Negative experience: Please don’t buy tickets from these guys. Their service is really bad. I bought the return tickets for my family from Toronto to Lahore through Mr Saleem Razaq. He messed up the return flight as he somehow cancelled the reservation in the system and said that he can’t fix it. He asked my family to go to the Lahore PIA office and book again themselves at additional cost. So my family had to spend $500 for rebooking and $500 for one extra week stay in Lahore. When I asked Mr Saleem to compensate us he started getting upset and hung up. Very disappointed with the service. Please be very cautious if you want to still deal with them.

Fantastic experience: I booked a trip to Mexico with this agency. They had booked me a flight with Air Canada, upon return from Mexico, Air Canada lost my luggage, I informed this travel agency that Air Canada had lost my bags, they proceeded to come with me to Air Canada head offices, and they personally made sure that the head of Air Canada customer service tracked down my baggage. I have never seen or experienced such wonderful personal service! Thank-you Canadian Express Travel and Tours for changing my life!

Positive experience: Better to check for the ticket prices as very few agents are dealing directly with Airlines and are the authorized agents. Rest all are sub-agent's pretty much monopolistic situation. I would prefer to purchase online.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, check your ticket /and bank statement. They charged me twice and said do not worry money will come back. The man is idiot do not know about customer service.

Negative experience: We phoned to book a trip due to recommendations from a friend. The female owner began to cry on the phone with my husband and demanded he lend her money to help her pay her debt... it was a very weird experience to say the least. We did not go through with the booking.
