Fantastic experience: I tried Seven Eleven for the first time today. Online booking was easy, sent me a text with a map showing my driver's location, got a pickup in about 10 minutes, vehicle was in great shape, driver was extremely nice, able to take VISA in the vehicle and price is comparable to the other cabs I've used. Negative experience: My sons took a taxi from Bramalea city centre not long ago, and left his wallet in the cab. When my son called to report that his wallet was left in the cab, instead of trying to help him locate his wallet the very rude dispatcher gave us attitude, saying if my son don’t know the cab that dropped him home how will “he” the dispatcher know??!!!! A simple thing as putting a call through all system to see which taxi number dropped my sons home. I know it can be done, not because he didn’t call for one, the point is that they took one of their company’s taxi. This dispatcher was very unprofessional. I’m very disappointed in this man’s nasty behaviour. I will never use this taxi company again whether by dispatching for me or not

Negative experience: After speaking to an operator I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes before the taxi comes. 25 minutes later I called for a status update, I was told about 10 minutes. I called back fir a status update now Abita 45 minutes has passed nothing no car infornt of.my house. I am now late to get to work and no cab in site. Had to call an uber instead and pay the ridiculous price.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place at all. I wanted to get a cab and the person who I spoke with was very rude. He sort spoke to me in a louder rude voice. I felt bad. Do not use this place. If they don’t know how to speak to a customer over the phone, they wouldn’t care about customer’s safety at all. These people shouldn’t be in the industry. Or the person who spoke to me should’t be with this place, because he spoils the company name.

Fantastic experience: Happy by the service given my Mohammad, He picked us up from Chinguacousy Park. We did not have cash. The dispatcher offered to take etransfer without creating any fuss. The driver was friendly. Followed Covid precautions and the cab was super clean and smoke free. I would recommend it to everyone.

Negative experience: Called to book the taxi and gave the address to the dispatcher he told me i will be around $85 but driver told me that he will charge $130 .. which was way more than but i was told over the phone ..anyways mistakes can happen but then i called the company like what's going on then instead of being sorry for the mistake the dispatcher started shouting on me and started abusing over the phone .PLEASE TECH YOUR DISPATCHERS HOW TO TALK AND SERVE CUSTOMERS.PLEASE NEVER BOOK THE TAXI WITH THEM GO FOR UBER GUYS.

Negative experience: Honestly, very unprofessional. One star is pretty high for the level of service or I must say no service. I made a booking last night via call for an early morning drive. Asked the representative a couple times if it wasn’t too late and if the booking was confirmed and that I will have someone pick me up at the time I had requested for. Well, guess what? No one showed up this morning and no one answered my calls. Had reached out a million times and no response. Not sure what kind of service they are trying to provide, really upsets me. It screwed up a lotta things that was planned for the day. Definitely won’t recommend this cab service, find better ones that can actually provide their service and not make false commitments.

Positive experience: I used their taxi service today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Booking online was fantastic and received a confirmation call closer to pick up time which was appreciated. I was able to pay via e-transfer which was so convenient, fast and easy. The drivers were courteous and respectful. I did a prepaid trip for the ride back and took off a star from my rating for the driver being late for my pick up back home. In spite of the driver’s tardiness, he was great and made sure I knew he was going to be late and just how long he would be. I appreciated their customer service and would use them again!

Negative experience: I have taken this taxi on many occasions, they advertise that they have sedans but every time I get a van that is way too high for me to climb into. I suggested drivers buy a step stool but nothing so far. FRUSTRATING!! if I want to wait for a sedan the wait is 20 to 25 minutes which is unacceptable for a four minute ride to dental appointment. I am a cancer patient and require hospital care, and poor service is the reason why most times I choose Uber who are cheaper and cars are much cleaner. I hope that the taxi industry will pull themselves out of their dilemma.

Negative experience: I called for a taxi at 6:30pm Tuesday August 30 2022 and spoke with Sarah. I had to call several times to make sure a taxi was coming at all. Sarah assured me the taxi was on it's way. One and a half hours later my taxi never arrived and Sarah tells me she didn't book one for me. So incompetent.

Negative experience: Do not use this taxi service!! I had pre- booked a taxi to take me to the airport, a week before leaving for a vacation in early July/2022. I called the company the day before to confirm that the taxi would arrive, since it was an early morning flight. Without any warning/notice, the taxi did not arrive at 4:00 am as they had promised. When I called numerous times, nobody answered the phone. After much stress and considerable inconvenience to my friends, we did get to the airport, but we almost missed our flight, having left an hour later than scheduled. There was no attempt to contact me or to explain. Just a ‘no-show’. Completely unreliable service! Very disappointing.

Positive experience: The triage person on the phone was quick and polite in answering the phone. However, the driver was 10-15 min late. The driver had difficulty communicating. The ride was also expensive.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. After 45 minutes waiting I call and he says the driver called me but I didn't answer so they just didnt come. I asked why he's calling, just come, that's what I ordered. He told me can't help me, too bad. Now I have to walk an hour to my car. Horrible people, Horrible company.

Fantastic experience: I needed a ride home from the mall tonight. I called Seven Eleven, within minutes the driver came to pick me up. Maybe a five minute wait. Muhammad was polite, friendly and he took the fastest route to get me home quickly. Some cab drivers (not all) take you a longer way so you pay more or drive reallllly slowwww to make the meter go higher. Muhammad was a great person and honest. He drove on the less timely route and made conversation. I love good service! Thanks Muhammad! I recommend seven eleven.

Fantastic experience: Having been in Brampton for the last 41 years I have experienced many a ride by the various taxi services, on the whole the services are below average to acceptable. I had booked this company for a 4:30am pick up in a long time ago to the airport, not only was the driver there3 he was excellent, took my luggage out and put it on the cart...little things matter! When I came back from my meeting in Arizona 5 days later and due to snow storms etc. I did not get in 3:30am, I called seven eleven and per chance a driver was in cue and I got home in no time and he charged me a flat fee, which was amazing. Ever since then I have used this company, totally reliable, always on time, more so with the the lock downs due to the pandemic I as an essential health care worker used them throughout the last 2 year plus. I took Uber/Lift all good but no screen protection in the car as opposed to seven eleven which allowed me to work through this whole mess! Kudos to this family run company and yes they do indeed treat you like family!

Negative experience: Called for a taxi way ahead of time and gave them pickup and drop off address. The operator told current wait time is 20 minutes which I was okay with. I go out after 25 minutes to wait for taxi so I don’t waste any time. The taxi is no where to be seen. A number calls me saying I am outside your house you called for a taxi and I said yes I am standing outside since 10 minutes. He cuts the calls and does not pick up my call again. I call the operator she is super confused and says she will get back to me . She never does when I call her again after 10 minutes she is asking for my address again . In total they wasted 45 minutes of mine out of which 25 minutes I was standing in cold . I had to cancel my ride and got no apology or explanation. PATHETIC

Fantastic experience: I booked my taxi the nite before, for 8am pickup to Hurontario & The Queensway. I requested a flat rate & I found his price to be reasonable. Mohammed realized that there was an accident slowing his arrival & called to let me know. He arrived only slightly late and more than made up time on route. He checked to ensure that I would not be late for my surgery. We had numerous discussions on various topics along the way & was one of the most enjoyable cab rides I’ve had in years. It was only as we neared my destination that discovered he was the owner/operator for the company. Recommend to anyone.
