Negative experience: One of the worst customer service, Tried calling them twice, customer service lady transferred over to another agent, named " NICK" after literally 30 seconds of conversation, he disconnected the call, I tried calling back again, yet the reception lady( Angela I presume) was extremely rude and was not ready to participate in the conversation, will not recommend this stupid company at all.

Fantastic experience: Good people reliable service

Negative experience: Irresponsible , rude and arrogant behaviour. Very condesceding attitute. Their behaviour is no less then goons and try to intimidate you. They loose your documents and do not own up to their mistake. Beware not to leave your documents with them as they might be misusing them for illegal immigration. Will be officially complaining their agency to ACTA

Negative experience: Very irresponsible agency. My friend’s wife gave her passport for renewal but after some days they told her that the passport gonna misplaced from their office . Very bad experience.

Negative experience: Worst experience. They don’t provide good service and are irresponsible. I would prefer any other option rather than choosing them. Harassing people after miss-using their personal documents. Thinking about to get help was my biggest mistake. Please don’t go there.

Negative experience: Worst experience, I would have given zero star to them. They lost my passport and didn't feel responsible to tell me on time and said that its not a big deal you can get new one. How irresponsible of them.

Negative experience: Never try to visit this place it will be complete nightmare, requested for my passport Renewal they misplaced my passport( which seems very fishy to me) and never informed me, they reached out to me when it was expired and very casually say no idea who take the passport from our shop, harassed me badly, they don’t have any idea of procedure, blackmailed do what ever you want to do. I am in big problem. If you want to invite some problem than only visit them

Negative experience: Worst experience. I asked them from Vancouver to Delhi flight ticket lufthansa airline. They offered me good price but when i went their office for payment, lady said, you have to pay by debit card , or you can send me money by E- transfer like seriously how it comes, where lufthansa airlines written they accept only debit card. Actually i thinks they asking me for E-transfer bcz they wanna keep some money that’s why. Then i called to another travel agency they said, u can pay by credit card. Then I booked tickets from another travel agency they offered me better deal.Please don’t waste your time on onkar travel agency.

Negative experience: Extremely irresponsible agents. They have no knowledge of what’s going on earth for flights’ allowance. We paid extra just because these agents don’t know the allowed size of the baggage for the airlines. NEVER EVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM because they never take responsibility after. Not even a single agent accepted that it was their mistake. We bought the ticket in emergency relying on them. Just to reply- Mr owner ! You know what happened at the airport, the weight was more (1kg) but service agent was okay to proceed or we were ready to throw a garment away. WEIGHT was NEVER an issue AND YOU KNOW THAT VERY WELL. You told me you will call me back after long weekend and here we are talking in comments on google. Why did you not call me or returned back to me yet? Because you know it’s your mistake. How fast you replied here. Your staff still doesn’t know the meaning of MEASUREMENT when it comes to informing customers. I will be in your office soon. Still you are saying it’s not your responsibility. Good luck !!!

Negative experience: I would say pathetic customer service , people working over there don’t call back , don’t respon me to VMs and emails . Adding to that their pathetic so called leader Balwant Gill . Who had no answer when in complained him about his staff . He was silent through out the conversation. I don’t know how they are running their business I am assuming probably selling LMIA’s and making money . Please please please don’t ever go to such kinda polluted place.

I tried to call at both locations, Nobody helped me to add an extra bag to my dad's return flight from India. Very poor service I won't recommend omkar travel for you air tickets.

Never gonna listen you.. making people fool by lying all the times as i applied for refund a month ago and now when i am calling them first of all they dnt pick call then they start finding and at end they realised no body applied for refund..need to envolve other agencies soon if they will not give refund soon

Negative experience: Worst costumer service ever…. I must have made 10 - 15 calls for this ticket. Then when I went to collect the ticket , I was the only costumer in there and this guy was in computer for ever. After a while this guy told me that reserved ticket is canceled…. No follow up, Hard to get them on phone’, Don’t expect a return call or any follow up… After reading the others reviews I am happy that I didn’t buy ticket from them. We are spending thousands of dollars for this air tickets and are we deserved this kind of treatment???

Fantastic experience: I went to Italy last August......Mandeep was very pleasant and helpful. Called several times with questions and always got professional service. How this agency would be in a situation where something went wrong I cannot say as everything went smoothly. But in my case, no issues.

Negative experience: Me First time Customer at ONKAR TRAVELS I bought two tickets ( $2500 both) for my parents, i ask to Onkar Travel many of time to cancel it, but they said please wait, i did , but then departure date was gone then i call directly to Delta Air and they refund me my full amount which they charged me but Onkar Travel charged me extra $120 as their service fee . I ask them to please refund my money. They was just making excuses, bai g call later , sir is not in office, blah blah blah. Eventually they said we can’t refund you then I said why not , because I never use your service then how can you charge me. Now they don’t pick my call THIS IS VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. I NEVER GO TO THEM IN FUTURE. Sorry to putting this kind of review, but this is story is TRUE.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I inquired twice for airfare over the phone and was told I would get a call back but never did. I then went to their location to finally get it done. After I walked in, they had no understanding whatsoever of how to greet a customer. After I got nothing from them, I said hello and they just stared at my face. I was completely shocked and then asked them if they're were open or not. There's a lot more to talk about but the main point is they need some serious training on customer service.

Negative experience: bought two tickets and asked for 2 bags for each person when i went to the airport had to pay extra for the bags when i called the office their answer was they forgot to tell. they keep transferring the phone to eachother no one wants to talk. terrible customer service
