Negative experience: ZERO stars is unfortunately not an option for this company but thats what they get. My wife thought she was booking with Porter but ending up on flightnetwork website. When she cancelled the reservation immediately she only got half the money back. We called Master card and awaiting for them to refund the balance. All airlines allow 24 hours cancellation but not this company. Never again book with them.

Negative experience: Flight network stole my money. This is absolutely a scam and should be avoided. Our flight was cancelled and refunded by the airline to flight network in October. Flight network are refusing to pass this money back to me. This is an absolute scam which must involve their chief customer officer, Pia Vemmelund, because of how their customer care agents are evading and responding to questions on the issue of refunding the money they have stolen from me.
Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. The airline completed their end of a refund 2 months ago and I’m still being pawned off and told to “wait 48-72 hours” or lied to and told they haven’t received the refund from the airline yet. They’ve stolen €660 from me, and I’ve made their CCO Pia Vemmelund aware of this, as she seems to just forward my mail to customer care who repeat the same email to me to “be patient”. A scam if ever I saw one but I’ll hound the hell out of this lot and get my money back if it kills me.

Negative experience: Bloody pathetic customer service I have ever received from any company! Call the customer service line and get through to people who they have on a script saying the exact same thing no matter what the complaint is ! I would give them zero stars if I could! I have tickets booked where three out of four names are correct and this was done more than a month ago! The name incorrect is for an infant and initially when I spoke to the team they said it was not my error it was their error and even sent me an email stating this! Three weeks passed and then we get an email asking me for the passport copy and I sent it straight away and then wait a couple of weeks and get another email saying it was not their error it was mine! Again went back to the person saying this is not on and they can’t go back on their word, no response. Call customer service get told a supervisor will call back in 24 hours! No response or call, two weeks pass! Call again and tell them the issue and they then tell me that there are others with higher priority and the fact that no one has called me I should not worry about! Waited on there. Fit almost an hour because I was demand to speak to a supervisor and eventually when I got through got told he would have it all the tickets cancelled and refunded at their cost because of all the inconvenience caused and someone would call em from customer relations in 48 hours and after 5 days still no call! Called customer service again and once again got someone saying who they understand my situation and give support time and that a supervisor will call me back within 24 hours! He wa not listening to what I wanted but r asked for and eventually said the calm is not going anywhere and cut me off!!! Such pathetic service it is unbelievable and no one should book anything with this company ever!!! You will lose your mind dealing with them and never get anywhere or any result!! They wnat me to wait for them to do what they want while I have to wait to book more expensive ticket which I am sure they will it cover me for either!!! Worst company ever!!DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM EVER!!!

Negative experience: If i could give this company zero stars I would for the most most unhelpful and non existent customer service team! I received a voucher for up to 20% off my next flight booking which when added to their website at check-in said it was offline (I was using this in accordance with the expiry date - actually before it was due to expire) so it wouldn't work as I think they took it down or may be it just wasn't working at all and it was a non existent offer! Either way, I contacted them and whilst they did reply, they did not answer my query ... they just kept saying I needed to book online and they couldn't help! There is no contact number as they are based abroad and there is no online chat facility for UK residents either. Really poor service and at the moment I do not recommend!
Negative experience: Flight cancelled by airline, and tickets cancelled by agency. It has been 4 months, no refund. No response from support team, no response by phone, no mail id to discuss things. It looks it's a scam. Government should look into it. Please don't book ticket through this travel agency. Strong and sincere request not to book tickets with them. When I speak to airline, they said no refund request raised by agent. Hope no one else money is lost.

Negative experience: As per confirmation from airline side by face to face during checked in time, Airline staff told us they didn’t see any seat reservation at all from their system, That why they asked request refund from Flightnetwork directly for sure. I have air sickness issue that why we purpose spend money to buy window seat, but finally airline told us can’t our seat reservation from their system, finally we only got middle seat and I was encountering serious air sickness during the whole journey. Even we have all evidence from airline side and flightnetwork team to proved that flightnetwork without given seat reservation after flight reschedule,They also Irresponsible at all .Same like others ,I’m another victim. Had to buy completely new tickets (outbound) after we received the delayed flight options which did not made sense (Choosing their given option we would be late for the third flight by half of day, and they could not support with anything else.)

