will be using Bismillah Travels again.

Fantastic experience: I booked 3 packages for Umrah through Nadia Ghazanfar for my parents and brother. She was extremely professional, helpful and always did her best to provide exceptional service. The service my parents got in Saudi was amazing. There wasn't any complains at all. The hotels were close to the area we wanted. The price was affordable as well. Negative experience: I had the worst experience now i am telling all my references do not go to this scam they are totally lier I booked an umrah package with this totally unprofessional and Fraud company they charge me 3995 and then printed me invoice which is totally fake I requested mr tahir to give me confirmed ticket but he ask me more money which I have sms proof. But I in court against this company and my recommendation to everyone don’t ever use there services

Positive experience: Booked a ticket for my dad, entertained after I guess fifth try, every other time they put me on hold & God knows where do they go. The girl I dealt over the phone was more kind of robotic, nothing exciting, method of payment was e transfer as been told this is cheapest way which is a little unconvenient as I missed points and travel insurance on my credit.

Fantastic experience: I went with the Bismillah Group to Saudi Arabia just a couple of weeks ago with my sister, my mom, and a bunch of my extended family members. We had one of the best experience with all of them and we would recommend anybody trying to go to go with them. They have the experience that I needed to learn from and with my first time going to Makkah and Madinah, I’ve learned a lot from them. I would definitely go again with them and hopefully inshallah in the future, I do go back with the Bismillah group. Jazakumullah khair for everything!

Negative experience: Hey! I am posting this on behalf of my family who travelled from Canada to Pakistan with Bismillah travel. Miss Ammara was the one who sell the tikets to my family. She was nice in begging just to sale her product. But when my family want to cancel the tikets as they changed their plane! she became rude. She transferred the call to their owner named Tahir. That person promised to refund as soon as possible but he also didn't give good response to us. He is so greedy. Never recommend anyone this unprofessional team. Baggers
