Negative experience: Went to have some passport size photos they gave worst quality photos never ever go here waste of any. its better to click passport size photos in a old phone instead of their camera and studio

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! I visited Onkar Traveler on November 14, 2023, to apply for my PR card renewal. Shockingly, they did not submit my application until December 20, and I called them to get confirmation receipt for my work place only then they applied in December Then I waited for months without any update from IRCC. I requested Onkar Traveler to send a web form inquiry, but they never followed up or sent any confirmation. In April 2024, I went to their office again, and only then did they finally send the web form. To make matters worse, when I went back to Onkar Traveler to check my file, they had no record of my application at all. Completely unprofessional. We eventually had to contact MP Ruby Sahota's office in Brampton, who were extremely helpful and responsive. Thanks to their support, I finally received my PR card on June 4, 2025, from the IRCC Etobicoke office. During my interview at IRCC, the officer informed me that Onkar Traveler made a serious error on my application—they incorrectly marked that I was not working for a Canadian company, which was completely false. Because of this negligence, I almost lost my job and went through an incredibly stressful and frustrating time. ⚠️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT using their services for any immigration-related application. Their carelessness caused nearly a year of unnecessary stress in my life.

Negative experience: Watch out for an agent named Harish. Dodges your phone calls and rejects your calls. A refund owed to us is not being provided back and Air Canada has CONFIRMED that the money was sent to the travel agency. It's been a tough to even get a hold of anyone. They are dodge all responsibility. I would rather pay DOUBLE somewhere else then work with Onkar travel

Negative experience: Avoid this company! Horrible People, Rude, and no accountability to customers! You will spend hours trying to get a hold of them on the phone once they have your money. The owner Harish Sharma is especially rude. This Steeplebush location just uses the Onkar Travels name and website on their Google Page; they're a separate franchise and the head office takes no responsibility for them. I purchased tickets for my elderly grandparents through Onkar Travels. These tickets were for a round trip. Their flight kept on getting cancelled on their way back due to the pandemic. Onkar Travels told them to purchase new tickets and that they will be refunded for the old tickets. We have asked Onkar Travels, specifically the owner Harish Sharma, to refund the old tickets when they were cancelled and they have been putting this off. We even bought new tickets for a different trip from these guys while they continued lying about the refund. We reached out again in October 2021 (after multiple calls and delays) and Harish said he filed a claim with Air Canada and we should be getting the refund via email any time. We kept waiting for an email and never received this. Harish was avoiding our calls as well at this time, we would have to call multiple times and they would leave us on hold or just not answer. I've been more persistent in reaching out again now, and Harish has been delaying the process and saying it has been too long, when it is his fault that he never filed my claim with Air Canada. I have been going back and forth for over 2 months now - calling them almost every day - and he is continuing to avoid giving me a response or a refund. Today, he told me he can't do anything and that I can go do whatever I want and hung up the phone on me. I will be taking this to Small Claims Court. They are taking advantage of the elderly by delaying, wasting time, and lying about filing claims when they don't care. Again, do not waste your time and money with this company, we have given them lots of business and they do not appreciate or care about their customers. There are much better companies who are actually responsive and are the same price or cheaper than these scammers. Then they respond to Google Reviews pretending to care and saying "we're unable to find your name in our system" and ask you to call their phone number which they barely answer and avoid your calls on. Horrible business practice!

Negative experience: Very poor service they cheated with us I don’t recommend anybody to visit them. I have booked my sister’s ticket from them from toronto to delhi with two luggage. I tell them before book that we need ticket with two luggage only we got this shocking news on check in time that i have only one luggage including in our ticket. Then they give me excuse that when we booked ticket it showed us two luggage, but it was only one. Because of this poor service she have to pay extra money for return time they said we cannot do anything for this at the end you have to manage by yourself. And from india to delhi we paid 24900 indian rupees for our second luggage. I call them they did not help they said price for luggage is only 100 canadian dollers but why aiport people take 24900 from credit card. Totally disappointed from there service.

Negative experience: Scammers! Stay away! Our tickets were cancelled and they said they would refund the amount. Then blocked my calls and stopped responding to my emails. Scammed over $2000. Still won’t answer the calls or call back.

Negative experience: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They took my deposit of $800 so that my visa would be approved. After taking your money they do not answer their calls and avoid communicating so they can keep your money. In the end I waited a month for MY passport to be returned to me and they didn't even get the visa. On top of this I was supposed to receive $300 of my $800 back since they couldn’t get the visa and they only gave me $250 due to "policy changes". These people are scammers. Wish I could give zero stars for this absolutely poor service I received.

Negative experience: Poor response to phone calls, always kept on hold for a long time. Conversation with the agents is generally unpleasant. When we ask about the fares they claim on radio advertisements...the staff flatly deny there's any such offer. Avoid this place.

Negative experience: My father had booked a package with this travel agency. However, upon arrival at the airport, he found out his flight information was completely wrong. The agent received the new flight information a week prior but did not provide it until he was already at the airport. He had to go to a whole different terminal. His response: "I forgot to provide you the new details" Harish Sharma was the travel agent which caused this issue. This is fraudulent practices. What a joke of a company.

Negative experience: Listen and believe your gut instinct about their agents professionalism! One of their agent turned my parents's flight experience into a nightmare by not informing us about connecting flight that is not being operated by an airlines. I have been asking for a clarification, but no luck till date.

Negative experience: When every one is trying to help each other to their best ability these agents are taking advantage to their fullest due to the situation. After multiple attempt they have still not responsed to my questions. Air lines are also helpless becasue they do not have access to the tickets bought through agents. Next time I am not buying ticket from any agent or online portals. They are every opportunistic but they do not know they are impacting their business in long term for short term gain.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences in customer service I have ever had in my life. My grandmother is in India during the COVID lockdown and this agency tried to charge additional fares to reschedule her cancelled flight even though Air Canada had insisted that was against their policy. I spoke with Harry, who was so disgustingly unprofessional - he repeatedly yelled and even swore at me. I'm not sure what grounds or morals this company stands on but they've definitely lost my respect and future business. I urge everyone to take your business elsewhere - this agency clearly just wants to cash in on the pain and suffering of others during a global pandemic.

Negative experience: Worst place ever!! This guy who works there names Anil files taxes and he is such a cheater. He filed my taxes first time when i was new in canada and next year i changed my province and went to another lawyer to file tax and he told me that my 23,000 tuition credits are mentioned as zero as a mistake of previos yr ... not only he made a mistake but he refused to give me S11 form thru which the mistake can be fixed and was demanding $100 just for the damn form.

My father booked a ticket with them, when trying to check-in online it wouldnt let me do it, I called Air Canada and they said the itinerary doesnt even exist! I called the office mutiple times and not a single person answered, made the trip to the office only to be sitting there waiting for the owners, who fyi showed up super late! TURNS OUT THEY PUT THE WRONG ETICKET NUMBER, the owner kept being so nonchalant about the situation, My father could have MISSED his flight that same day if it wasnt me for calling Air Canada! This place is unprofessional, they dont know what there doing and never will I allow my parents to book with them again!

Negative experience: Honestly worst experience ever. My mom booked her flight with them and they didnt give us a reference number or anything. When trying to check her in online it wouldn't go through and when I called air Canada it took them over half an hour to locate the ticket and find the booking reference. Now 3.5 months later when she has to return the booking reference isnt there again. So we had to go and ask them to give it again and it wouldn't let us check in again. Called air Canada they said something's wrong with the ticket again. So now I'm on hold having them clear it up because onkar travels couldnt get it right the first time. Really disappointed. Rest of the family booked with Mann Travels and they're having no trouble.