Negative experience: It’s really worst service. I have booked from this website when compared to other sites it looks cheaper to book it. However if you required to amend the booking there charges so high, airlines have refunded 1000 but they returned me only 39. Really it’s not fair. I have wrote many mails to provide the detailed break down but I didn’t get any reply from them. It almost 6 months now still they are checking internally that is the only response I’m getting every time. There is no proper address or phone number to contact them. It’s really worst service and cheating the customers. Hereafter I won’t use this website to book any tickets.

If your flight gets cancelled or even rescheduled, you won't get any compensation nor even your original payment! No real customer service, No manager, No supervisor. Booked a flexible one way ticket from Cancun to toronto, needed to change my airport to tulum and the agent agreed to do for a fee that I paid. Fee was charged to my card. They make fake promises and commitments just to trap you. Need a supervisor? Forget about it—they’ll never call you back. And here's the cherry on top: they'll initially claim ticket changes are "free of cost," but as your travel date approaches, they’ll suddenly "calculate" and slap you with an absurd bill ranging anywhere from $1,000 to $3,000! Negative experience: They are cheaters big time cheaters .... I booked a flight, the price of which was 2500 AUD for 1. I filled out the form, all the information, my passport number, my card number... And after clicking on “Pay”, right in the middle of the processing, the site tells me that the price to pay has finally increased by more than 117 AUD! And then suggests that I “accept and pay”; I cancelled it even then they processed payment and booked my ticket. Dont use them they are Cheaters
Negative experience: Do not trust. They charged me the flights but just booked some of them, then completely changed my flight, delaying it by a day. I ended up paying 600 dollars to the airline to put me on another flight; the airline told me they never paid my first flight and someone else took my spot on that plane. They only give you 2 options: refund or change your flight, but they did not seemed trustworthy after that, do not book with them. Customer service seems nice, but they will not solve anything. They admitted to never book my flight and said 'we will handle it'. Do not lose your money to these scammers.
Negative experience: The baddest agency ever, they don't deserve one star, and the government should look after this scammers, and close their offices. The airline cancelled my ticket, and i was contacting them for more than 15 days. For my refund, every call from 15 to 60 minutes, and every call, they will transfer you from a department to another and ask the same questions, keeping me on hold for 3 minutes more then 12 times in each call, and at the end, they said it is not refundable. To make matters worse, they took my money without proper authorization. When I tried to contact their customer service for help, the response was extremely poor and unhelpful. I would not recommend using Flight Network for any travel arrangements.
Negative experience: Absolutely horrible piss poor excuse for a business. They misrepresent themselves to look like the airline you are trying to purchase tickets from. They gave a fee to be able to call customer service if there are issues, fee to get text messages about updates on your flight etc. I realized right after I booked my flight that I made a mistake because I thought I bought the tickets from avelo airlines. They said I can't get a refund. After two hours on hold for a manager they said I could get a refund but it would cost $88. I agreed as I just wanted to get this over with. Now waiting for my refund which sounds like I'll never see. Do not, i repeat DO NOT ever book with tickets with these scammers!!! You've been warned.
Negative experience: Where do I even start? I will never buy tickets from any 3rd agency and flight network never. I hate them. They ruined my honeymoon and cost me close to $2000 for not communicating that our flight was cancelled 5 months ago. On the day, i am leaving and while going to check in, the flight doesn't even exist. And there escalation department is beyond jokes. They have no help for you. Negative experience: It’s a comple joke. This company advertises flight ticket prices and then they will change the price after you insert your credit card number. My fight was $5060 and once I selected everything and inserted credit card number they change the price of $5312 and make me to accept at the last moment. I rang the customer service and they said they can’t do anything about it because the fare changed by the airline. Then my question why do they advertise the fare? They shouldn’t. I believe it’s a trick they use to make their fare cheaper and once people try to buy it they trick them. They are fraud and stay away from this website and company.

