Fantastic experience: Patricia was so helpful and thorough. She found the best flights at a great price. I will definitely refer her and will use her services again for my future trips.

Negative experience: Patricia sold me an expensive travel insurance and, when I needed to make a claim, she would not or could not provide me with a required supporting document.

Negative experience: She only got working on our trip after I asked for a refund. She had us on different flights until I pointed it out to her and she changed it. She doesn't always return phone calls and e-mails. I only got the e-mail concerning the travel credit on July 22, almost two weeks after it was given by Air Canada on July 10.

Negative experience: When you provide such a quality welcome, without reason, to a potential customer, it's time to change careers. A 'salesperson' who sighs, says no, or states that it's better to call for information rather than come to the store really needs to stop.

Negative experience: I believe this is my third Google review, and I found it very important to do it to prevent others from experiencing the same situation as I did. I called this company telling them I wanted to go south. Despite the fact that there are many travel agencies, I had always managed my itineraries and bookings myself. I exchanged a call with a lady who seemed very nice. She understood my needs and offered me 3-5 choices. She responded quickly, even on the weekend. I liked one choice she offered me. However, for a purchase of over $2000, I would like to have more options. So, when I asked her if she had other options and if these were the only hotels according to my criteria that she worked with, she replied: 'We do business with several places around the world Hahaha!' 'We are a travel agency'. I found the email a bit arrogant, but nothing more. So, in a more than pleasant way, I asked her to at least suggest a few other choices. I was always very polite in my exchanges, which I always do. It is impossible for them to find an inappropriate phrase that I would have said. She didn't respond for a week... I thought she was looking, but let's say that with their database, it's quite easy to find other places. I then sent her a very kind email at the beginning of this week asking where she was, as she might still be searching, which I understand. Four days later, still no response... For an agency rated 4.6 stars and with the words of 2 other families that had dealt with them, it seems quite common to act this way with their clients. If you tell me again in an email that you are a 'travel agency', it's like a real estate broker to me; we are not obliged to accept your first offer... It's a bit ridiculous to do this at that price... Finally, if you don't want to feel obliged to accept an offer for fear of no longer being responded to overnight, do not do business with this agency. It's really a 4.6-star rating that was probably 'boosted' by fake reviews (in my opinion only), because no company with this score had ever acted this way with me. To prove that what I'm saying is true, I comment with my real name and I have multiple email proofs that demonstrate my good faith. Honestly, I have reread myself multiple times and nowhere did I see an inappropriate comment. Getting 'ghosted' by a travel agency that doesn't seem to accept that you do not accept these 3-5 initial offers... It's quite ordinary, run away!

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my great experience with club voyages selectour : we booked our vacation with them destination isla murejeres , the choice of the ressort was key Riu Latino-services was impeccable, clean good food -beach was beautiful... I would definitely recommend this place and go back again in a blink!

Negative experience: Decrepit dilapidated office. Agent made me wait while she was talking to friend, then made a face when I asked her to help me book a flight, took my name and number, said she’d call back—never did. Found someone else, really helpful, who thanked me for having chosen them as an agent. Got me a good deal, too. All within an hour. Guess there wasn’t enough potential money for Ms Selectour on Monkland. Don’t go there!!! To quote another reviewer: unprofessional. Also rude and distasteful.

Fantastic experience: For our first family trip with our 1-year-old and 5-year-old children, I contacted Patricia. She was very quick and efficient in finding us a nice place for our stay. We went to Riviera Maya in Mexico. The hotel was great, the flight and transport to the hotel were well organized. I loved the Transat app that described our transport times very well, as well as all other relevant information related to our trip. Patricia was able to reassure me because she knew it was our first trip and that it stressed me out. She returned my calls very quickly and what I liked is that I never had to go anywhere; everything was done over the phone. I highly recommend her and for sure on our next trip I will contact her again!

The level of personalization of the trip, flexibility regarding the budget, transparency, understanding of the type of trip wanted, availability at all times, and the ability to get things done despite a short timeline are absolutely unmatched. We couldn't be more satisfied. We highly recommend this wonderful agency.

Negative experience: The service used to be good, but it is not at all anymore. A travel agency is supposed to advocate for the interests of clients who feel cheated since they cannot deal directly with airlines. Agencies must also provide accurate information to clients. So, when I claim what is owed to me, I never want to feel like I am bothering a service provider who receives a fee, a commission, and even a tip!

Fantastic experience: Patricia has incredible patience. She adapts to you and that is where her power lies. Her customer service is impeccable. In short, our family loves her. You can't go wrong by choosing her!!! Go ahead and contact her!!!!

Negative experience: Be careful before giving a deposit as they have a very strict non-refundable policy whether they end up providing the service they claimed they would or not.

Negative experience: I will never know what the service is worth, having visited the open agency, during opening hours and being turned away, invited to give them a call as they were « normally closed ». They seem to dispatch calls to « at home » agents but do not take customers without appointments. Neither did they offer an appointment. My presence seemed unwelcome, without even a polite greeting, I certainly felt I had no right turning up there. Sad considering I chose to visit the agency’s to have a human interaction.

Negative experience: Initially I turned up at the travel agent to be told I needed an appointment. No issue with this so I took Patricia's card to call and arrange. I was subsequently told we could do a zoom meeting. After several emails explaining what I was looking for I tried to arrange a convenient time to suit everyone but I didn't really get any further. After several weeks I emailed to see if she had forgotten about us to be told that she did send something (I had not received anything in either inbox or junk mail). She did however, offer an apology and said she would send something over the following day without fail. Needless to say I have not heard anything since. Really disappointed. I would not recommend.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience at this travel agency. I spent 45 minutes there without having my questions answered. The person had a 30 minute telephone conversation followed by two other phone calls, which kept disrupting the conversation. It was a total waste of time.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time with this agency. I had a meeting with Patricia regarding a trip and she said she would send me all the information and quotes and she never followed through, even after several prompts and reminders from me. She doesn't seem interested in new business.

Negative experience: Avoid this travel agency. Patricia has poor customers skill and lack any kind of patience. They do not like to be told that you have been places. I was treated with a lack of respect by Patricia. She wrote countless email that she was going to send me offers but never did never ever. Last email said she was contacting her supplier. She never got back to me. She was just trying to send me to the most profitable place for her but the most enjoyable for me. This place lack professionalism, respect and customers service. Avoid this place and Patricia at any cost.

Positive experience: NOT the best experience I have had with a travel agent! Ok but could of been better. Felt like my two-way domestic ticket did not have enough of a profit margin for me to get proper customer service and have my questions awnsered to my satisfaction.
