Negative experience: Don't book through this company when abroad. They are not reliable and your trip will be ruined. My trip in Punta Cana was ruined. I booked an excursion and in the middle of the time the rep changes the pick up time and location. We tried reaching out to him and he ended the call and did not respond to any messages. I spent the night and early morning reaching out to the rep and nexus tours without avail. They didn't come to pick us up at the new location and time. I waited over 2 hours. Meanwhile everyone else tour bus came and left. Some bus driver waiting for 40 minutes for their guest to show up. Book through any other tour company and save yourself unnecessary grief.
