Fantastic experience: Hello, I've been working with Traci for the better part of two years on a group destination wedding trip. She has been absolutely amazing! She has gone above and beyond time and time again. I'm sure it isn't easy booking a trip for over 20+ people with constant questions and concerns, but she made the process smoother than I could have imagined. She constantly replied to my questions and inquiries in a timely manner, even when on vacation which I begged her not to and to enjoy her time off. She drove out to my work which is in a different city to drop off the physical boarding passes and hotel vouchers, which the electronic versions would have been sufficient, it's just another way she's made this an outstanding experience. To top it all off, she included custom gifts for each traveler with the boarding passes, which was such a beautiful addition to the top notch work she's already completed. The customer service level has been exceptional to say the least, and I will absolutely be recommending her to all friends and family in need of travel assistance. Thanks again Traci!!
