Negative experience: Does anyone know their working contact number and physical address. The website has no information for contacting them. This company seriously needs to get investigated. Because of them I have my money stuck in credits at an airline, and now there is no way of reaching out to these guys! Illegal activities all the way.
Negative experience: Do not use this company, their customer service is terrible, their agents will lie to you to get you to go away, they will see how long they can keep you on hold, transfer you, nobody there will take responsibility. My flight details were changed so that I would fly from Philippines to Taiwan, then connecting flight from JAPAN to Canada. How am I supposed to get from Taiwan to Japan to get back home? SWIM?!
Negative experience: No words can express the disservice of this company !!! I payed Xtra for a flexibel ticket ! I did got an open ticket that was valid for 2 years !! Yet by the time I wanted to book a flight no single employee seem to know how it worked I had to go through 6 different employees and 6 times waiting lines before I had an employee that could help me !! By that time we were 1 month later and the only available tickets were business class on ridiculous prices !! She suggested to cancel the ticket and have a refund since my ticket would by then expire in 10 days. I agreed, never go a refund. When I called again several times they told me I had to wait. Now they tell me I can't have a refund because my ticket has expired !!! I requested a compensation in the form of a refund or new open ticket which was promised at start, or at least the refund for the flexible ticket that was an absolute failure!! yet they totally ignored my request and don't own any of there many mistakesand disservices!!
Negative experience: This is the sketchiest travel agency. I have been scammed by Flyfar for CAD 3000. My mistake was choosing this agency to purchase my tickets. However, to this day I haven't received help booking my open ticket. I must have called over 60 times in total. I have filed a complaint with TICO as well. If somebody has been scammed by this fraudulent travel agency that has no supervisor to resolve anything when you need them, please make a complaint at Ontario's travel regulator TICO. Flyfar, I need a full refund asap or my open ticket booked immediately. Also, look forward to an investigation by tico. Shameful how you do business!

Flight British airways, we cancelled and BA told us that we can have full voucher, if Flyfar will contact them by phone - and not by mail! but Flyfar keep telling us that they sent request by mail and we have to wait - People on the phone at the customer service are robot dolls, with absolutely no competency or capacity to help. The worst refund experience for a travel service customer. stay away! If I could put minus star I would do it! They dont worth any star.... it is horrible to have those phone interface without any normal conversation with solutions, only repeating the same sentences. Even not 1 time a supervisor took the time to check all the calls we had with them - honestly maybe 20... they are just waiting for us to get tired and let go... They screwed us over incredibly with flights by booking us a connecting flight that was IMPOSSIBLE for us to make and when we called to talk to a customer service rep to see if there was anything we could do to change our flights so that we could make it back home, the customer service rep let us know there was nothing he could do and hung up. Over an hour and a half in the phone with them and they were useless. We had to rebook flights (from a different agency) to ensure that we were not stranded in a different continent. will not be booking with them ever again, and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
Positive experience: I bought air canada tickets with them early 2022. The tickets were cancelled by air canada but Flyfar still didn’t refund me $474 premium seats fees. They claimed in the phone call that the refund has been processing and I should get my money back soon. But I waited for a few months now and still nothing! —- update: I got a refund email from them today, after more than 1 year! SO this company is not scamming: I followed up with air canada directly and seems like the transaction record was lost in their system—-changed from 1 star to 3 star—- communication is tough but at least they are honest and not trying to scam me

Spoken to AirCanada regarding the refund and they said it was refunded to Flyfar few months back. But flyfar never ever refunded me my $2570 CAD. I'll go for legal lawsuits against flyfar.

I bought 2 tickets from them for a long trip, which I had to pay a lot of money for. We showed up to the airport all ready to go; we go to check in, and they could not process our tickets so the lady had me call them. I got on the phone with this dude that I could hardy understand and he claimed that the payment did not go through even though they sent me the receipt and confirmation info after i purchased the tickets. Could not get a refund and my bank could not get my money back due to their terms and conditions. Honestly, buying the tickets from them was the worst mistake I have ever made. God will give them what they deserve!!

