Positive experience: Not very good when it comes to refunding tickets during COVID.

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff . They get the best deal and solution for all your travel needs. Travel agents explain the pros and cons of each journey and airline, airfare etc.

Negative experience: Very very bad experience . I went there to refund the tickets due to some concerns. More than 6 times , I booked the tickets from staff Amarjit very nice person . But refund ticket staff Inderjeet deal with me and her way of talk is very rude , unprofessional , uneducated. She verbally abused me. I kept myself calm to respect the age difference and mannerism really matter for person when we talk with others. But her behaviour be honest very rude towards me . All the rude things she mentioned ( verbally abused) in my mind comes and goes again and again . It’s affect my mental health as well as physical health ,due to pregnancy . I was too much upset. She was changing her statement for refund again and again. She charged me extra money to refund the tickets ( Airline donot have this policy) . Airline policy straight forward written on tickets and refund policy . But still she charged extra money. I would like to recommend everyone please don’t go to this place to book the tickets. Especially that lady I mentioned above name don’t have mannerisms to talk with customers. She showed her high attitude towards others. Every person want respect . If I was talking with her calm and polite with respect then return feedback need to be same. Even I want to take action but I didn’t , due to health condition I donot want to take stress in pregnancy. But I want to say others we are paying from our pockets to book tickets then how come they have high attitude towards customers . Donot buy tickets from Goyal travel and donot go for any other services they provided. They donot know what’s is human rights and how’s yo respect others.

Negative experience: I called to talk to one of the staff , receptionist advised me to call back in 5 mins, upon back call she said that staff is already left and not there to talk, seems quite unprofessional way of dealing.

Fantastic experience: I have really very good experience with them. They have very cheep flight ticket we bought 6 tickets really very in good price thank you guys for helping us. They have brilliant team. Very understanding staff.

Fantastic experience: I booked my first India ticket with goyal, the agents name was Aishwarya at the time back in Feb of this year, she and the staff is really nice, will be booking again with you again soon

Negative experience: I don't think they really want your business. Called them for flight bookings. The lady took all details with least concerns and didn't call back. I was not surprised.

Mr. Goyal goes by the books...refunds what is due to you; for whatever reason...Has a team of well-qualified, courteous, gentle members who advise you on matters you knew nothing about !.... Negative experience: Ms. Neeta from the team gets very upset if you ask her to check multiple dates so that you can get a better deal! Not good customer service and this is after I have got an extension on the same ticket twice!

Negative experience: Staff is rude, uncompetitive and rudely hung up on me when i asked if they can match price i was getting at other place Unprofessional, honestly bought tickets from them maybe around 5-6 times and never a pleasant experience. Last 2 times has been really disappointing. Nothing wrong with the product they sell might i add but its as a whole not a good experience when you call them, for me atleast. Their attitude is like want to buy at their terms and price ok otherwise get lost And don't call the second time or try to change your query if you are not sure don't call them Know your dates and plan on agreeing to their price without a fuss or peep then everything will be ok Read my other reviews if you think am picky or wrong about it , this is my first bad review about anything, it takes a lot to make me disappointed as am very easy going.

Fantastic experience: My family has bought tickets multiple times from Goyal Travel. We primarily deal with Paul and he has always been helpful including the times there has been changes or adjustments made.

Negative experience: They are the most unhelpful and unprofessional staff when something goes wrong. Air China cancelled all the flights from Delhi due to the cronavirus so my cousin happened to call them to get another flight back from Delhi. However, the agent told her all the flights were cancelled by the airline and they were going to send out emails to the clients closer to the date which is ridiculous. They should’ve done it right away so people can book their flights back. The travel agent refused to help her with the paperwork to get a refund from the airline and told her she needs to contact the airline directly. Air China told my cousin that the travel agency needs to fill out the paperwork. Then she contacted Goyal travel in Vancouver, they ended up helping my cousin with all the paperwork to get a refund. I would not get tickets from this agency especially in this day and age, when there are so many changes happening in the travel industry.

Negative experience: Such a worst service.. one of the girls over the phone was very rude.. my mom in law wanted to get some information about the tickets only for one way as she was going to visit australia for one year. Instead of giving her the ticket prices and stuff, she started telling her,” u can not buy only one way, u can not get one year visa. How did u get that?, thats not possible, bla, bla...”i was very furious upon knowing that. They should mind their own business i reckon...and justify with their work within their own limits...

Fantastic experience: Great experiences over the years. The staff were very helpful in changing my flight when an emergency came up. They also had the best price for the flights that I searched.

Negative experience: Absolutely redicilous staff. The lady at the other end was very arrogant. I asked her name and she kept down the phone. Her tone was as if we are flying on a "FREE" ticket. Will never do business with this travel agency!

Positive experience: The service was good n the staff were courteous. However, their counters need to change. They are too high for proper face to face client interaction. I bumped my head n glasses into it while getting up from the chair i was seated in front of the counter.

Negative experience: Worst experience second time with Goyal Travel, staff is so rude ( no respect of customers over the phone, they hang up the phone without saying anything) they just want to sell tickets only no care about customer service. BAD EXPERIENCE ....

Negative experience: I was told my stay in tokyo was 10hrs but when I got the tickets the layover was 19 hrs. They didn't give the tickets untill last minute. Would never do bussiness with them again.
