Negative experience: I reserved tickets through this company with a groupe. I wanted to upgrade my ticket and order food with air Canada airline ahead of time but impossible to do so with the app. As per air Canada the changes could only be done with the travel agent. After trying to repeatedly contact the person in charge at Mazel Travel Esther, she was not helpful at all, she did not return any of my calls and completely ignored me. When my husband finally reached her at the end of the day, she was very aggressive and wanted to offered to cancel our ticket ( for next day departure) instead of assisting us with our upgrade. The owner was not efficient either as he assured me a call back from Esther and I never received it. If I can offer any advice is not to do business with this company unless you want to ruin your vacation. Better off reserving with Expedia.