Negative experience: Terrible travel agent. Called to have my departure flight changed. The guy I was on the call with said all the changes were made. I get to Pearsons only to find out that the flight was never booked in the first place. Had to pay hiked up prices just to get on the same flight. Then I find out later that they changed my return flight from Cancun to the day I arrived (arrive 19th leave 22nd, changed return flight to the 19th). This place is an absolute scam and will screw you through every step of the way. Do not give this place money they are most certainly going to burn to the ground soon. That 2.2 star rating is not going to help them out. Stop using fake accounts to boost your reviews. The more people you screw over to more people are going to come after you. Give me back my money you cucks.
Negative experience: The customer service and refund of flyfar is pathetic. Never ever take flight tickets from them. I took my tickets to India round trip from them 6 months ahead for my December 2021 travel. Due to unfortunate reasons qatar cancelled the ticket and told me I m eligible for a refund and has to filled it from flyfar. I called them immediately and a customer service representative named Sooraj told me I will get the refund with 3-4 weeks in Jan. Now it’s like March. I have called them multiple times. Everytime I say refund they will put me on long hold or disconnects the call.

Negative experience: After a long day when trying to reach these guys so called "flyfar.com" - who picked up my call after 6hr waiting - so that I could cancel my flight because my PCR test results were not ready I had an awful experience. The guy received my call and after a long conversation we agreed to cancel and rebook and paid x3 my initial booking. Suddenly the rebooking didn't workout after I've already paid and he wanted to extend rebook again fir a month later which I refused because by then my vacation would be over. I asked for a refund so that I could book for another flight and guess what....? The guy said that I would be refunded only for the last payment and after 2 weeks .. Until now trying to reach these guys to discuss about my initial booking refund but I can't gel hold of them .

Negative experience: Total scam. I'm happy to see other people are filing lawsuits against this company. They are literally the worst business I've ever dealt with. They never refunded my ticket after the airline sent them the refund. It's been a year, after another couple months before that of crazy wait times on the phone. That led to people hanging up on you when they finally did answer the phone calls. They then said they sent an 'email' confirming the refund. Yeah, no email was ever sent. I have seen other reviews with the same issue.

They promised to reimburse me, yet we are now in 2022, and I did not receive my money! They do not even reply to emails or to telephone numbers. They say you can check the status of reimbursement on your account at FlyFar, yet this not true, no Amy information can be found on my account. My advice, look for a more responsible company that can retain its words.

Negative experience: This is the worst travel site I have used during my entire history. I had booked a Porter airline flight from Chicago to Toronto but had to cancel my flight due to being tested positive for COVID-19. I called the Porter airlines and they successfully cancelled my ticket and asked me to reschedule another flight using the credit with FlyFar. However, when I tried calling FlyFar and after waiting almost 1.5 hrs, the customer service representative told me that I should have called directly with FlyFar before 24 hrs and they cannot give me any credits. Even though I tried to explain that I just received my positive COVID test and the airline has given a credit, Flyfar refused to give me back my credit or let me book/reschedule another flight. Further the customer service agent (Jayesh C) was very rude and disconnected the call and then later sent me an email that I should try again. After a few days I tried calling again and after waiting again for more than an hour, they did allow me to reschedule but applied a hefty fee which eventually with the fair difference ended up with me paying almost double my original ticket price. This was honestly the most terrible and frustrating experience ever, the agents are unprofessional, they customer service is pathetic, wait times are crazy long and further when the whole airline industry is being flexible to accommodate passengers due to COVID, these guys do no cooperate and just fleece you in any way they can. I would never recommend this at any cost, instead use a reputed travel website or directly from the airline.
Negative experience: Wish I had read these reviews before I booked! They told me my flight was at 10:08 am when it was at 8:57 am. I missed it (and my connecting flight) and am now out $900. Spent 2 hours on hold with them (multiple people answering and passing me off to someone else) only to be told to contact the airline- but the airline didn't make the mistake, Flyfar did.
Negative experience: Would give zero stars if I could. Spent over 3 hours on the phone due to a cancelation because of the weather. We spoke to about 6 persons and a few of the customer representatives hung up on us a few times. Then sent an email saying they tried to call back even though they did not. It was intentional. The Indian guy in particular was very rude. He then sent us a cancelation even though we never requested it. They wanted to charge basically 1.3k which included an administrative fee of $45. They also lied and said they could not rebook the next day as the airline did not have anymore seats, another lie. Very terrible customer service and would not recommend. There comes a light at the end of the tunnel. We decided to call the airline directly and they rebooked us at no cost the very next day. To save yourself and your hard earned money, stay away from this company. You have been warned

I had a flight that was cancelled due to bad weather causing me & 7 other family members to miss our connecting flight so we couldn’t go. Flyfar refuses to help get your money back. They tell you to contact airlines yourself. Even after doing that, they take some “assistance fee” from you WHICH IS RIDICULOUS because they are of no assistance what so ever. Farthermore, the connecting airline is different so they even refuse to refund & just credit. At the end of the day, this comes down to FlyFar NOT DOING THEIR JOB! Our WHOLE winter breaks is RUINED because of FlyFar! Currently disputing this with my bank & this company will pay. Have the peace of mind & pay extra if you have to or book directly through airlines. It’s actually cheaper to find connecting flights directly!