Negative experience: If I could give flight networks customer service a zero I would. Less than 24hours after accepting my booking they cancelled my return flight and offered a full refund and if I wanted to cancel my outgoing flight too I could get a full refund amount also. I went ahead and cancelled with the airline as instructed and a month later I still have not received my refund. The airline have tried to refund the amount owed and need flight network to confirm their card details and so they can refund it but flight network are refusing to and have told me the airline said I am not due a refund but after talking to the airline multiple times they have said they are happy to refund the cost but cannot refund me directly as it was through flight networks the money must go to them but they have not verified the details they used to book with. I have rang, emailed and begged flight network with no avail. They keep replying with a “no-reply” email address and when I call I am on hold for an hour and the agent cannot help and offers supervisor call backs which are not happening either. I will NEVER use flight network again after this awful experience. Still waiting and hoping for my refund…

Negative experience: Hi, I am booked my flight in august 2022 by flight network from Adelaide to india. Flight network cancelled my booking because they don’t have any alternative flight from Melbourne to Adelaide on returning time. They send me email that your refund will be proceed in 5 to 10 days. Today more than 2 year completed but I didn’t got my refund back. I am emailed and called many times to flight network customer service but they have only 1 reply we waiting for your refund from airline. Even in their policy if airline didn’t give the refund back with in 12 months then the flight network gives that money back to you immediate, but now 26 months done. But still I don’t get my refund back. I am also take airline cancellation protection cover That money was also gone.I am rebooked my flight Oct 2022 in double price. I am giving the money to flight network so they have responsibility to give my money back but they have only 1 reply we waiting the refund from the airline. Really in my whole life I don’t recommend the flight network to any person.
Negative experience: If I could give zero starts, I would. Absolutely awful customer experience. We cancelled two flights over a month before the flight due to my father falling terminally ill and been put into a hospice. We paid extra for flexible booking as well as £60 to reserve each flight and over £100 for luggage. We were told we could get 90% of our money back if we cancelled with flexible booking, which unfortunately we had to do. Out of the £1,600 we paid (only for the ticket), we only got under £800 back. When trying to reach any customer service, we got no response back. We called in today and they said it was only the value of our ticket, but our value of our ticket was £1,600. They gave us less than half back. When we asked for a manager, they said they had no manager and she hung with the last word being 'Sorry ma'am, there is nothing else we can do, goodbye.' Absolute scams. Stay very clear from them!

I understand that FlightNetwork will give me a refund BUT ONLY when the airline has completed the fund processing.2. It has been one month, and FlightNetwork has yet to get the funds from the airline, and the reason for that is, the airline has YET TO APPROVE that the flight can be refunded.3. I keep highlighting that the flight change from AM to midnight is really not conducive for me and my newborn. The change was done, without even consulting or informing me if I do agree. I never shared my passport details, just full name and email address, which means NO TICKET can be produced using my name. And last but not least, the booking was made using FlightNetwork, not the airline itself, which means it is FlightNetwork's responsibility to inform or let me know of any changes. Having said that, I demand that FlightNetwork processes my refund, because the wait has been way too long. You can at your own phase and time wait for the money refund from the airline, since it ONLY impacts you as opposed to me who is a CONSUMER!!My trip is already about to happen, but no progress and no refund is not acceptable, considering I started this process a month ago.
Negative experience: Awful customer service, stay away from them please. We booked two tickets via their app China Airlines. They did not notify us the air plan will stop over Australia as the ticket just showed one stop transit in Taipei. If there was information about the transit in Brisbane Australia, we would have never booked the flight. We called them they told us they could not do anything but just change the date for us. We could not wait for visa transit because we need to flight urgently. They could not correct the name so that someone else can use the ticket or refund us. We lost 1k7 NZD because of their bad services.
Negative experience: Incredibly terrible service. I needed to change my flight and tried to call repeatedly. My "file number" (the only way to access the call centre) was declared invalid. I emailed five times and they repeatedly told me to call the same number, using the same information, despite my saying this had never worked. In the end I was unable to change my flight and was out of pocket $1300. They do not deserve even a single star, though Google will not let me post a review with zero stars.

