Fantastic experience: Merveilleux service surtout par l agente Mme Jihan Ammachah qui était très gentille ponctuelle patiente elle répondait toujours à nos questions et nos appels ( faut pas oublier son beau sourire ) et tout ce qu'elle nous a promis comme service étaient fait par exemple la place des sieges dans l'avion les chaises roulantes pour nos parents .... un grand merci pour vous Mme Jihane .... et merci pour l'agence de voyage House of travel pour le bon prix qui est moins cher que les autre agence donc je vous le recommande fortement

Negative experience: Terrible and the worst travel agency I have ever seen in 25 years. We were served by Anna Melkanova. It's a shame for those who hired her. Moreover, when we were there, there was another dissatisfied gentleman yelling. That gives you an idea. Don't go there. You will only find problems.

Negative experience: Terrible service (if we can call it service) by Anna Melkanova. They charge you for reservations even though it is not necessary. No courtesy, and worse, Melkanova got angry and shouted at me. Meh, pathetic. Moreover, it's impossible to reach her by phone when needed, she vanishes into thin air.

Negative experience: Very irresponsible staff. The lady on the phone hung up the call while I was discussing. Highly disappointed with their service.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Susan Gaitan did not provide any valuable insight into our South East Asian vacation questions and only offered up google type search results. More than that she charged us $50 for not booking anything with her stating "we do not work for free". This surprise left a huge sour taste in our mouths but will def not ruin our vacation. My recommendation: Do not use this agency's services....terrible. As a footnote I would also like to point out that I'm a very well travelled individual who has used many agencies in the past and have never been charged for not booking with them if I did not use the service...especially without notice. Bad for business guys. Good luck. Safe travels everyone.

Fantastic experience: My travel agent Anna Melkanova is really the best. I bought three trips with her so far to Russia, Vegas and Jamaica. Each time she was quick, efficient and such a sweetheart! It never took me longer than 20 minutes to purchase my tickets - I was in and out. I am very satisfied with the quality of the tickets all her services are amazing. I will keep going back to her for all my vacations and I recommend her to anyone who needs assistance.