Tried responding the email they sent , my email did not reach and it said customer email does not exist anymore. They have no customer call place just an ip address held in India majorly. They will not respond at all according to day times in Canada because it's night time in India. They made my layover time to 21 hours without any assistance or services provided by the airline. DO NOT BOOK with them regardless how cheap they are - there is a reason why it is that cheap - their service and policies are behind the times. The calls drop, they don't call you back, there is no easy way to contact them - just AWFUL !! I am cancelling all my flights with them and absorbing the cancellation fees so I do not have to deal with their poor customer service.

The airline told me that Flyfar simply needed to contact them to have me booked onto the new flight (no additional charges would be incurred). Expedia did this for my family members automatically. Flyfar refused to do this for me and instead said that I would have to cancel my order from them, conveniently incurring a cancellation fee, wait for them to apply to the airline for a refund, and then inevitably refund me. I will give them two stars because I did eventually receive my refund, even if it took several months to be processed.

Other airline is willing to return but it has to be done by Flyfar, but Flyfar doesn't even have a contact detail or email and their call centre employees are telling me, from some remote location, that nothing can be done about this ticket. It's a big FRAUD... don't ever book with them, you will end up nowhere. You will never be able to get hold of them.
Negative experience: Trash staff and website, when booking the flight I've got the flight at a 6:00 am, when going at the airport I see it12:00 pm, after talking with the personnel of the company fly one they are telling me that they are never providing flights at 6:00 am, after going through their customer service phone, they are telling me that " if it's a urgent flight, contact the airline" so basically stuck in airport and missed all my other connections, I didn't received no information or confirmation by email that it changed, they are charging me an administrative fee of $45 to reschedule it for another day, which is contradictory with their own terms and conditions (8.2.4-8.2.5) the guys at the phone don't even know what their own terms and conditions are; first and last time using this shady company. One of my flights was cancelled by the airline and they did not have any guaranteed flights for my whole party for the following days so the airline told me I was entitled to a refund. I did not have other choices so I applied, they confirmed they sent the information to FLYFAR, when I contacted them, they said they will deduct almost 50$ from my refund because of cancellation fees. I never cancelled the flight, it was not my fault, I bought something and I never benefit from it, nevertheless this company want to extra charge. Trying to talk to them is super difficult, the stuff is not professional and totally clueless, talking to a supervisor is impossible. This was the first and last time I buy tickets with this company, what a big mistake!

Negative experience: Major scam alert, waiting for my lawyer to file a lawsuit against them. This is a fraudulent website, my cousin booked one for me using my credit card info on my computer to "help me out" and saw a free 24 hour cancellation policy. Turns out, this is as scammy as it gets, they don't have a cancellation policy, they don't issue refunds and the tickets they provide don't have baggage and super weird restrictions that no one would ever consider. I'm stuck with my credit card disputes department because they don't respond to any calls or emails. They sent me an email for a full refund which never occurred. All Canadian people should file a lawsuit against this company and ensure that these people rot in jail forever. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM!

They will refuse give any refunds, and they will attempt to book flights you don't want. They have two different Toronto addresses, and both are non-existent offices. Negative experience: This company is a scam. Do not book flights from them. If your flight gets cancelled the airline will refund your money to them and they will keep it. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I am out over $700 because they have not processed my refund that the airline sent to them after our flight was cancelled. They tell you to wait and be patient and the next thing you know you’re outside of your credit cards window to file a fraud claim. Never use FlyFar. This has been a nightmare and there is no response whatsoever from the company.