However I paid extra and when I canceled flight network received a full credit from Avelo Airlines however I did not get anything back so I paid them and they got refunded from Avelo and they overcharged me by charging me for a refundable flight when it was included in a fight absolute worst Company in history do not deal with these people total rip off

When I called they didn't try to re-book a flight and when I insisted they said all flights are booked and no seats available. Offers a refund and I went into westjet site and that flight is still offered and seats available. 3 other people booked through another 3rd party sight and they were accompanied with another return flight without any changes. Negative experience: NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK! I booked a flight From MDE to SCL with Flight Network on Jetsmart, October 3rd, and paid for the highest economy service available with access to business class seats and service for an extra 250$ CAD. Total cost $571 CAD. The ticket CONFIRMED my seat as 1D in business class but there was no confirmation code *6 letters. Today October 10th, less than 24 hours before my flight they informed me by email that my confirmed and paid for seat and service was actually NOT confirmed (So now I am in some random seat). They sent me 47$ back. I called in and after an hour on the phone, they finally sent me the confirmation code once I stated there wasn't one on the ticket that I could use to call the airline or get help online. This is impossible on such short notice. They would not meaningfully address the issue of the seat or service paid for or give me a refund for these. I would have never booked this airline or with flight network had I known that the seat and service I was buying was ACTUALLY A SCAM! They told me that in some fine print I agreed to - that in reality NOTHING THAT YOU BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK IS ACTUALLY REAL OR CONFIRMED. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BOOK THE FLIGHT, SERVICE OR SEATS YOU PAY FOR. THEY SCREW YOU AT THE LAST MINUTE, AND PASS THE BLAME TO THE AIRLINE!!! I booked another flight directly with COPA. I will get the seat I chose and paid for. NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK! AVOID FLIGHT NETWORK AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Date of experience: 10 October 2024
Positive experience: People seem to leave reviews primarily when something is really good or really bad. I had a so so experience so will leave a so so review. Actually booked through flight network accidentally, but all went well. Flights were secured and i was off on my holiday. On the day of my return flight i recieved a notifcation from the airline and from flight network saying my flight had been cancelled, but i could get a full refund. No bother, i quickly booked another flight through the airline (at a cheaper price no less) and was on my way. So far so good, the flight cancellation was out of flight networks control and they did notify me. A few days later i received a notification from the airline saying my flight had been redebited to the card used to pay for it. After a month i realised i'd never received the money so rang the airline. They confirmed they had successfully processed the payment and gave me the reference number. I then rang flight network and this is where they lose points because the automated phone system is AWFUL. Sat on hold for an hour in the same place in the queue (32nd) and then magically got connected next on the line. I'm sure they do this as a tactic to put people off waiting.. Once on the phone i explained the situation and the money was sent back to me, so i did manage to sort it, but i was a bit peeved that if i hadn't rang, then they would have held on to the money. Nothing on the website indicated that the flight was cancelled, or i had a payment on the way so there is definitely some dodgy tactics at play here. All in all 3/5. if the flight hadn't been cancelled then all would have been fine. Lesson: next time book direct through the airline.
Negative experience: Please do not use this booking service provider. I specifically booked a flexible flight as knew my plans would change during the trip. Over ten times on the online chat I politely requested to utilise the flexible flight option to investigate dates. I had no response. Literally. it timed out every time I was on there. NOBODY except a very kind lady called Dinesh was able to even validate me with a sure we will email you flight options!!! I heard nothing until midnight of the day I was leaving, for one flight option that added 20 hours to my trip and a layover. Keep in mind I was travelling with an 8 month old baby. The response was via email and of course it takes them a good 4 days to reply to email so I was unable to change my flight. I called them to ask for retribution as I paid for a service I could not use at my fault of my own. The customer service person told me I was giving false information (!!!!!) and that it was my own fault I didn't change my flight. I will NOT let this down or let this go, and i will get my money back if my life depends on it.

