Fantastic experience: My daughter had a great experience with Voyage Forum Travel on a trip to Mecca and Medina with Fuzail Bhai. He planned the whole trip perfectly by booking one of the best hotels in Mecca and Medina as well as 5-star buses which took the entire group to many amazing ziyarats(like masjid e Quba, the first mosque in Islam). He took care of everyone throughout the entire trip making sure no one was left out and everything was taken care of. We tried calling him about 4 times to change our ticket date without any response and when we got a hold of him he's saying 'you are harrassing me' Such an unprofessional person. Negative experience: Unreliable. I did call them, gave them my ticket number and they said it could be voided within first 24 hours and since I booked my ticket through a third party only you could void it. This was not the best or good deal. Today the prices have decreased again (similar to what it was on monday), but I was not informed to wait for the prices to come down or check back in a day or two before final booking.

I really don’t need to explain what happened and I don’t even want to spend my time on it. all I can say is that I lost 1000$ Canadian dollar because of their mistake and OMG I AM NOT recommending this place for anyone please please please please DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS with this agency. I hope GOD GIVE THEM A GOOD PUNISHMENT specially to the Arab lady that booked my tickets she was not professional at all. Not recommended for anyone to book your tickets with her from my side a BIG NO please don’t do it because you will be in problem with her.