After months of emails (one way) and several hours of waiting for the call centre and speaking with their agents, I was told my request for a refund was made to the airline (initial flight was cancelled by the airline so I had to go through FLYFAR to request refund). I contacted the airline to confirm this and the airline stated they never received a request from FLYFAR. I have heard nothing back from FLYFAR and have been transferred from one agent to the next. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would get a call back in 1-2 hours, received no call. I followed up and insisted on speaking with a manager and was transferred to a voicemail and forced to hang up after my message. Absolutely a scam. Flight cancelled, I was sent an email saying flyfar would reschedule my ticket(without my consent), and if there were issues with the reschedule to email them. It’s been 1 year, nearly 10 emails, and 3-4 unhelpful phone calls to their outsourced customer service department in India. Nothing has been resolved. There is zero accountability. Their slogan should be “you’ll have to contact the airline”. I’m astonished how a company like this can stay in business, it’s incredible. Avoid this company like the plague. It’s a sinking ship. You’d be better off going with a more reputable agency like Kayak, Expedia, or Skyscanner. Or, better yet, just book with the airline directly.
Negative experience: Booked ticket for my mom thinking I was getting a good deal. But due to change in the landing rules of Canadian govt due new covid restrictions I wanted to postpone the ticket. I have been calling at their customer service number from past few days but for hours no response. It keeps on saying that you are in the queue. On 02-26-2021 after a wait of almost 1 hour 30 mins I was successful to get through one of the company’s agent. He took all the information from me and than weirdly said let me transfer your call to another person and it won’t take long. I waited another 4 hours. I took the screenshot of this call(try to upload it) The computer voice kept on saying 30 seconds wait. Nothing is resolved till now. My whole experience has been so frustrating that I have decided that it’s better to get my tickets booked directly through airlines as it’s better to spend a little bit extra to save oneself from this hassle.
Negative experience: Cannot get a refund on my tickets of $1500 BUT i can Rebook and i only have to pay them a $130 booking fee. (which I obviously already paid.) The company is clearly just trying to take your money and don't care about anything other than that. I feel like there should be some kind of lawsuit against them soon
Negative experience: Poor, bad, reckless company.. No refund even after 6 months. Don't fall for the cheap tickets. Once you pay, consider they looted your money.
Negative experience: Do not book with them, they will refuse to give you your money back and they will leave you on hold or dead end emails, honestly a terrible company who takes advantage of people during trying times.
Negative experience: In my opinion it's always good to book through direct Airlines website. This agency is not showing any responsibility or due diligence during refund process. It's been 7 months chasing them for the refund albeit the airline itself cancelled the flights. Not even an acknowledgment from the agency.
Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. Checked flight the night before departure and showed original flight times. Get to the airport and my flights had been canceled and moved to another time without flyfar sending me any notification. Turned into a nightmare and you can’t even get anyone from the company on the phone. I will never use fly far again.
Negative experience: I was offered advance seat selection while booking. I paid extra 500 dollars for this. Then received an email from them saying they cant honour that and i will get a refund in 1-2 weeks. Its over a month now. Still no refund. When called there is hours of wait. What am i supposed to do?
Negative experience: 2+ hours on hold and no response on a cancelled flight from April 2020. The hold time goes from 30 minutes, to 25 and now up to 40 minutes. I'm not sure how waiting on hold equates to the announce hold time going longer. At this point I would recommend 1) File a complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency - the site is called "Federal site Air passenger protection" 2) File a complaint directly with the airline 3) File a complaint with TICO Registration #: 50009248
Negative experience: Like Other previous posters our flights were cancelled due to covid-19 in June. I have been patiently communicating with them every week since. Countless unanswered emails and phone calls where I’ve been on hold 5-8 hours only to be disconnected (yes I did wait an ENTIRE day on hold). The airline has since confirmed they refunded the money to them. My credit card covered the cancellation insurance but they need documentation from the airline and or the agency to be able to reimburse me. The airline refers to me FlyFar and they have not contacted me back for my documentation request. All I wanted was someone to write back the tickets are no longer valid, I didn’t even request a full refund from FlyFar. At this point the negligence is beyond any realm of reasonable and I am beginning to think this company is a scam. They have no excuse. If my insurance policy lapses in the time I have taken to track them down I will be taking them to small claims court. Do not book with them- spend a little more on dealing with an airline directly. I once had business class tickets refunded within 2 days from Air Canada. Third party bookings are cheap, but you really do get what you pay for. UPDATE: I’ve contacted TICO and they have assured me FlyFar is a legit business... they encouraged me to file a complaint through them. We will see if that gets me anywhere.

Negative experience: PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Flight was canceled due to covid on June 8, 2020 and I still haven't received a refund as of January 4, 2021. Despite Norweigian confirming they returned the funds to them in September. I've also waited hours (record is 7 so far) and still no one gets to my call. And no response to emails.
Negative experience: Horrible I didnt even get to go on my trip because they messed up my flight and expected me to pay for a whole new ticket. Literally the worst experience ever. Never use them.

Negative experience: I wish I could give them 0 star. The company is fraudulent in my opinion. I bought ticket at February that had been canceled by airline company. Airline company reported that they had refund money to the FlyFar. Today December 2020 and still no any respond from FlyFar after dozen of requests and hours of phone calls.
Negative experience: Did anyone actually got a refund from this company? It's been almost 5 months they have never been reimbursed for the payment when my airline has already paid them. Also, does anyone know how to sue/ claim these types of legal issue?