Negative experience: Avoid. They are only helpful if everything is going as planned. If there is any problem or deviation, you're screwed. We booked a flight from Budapest to Tokyo with a layover in Shanghai. Our first flight got delayed because of the weather and we were missing our connecting flight. The airport staff said that since be booked through an agent, the agent should re-book us onto another flight. But Flight Network simply said there was nothing they would do. They simply took our money and said "you're on your own". We had to book new tickets from our own pocket. All the other passenger on our flight got re-booked without any problems. This has caused us an additional 7 hour delay and several hundred dollars.
Negative experience: Disappointing Experience with GoToGate- flight network- aka Mytrip. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from my trip aka flight network . Due to the closure of the airport in the Middle East, I was forced to rebook my ticket from Cyprus to Toronto. However, instead of assisting me with the rebooking, my trip cancelled my ticket altogether. Despite numerous calls and emails to their customer support, I was met with no resolution or refund. They continued to claim that they were in contact with Austrian Airlines, but when I reached out to the airline directly, they informed me that no communication had been received from flight network. Flight networks keeps lying about reaching out on clients behalf. It's appalling that an agency would take customers' money and fail to provide the service they promise. Their lack of communication, unhelpful support, and refusal to issue a refund or rebook my flight has left me stranded and frustrated. I ended up paying out of my pocket for a new ticket to come home. This company needs to be shut down immediately. I strongly advise against using gotogate or flight network or my trip as they are all one company for any travel arrangements. Their unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. Take your business (and your travel plans) elsewhere!

So as embassies are scrambling to fly their nationals out and warning people not to travel to Lebanon… flight network are scamming people for cancellation fees… Shameful behaviour…

The airline cancelled my flight, flight network did not inform me one month before my departure, my grandma in a different country was the one who told me the flight did not exist. I went in July and came back with no refund, booked another flight with a different website after FN told me they would refund me: they informed me today they won’t give me anything: LIARS! Don’t go to this website. We will meet at court. Shame on booking.com as they own this website.

