Negative experience: Don’t buy tickets from them. We booked ticket with them as per our function schedule , suddenly airline change our ticket. This travel company just washed away their hands by saying —it’s from airline. We couldn’t do anything. Highly recommend don’t believe them.

Negative experience: Fraud travels ! They will book a air ticket at a cheaper price but just before few weeks of travel they will cancel your ticket will try to sell you a ticket with higher prices. They are only good and polite at Tik-tok. ladies who there have horrible attitude and are arrogant specially Amandeep. She is full of arrogance . Stay away from these fraud agents

When I go to the airport they ask me that there is no any ticket of your baby.After this they tell me that the ticket of your is not linked with your ticket . I called them from airport and at that time when I was at airport they attach the ticket of my baby with my ticket at that time. I face very hard time at airport for 1 hour because of this Amandeep. My husband called Amandeep to know about bags and she speaks very rudely that your wife calls and messages me from a long time about the same topic. Soo this is my experience with Kataria. Everyone please choose another ones for the ticket if you don’t want any trouble at the airport. If we pay for the ticket then we have the right to know each and every thing about the ticket whatever how many time it is. I asked for price match (as they matched earlier also), but she didn’t even wanted to talk about it or whatsoever she just said okay! Then book Online !! And then she blocked !! she needs to learn customer service skills and keep her so called attitude to her own. Because there are hundreds of travel agencies with polite and good attitude staff !!

Negative experience: WORST TRAVEL AGENTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Navjot was super rude to me for no reason. I called them to book flights and she told me to stay on hold but instead the call got disconnected. I called back just to stay online and Navjot told me, “Why do you keep calling? You just called us 2 minutes ago and calling us again? Stop calling and we will call you back whenever she’s available”. The other agent Simran called back, and instead of enquiring about this, asked me to “leave it”.

Negative experience: Booked with them to go to India, when got to the airport I was told they can't see my name in the system and that my ticket was showing canceled. I was told by the counter crew to wait for manger and he will get it all sorted. Had to wait for OVER 2 hrs before the airline was able to figure this out. Don't buy the group tickets option from Kataria travels. Seems that they are buying these group tickets for VERY cheap and selling them VERY expensive. I was dealing with Neha at Kataria travel. Been here since 12 and now it's 2:30.

Negative experience: Service is completely garbage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Call twice within an hour requesting pricing for a ticket. Both times I was told that they're going to get back to me. Never bothered to call. Called the next day. Spoke to somebody who said that they didn't know how to speak English that they're going to transfer me to somebody that who knows how to speak English. You run a business in travel accommodation and you have people answering the phone that do not know how to speak English. Give me a break. Obviously these people don't need the business neither do they care about there despicable customer service!!!!! Can't wait for your generic copy and pasted response that you reply with to all the reviews.

Negative experience: Do not trust these people with your visa applications. They will promise to have it ready within 30 days, and then turn around and say it’s not their fault. Additionally, on their recommendation, I changed my ticket to open status, and they reassured and promised me they would get me on a flight once my visa came. Once my visa came they kept telling me to wait for the next day, and stalled me for an entire week. Then the girl who called me said I have to buy a new ticket if I wanna go and that’s the only way. My dad spoke to another agent the same day from the same company who said they had a flight, but once the girl who I was speaking to found out, she shut that down. These people will scam you to get more commission out of you.

Also told me I had a carry on and I had to find out the same day I would have to pay for it and they said they wouldn’t do anything it’s between me and the airline, but they were the ones that told me that I could bring it. When I have a query, Mr. Kunal responds as soon as possible at the lowest prices and takes the time to carefully and compassionately explain everything to my satisfaction. Mr. Kunal is a genuinely nice person with amazing expertise of his line of work. I'd advise everyone to use them.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I have had of dealing with a travel agency is with Kataria travels. The agent’s are simply unresponsive with lack of knowledge and business awareness. They have no clue of online prices, flight options and if you get them to book a ticket, they are unable to explain the price breakdown. Additionally Kataria travels overcharges by a huge amount. E.g. I called the airlines directly for a date change option and was able to execute a date change @ $ 450 for which Kataria travels quoted me $700. I would strongly recommend not to fall for this travel agency. They provide a bad client service and overcharge. PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS !
