Fantastic experience: Juana was very helpful in planning a trip for our family of 5. She was very prompt in responding and helpful when we had to adjust the trip plans. The resort she recommeded was amazing, and just what we had been looking for. I will be using her again for sure. She made sure to check in with us during and after the trip to see that everything was going well and that we enjoyed her suggestion! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Be very careful there’s absolutely no refunds. Even if you get the extra travel insurance I just got blindsided over three grand never again.
Fantastic experience: Juana was excellent to deal with and took all of our requests into play! She did her best to try to find us affordable flights to head back home and was very quick with responses to any of our questions! We will definitely be seeking her services for any family trips we take in the future!:)

Fantastic experience: Jay's 50th November 2018, 10 of us booked an all-inclusive trip to Mexico for April 2019. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to switch resorts 3 times. First time due to construction at the scheduled hotel, 2nd time due to bizarre sicknesses and restaurant closures at the 2nd resort. The third hotel was fabulous! Dealing with 5 couples from various places in Ontario, 10 upgraded seats, some passports with way too many names...Let's Go Travel was incredible! They dealt with Air Transat and had our back ensuring that all of our needs were taken care of. Both Mike & Carolyn at Let's GO Travel managed to keep all of our bookings separate, but together, kept our seats as requested and sent us on our way. In one year we have used Let's Go Travel for 3 vacations, and never has there been any mix-ups - truly they're as professional as it gets! We will continue to use Let's Go Travel for all of our travel needs. Thank you Mike! Thank you Carolyn!

Negative experience: Would choose zero star if possible. Terrible communication skills for our group wedding. Just trying to coordinate with the resort for a wedding ceremony deposit was annoying, with zero help from the travel agent (other than the same reciprocated info from the resort, which wasn't much help, as they wanted a wire transfer only which my bank needed more info than supplied). Dates changed on when full payment was due for our guests. Ended up having to cancel due to my fiance needing back surgery asap. Was told by agent over the phone my guests could still go if they wanted, which they've just been told they cannot. This was advertised to us as a "stress-free" wedding solution but was everything but stress free. This whole ordeal has caused angry friends and family for us (whom all supported our decision to cancel due to surgery needs). Would not recommend this agency, find another.
Hi Adam, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. First we would just like to point out that although travel arrangements are what we do we are unable to take part in the wedding planning at the resort directly as it is not accessible to the agent. So the request for payment to the hotel is completely out of our control. Also when the group was cancelled there was not enough travellers to maintain the group booking. The guest that requested to still go had the opportunity to do so for the same price as originally quoted but due to it being moved from a group to an individual booking an additional deposit was required to secure the same price. There was to be zero additional cost to the client at all. We sympathize with the fact that it was a medical deal but please understand that we are bound by the supplier terms and conditions. We hope this was able to clear up some of your concerns. Best of luck in the future and happy travels!
Negative experience: So The first thing, which is related to professionalism, was the fact the whole wedding group was given a date on which the total sum of the vacation was due. Three months after the initial trip was planned and booked, this date changed by almost a full month and a half, rushing people to save the remainder of the trip cost quicker. Second, the bride had to cancel due to medical reasons, granted it was discussed that it was a non-refundable deposit in the initial booking, but the groom was told by the travel agent upon cancelling that the remainder of the group had two options. A. lose the 200 dollar deposit, or B. go on the vacation as planned. I chose option B as I was really looking forward to the trip. Flash forward to last week, I call the confirm the trip and pay the remainder of my trip 2 weeks before the deadline with no return call, I email on the thursday and again no response, to finally messaging her on this page to find out that I have no choice but to choose option A. There was no communication sent out to the remainder of the travelers. If there wasn't enough people still interested in the trip for the group rate (10) a communication should have been sent out once the number of confirmed guests went under the needed head count. After speaking with them I was told that I'd need to book a new trip with a new deposit for the price that remained on the balance of my trip, nice right? The catch? I needed to have the deposit for them today before they closed or the deal would be void. I need to coordinate with the person whom I'm travelling with, ensure they have the money on hand and transfer the money for yet another deposit. All around it was a disappointing situation. So again, no I would never recommend this travel agent/agency. Nor will I ever book through a group rate with any travel agency, 100 or 200 dollars more for a trip for piece of mind is better then dealing with another situation like this. I hope whomever decides to book through this page doesn't have to deal with what myself and others did.
Jessica, Unfortunately due to the bride and groom canceling the trip there was not enough people to continue the group. As per Transat terms and conditions that was made clear prior to even booking in the first place. It is an unfortunate situation but blame also is unfortunately misguided. We do appreciate that this situation is unfavorable however we are bound by the terms and conditions set forth by our suppliers.
Fantastic experience: My holiday was a fairy tale come true. My airline, Diamond Club, and dolphin packages already taken care of and all I had to do was relax and enjoy. Grand Memories will be the place I return to. Their staff are the most gracious and caring people and they go out of their way day in and day out to make sure your time there is memorable. Go to Travel will get all of my future business and I will highly recommend them to all of my friends. Mike and his staff are well versed in how to make your holiday care free.