They told me many times they would refund me and I even have that in writing. The craziest thing is that the flight ORL-REC they keep showing on the email does not exist. I am filing a formal lawsuit and contacting CBC and others. Don’t use this company: go to Expedia!
Negative experience: Scammers, stay away!!! They attract people with their lower fake price then they charge you way higher price than the original one. My final price was 8500.63 SAR and Extra Fee was 0 so I agreed to pay then I was shocked when they sent the bill the amount was 8925.66 SAR. They added 425.03 SAR. In the website when I put apple pay option, they added 425.03 but when I changed to debit/credit card they waved the 425.03 so the total amount was 8500.63 and this amount what I agreed to pay, however they changed me the 425.03 without my consent which I will sue them for that. I have screenshot and I will never leave them alone. Again be careful don’t use these scammers
Negative experience: If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I booked my flight and it was booked with a carry on. Then when it came time for my flight it as changed so I did not have a carry on bag. I called to speak with someone to rectify this and I was told that there was never a carry on bag. I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor because the supervisor is busy doing other things, yet the person I was dealing with put me on hold several times to speak with them. There were also people laughing in the background and when I asked why this was happening the guy I was speaking to told me there is no one laughing in the background. I was shortly after hung up on. Do not use this company no matter how much cheaper the flights may appear.
Negative experience: I wish I could give this service zero stars. My experience with customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Due to the ongoing war, flights to Lebanon have been canceled, yet the company insisted our flight was still confirmed until the last minute, even though EgyptAir had already announced their cancellations. The staff were unhelpful and rude, often cutting me off and refusing to provide their names or connect me to a supervisor. Instead of offering solutions, one representative argued with me about the cancellations, despite the information being widely reported. After I requested to cancel my flight, they processed it but deducted a penalty according to their policy. Today, I received a call from EgyptAir confirming the cancellation and instructing me to have Flight Network send them an email for a full refund. When I contacted Flight Network, the representative insisted the flight was still confirmed, even though it was after hours. When I asked him to email EgyptAir as requested, he claimed that since I initially asked to cancel, I was ineligible for a refund. Essentially, I was left in a position where I was expected to go to the airport for a flight that was already canceled. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional
Fantastic experience: Never got such a good service from any travel agency, normally im trying to book my flights directly from the airline because I don’t trust these agencies, this time, by mistake I book flight from Tel Aviv to Munich via Flightnetwork with Lufthansa and my flight was cancelled due to the situation in Israel. They have local number, so I didn’t had to make overseas phone call, they answer in 30 seconds max every time I called, and they took care for the refund after few phone calls as Lufthansa "locked" my booking so it was difficult to receive the refund.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Booked my parents on flights that were already full. Have called them 10 times with no resolution, they keep making me call the airline who can't change the booking as the ticket is under flight network's control. No one at flight network has been able to assist or wants to. They told me they would call me back and haven't called me back to resolve the problem. I travel a lot and have booked with various agencies and direct with airlines. I have to say this by far the worse experience. Do not book with this company. Seems to me that there are some dodgy operations going on.

I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time at my own expense, only to be offered no solution other than to pay more. 2. Website Issues: Due to a malfunction on their website, my order was placed twice. When I requested a refund, they delayed it for nearly six months, violating their own terms and conditions. This company is unreliable, unhelpful, and has no respect for their customers’ time or money. I will definitely never use them for future travel, and I hope others don’t either. Negative experience: This is a scam website , they will show low prices on their website to attract customers. Once you make the payment they will book different flights with more layover option or different date.when you contact customer service they will say airline changed your flights and refund will be subject to approval from airline . These people should be put in Jail for running such a scam and not getting caught .serious action needs to be taken by relevant authorities against this fraud company . They are looting people . I Request everyone never to use Flightnetwork for any booking even if they charge less or give it for free . You will be in trouble and feel helpless like many who used it . Negative experience: I booked again with this agency based on my good experience last year, however, apparently they changed or expanded their customer service staff, but the new staff seems not to be fully trained, especially on the clauses of their extra services. Even though I had contracted the flexibility and free cancellation for my reservation, they denied my cancellation, at first, without first finding out what the extra services that I paid for were, they were not helpful by providing new routes or options to change my flight, even if I paid extra, their response was, "contact the airline directly", so I decided to cancel. They sent me a vaucher that to date, 2 months later, I have not been able to use and more than 3 agents do not know specifically how I should use it or why it does not work, their response is, "it is being investigated and you will receive an email soon." I'm still waiting. . . .
Negative experience: My flight was cancelled 2 weeks ago and I haven't received a refund yet. Nepal airline is asking me to go to flight network, and flight network is saying the flight is not cancelled. Although I received a cancellation email from the airline 2 weeks ago. Both the airline and this website look fraudulent to me.
Negative experience: The worst nightmare is dealing with Flightnetwork. Made a mistake by trying them for a recent trip, only to incur undue stress before travel. Everything had a hidden clause and charges. Pathetic customer care, you eventually end up paying almost double! Would never use again or recommend anyone to.
Negative experience: Do not ever book a flight with them. They will display different rates but you will get charged a different price. Similarly, if you make error in one booking, they will say you to cancel entire booking so they can eat the handling fee for both bookings which are expensive

Their “self-transfer guarantee” is full of loop holes they will jump through in order to avoid giving customers a refund. Negative experience: this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. my husband booked us tickets and somehow our return date was wrong (my husband swears on his LIFE he booked the correct date) and when we tried to fix the mistake, the rep from the company told me the airline wouldn’t let us reschedule and we had to buy completely new return tickets, without a refund!! we found this mistake WEEKS in advance. we are newly married, we do not have this much extra money to spend, and it has been so stressful between us because of this experience. the anger i’ve had about this situation is ridiculous, i beg you, if you want to book with this company, BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!! these people will steal your money. i wish i read the reviews about them first as it seems like everyone’s had the same experience. Negative experience: absolutely terrible! this company needs to be sued. no way to get a hold of support. The flight was delayed which made me miss my connection flight and I had to pay for hotel night over stay and a new ticket to get home and I can't even get a hold of the support team. Im down $3000. They have no idea what the are doing and seem Iike their only intention is to rip you off & get as much money as possible from you. I desperately needed to reschedule my flights to get home due to our ill son. After desperately trying for over 27 hours & many many calls (almost 40) , they could not help. Then they could but stated it would cost $84,000. Yes that’s correct. 84 thousand!! , as only seats available on that flight apparently where first class however when I actually got on that flight (by contacting actual airline in the end) there were many empty seats. Do not go near these people. Incompetent and rude & only have intentions of getting your money. I’m still in shock at the stress & worry they put me through. I would honestly recommend you Steer clear. I will never ever use these people again!!
Negative experience: Don’t buy anything from flight network. They charge the clients for optional items and never pay in full to airlines. Right at boarding time we realized that we owed the luggage fee to airline for the amount that we already paid initially with ticket purchase.

Negative experience: SCAM ALERT! I was searching for flights for October 18, but after paying for the ticket, I received one for October 17. When I contacted customer service to correct the date, as I could only fly on October 18, they told me they couldn't make any changes. They also said I would have to pay a rebooking fee, which would cost more than purchasing a new ticket. When I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. The customer service was not helpful at all. I strongly advise against using this company—save yourself the frustration and money!

Negative experience: Please avoid using this organization and third party bookings for flights. They charged me for a series of flights as I asked. When i called in weeks later to confirm the flights a few days before the date of flight they informed me there was no booking despite charging my credit card and me citing a booking reference code, forcing me to purchase another flight with another carrier. They said that this is not their fault despite the fact their employees failed to provide accurate information. Different customer service tell different story but in the end, flight is available but cannot be changed despite me paying additional for flexible tickets. Negative experience: I recently had a very disappointing experience with them. I purchased a flight ticket and paid an additional USD 20 for what was advertised as a "flexible ticket option." The main reason I opted for this upgrade was to have the ability to make changes to my travel plans if needed, without incurring significant additional costs. However, when I tried to make a change to my ticket, I was informed that the airline does not allow any modifications for this ticket type. This was contrary to what was advertised when I purchased the ticket. To make matters worse, I was then told that making a change would require an additional fee of USD 200. This excessive fee completely undermines the purpose of having a "flexible" ticket. I feel that the flexible ticket option was grossly misrepresented, leading to unnecessary frustration and financial loss. I contacted the agency's customer service, but the response was unhelpful and failed to address the misleading information provided at the time of purchase. I would STRONGLY caution others against purchasing the flexible ticket option from this agency, as it does not provide the flexibility promised. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing, and I will not be using their services again. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar situation.

Negative experience: Flight Network are excellent at charging although they are borderline fraudulent when it comes to refunds. I have had to chase up my refund that has been approved 6 times now. They knowingly state they will call me back and I have never recieved a call back or an email. Today will be the 7th call and I hope to see a result, I am starting to form the opinion they do this to a lot of customers in the hope they just give up ( meaning they do not have to refund ) I am happy to remove this review once my request is refunded or a solution is made.
