Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. Totally ignoring me as if I owe her money attitude. It's not my problem if they only pay you minimum.

Fantastic experience: Booked a 2 week tour to China. Rebecca is very thorough and we are confident that we will have a great time. We opted for the special shows and are looking forward to the trip of a lifetime!
