Positive experience: I have gone several times to buy a ticket, but the agency is closed, despite the opening hours the door was closed... otherwise, the last time last summer I was satisfied with my ticket.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever, till now we have not received our refund yet and their excuse is they are closed because they run out of business (Bankrupt) those are scammers and liars. Their office is still open and Still open based on IATA but they are telling all customers that they are closed to get as much money as they can from their clients. Shame on you scammers

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Uniglobe enough. I had my first experience working with a travel agency, and Veronika and Ariet did not disappoint! They were helpful and available whenever I had questions, and shared information I never would have thought about, as a first time traveller to an all inclusive resort. I travelled to Punta Cana with my one year old, and parents. Veronika made sure the room was set up comfortably for adults and baby. Prior to travel, several recommendations were provided, as well as deeper intel on the pros and cons.Looking very forward to booking future trips with Uniglobe.

Fantastic experience: This was our first trip and vacation in Cuba. The beauty is unparalleled! Lots of greenery, flowers, palm trees, the clearest sea. We stayed at the Memoris Caribe hotel. Caja-Coca. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, friendly staff. The food is good. A special note of love for this trip is of course the beach and the sea. It is perfect. Azure coast, transparent water, where the underwater world is visible. Thank you, Veronika, for your help in arranging the trip! I can’t wait for the next vacation. To fly away for a vacation again!

Fantastic experience: I booked a tour to Cuba through UNIGLOBE Voyages Lexus... During the phone conversation, I learned all the details that concerned me the most. When the dates were settled, I was offered 5-6 different hotels to choose from within the previously specified vacation budget, I chose Sol Varadero Beach 4*(16+). The girls stayed in touch constantly) They advised me on various issues that arose during the entire vacation. I want to personally thank travel agent Veronika, who on her own initiative helped me obtain compensation from the airline for the delayed flight. In conclusion, I would like to say that everyone has their own individual story... yes, the flight was delayed by 7 hours, yes, the air conditioning in the room didn't work for 2 days, but the support from the travel agency was 100%, so definitely 5 stars and my recommendation.

Negative experience: Was promised a reimbursement within 90 days when Uniglobe was unable to honor my flight plans in July 2022. Company keeps adding delays for reimbursement without cause. Was finally promised a reimbursement on December 23rd, 2022. Today, January 10th I still have not received my reimbursement of over $4,000. Be vigilant when dealing with this company. Based on my personal experience, they keep braking promises and seems like they will never keep their promise of reimbursing me. Buyer Beware. Update - March 21st, 2023: Still have not received a reimbursement. Sent an email several days ago; never received a reply. Update - July 11th, 2023 I received a cheque from Uniglobe that ultimately bounced. I was forced to head to their headquarters a 2nd time to receive a new cheque that ultimately went through. The owner writing the cheques was arrogant and dismissive of myself and the other clients who were there and also asking for the reimbursements. Now, I am still waiting for my parent’s’ reimbursement; The company keeps providing excuses . I contacted the consumer protection hotline of Quebec and was informed that Uniglobes’ stalling of my reimbursement was not correct. I will update my review once I get notice for my parents refund. Buyer beware. August 24th, 2023 Never heard back from Micha Ghossein. Now her voice-mail says she is away indefinitely. Was provided 2 numbers to call on her voice-mail. One number is invalid and the other goes straight to another voice-mail. Still no refund for my parents. October 3rd - The Final Chapter. Owner never got back to me. In a last ditch effort to get my parents refund before going to small claims court, I just phoned the company and spok3 with their accounting department. I spoke to a Mr. Johnny. He was polite and professional . Best of all he kept his promise. We agreed on a date and time and I was finally able to get my parents money back. In the future, save yourselves a headache and book directly with the airline. Thank you to Johnny for his help.

Negative experience: Worse experience in my whole life, their customer service is awful & terrible, the agent was not patient, has no credibility, she gives promises that she can’t do, we were promised to be booked on a certain date and 1 week before the date, she started giving unprofessional excuses and didn’t respond to our phone calls, she only uses WhatsApp voice messages which I found very unprofessional, then her husband got involved and started blaming us for calling , they used disrespecting and humiliating language towards us. After all, she told us that we are booked for a flight from Montreal and she confirmed that we will receive our tickets on the same date of departure, we drove from Ottawa to Montreal , my 16 years old daughter was so excited since we’ve been waiting for the tickets for more than a month and we already lost 1 week from our vacation, then we received a call from their office, asking us to return to Ottawa because they couldn’t book us for any flight, that was frustrating for us, they asked us to book a hotel in Montreal and they will book us for the next day, so we asked them for tickets , then the agent said that she can’t confirm. We took back our money and we were able to book tickets and get the boarding passes online on the same airways they said that they can’t confirm.
Negative experience: If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. We purchased 5 tickets in January 2020. We tried to use them for a flight in July 2022. 14 days before our flight they advised us that they could not honour the dates we had chosen and we had the option of being reimbursed. We are currently end of December 2022 and still no refund. They keep pushing out the reimbursement date month after month. Now they have indicated January 2023. Absolutely horrible experience.

Negative experience: Beware of this travel company their service is an absolute nightmare! I was left disappointed and frustrated by their complete lack of empathy and professionalism. When I did manage to get through, the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. It's baffling how they can make promises they clearly have no intention of keeping. Negative experience: Even one star is too much for a scammer like them. You give them a date to travel, the day passes, a week goes by, two weeks and the vacation is over, and nothing. They took the money on the spot but there is still no trip. Avoid them, they are big fraudsters. I don't know how they are still open; they don't even answer the phone.

Negative experience: Worst agency ever. They don't provide right information!! We bought a ticket for 4 person and because of their mistakes we payed almost 10 000$ I strongly ask them for insurance and they said insurance included but unfortunately it was not true!!! They accept their mistake but they don't accept the re payment. Seriously it is less chipper from the direct airlines website. It was painful experience and I don't want you to have the same!

Negative experience: Worst company ever. Bought our tickets in March for July, didn’t receive our tickets or even be told we weren’t receiving them. We are now in October and I still haven’t got a refund. They do not answers phone calls or reply to texts. I have tried everything! My self and other family members bought through them all with the same issue. To date no one has received a refund or any information. Basically took our money and scammed us.

Negative experience: Be warned this agency charges you 300/100 more in refund fees than other agencies, what a nasty surprise. I have always bought my travel tickets with this agency and have been doing so for decades. In 2020, I purchased a package for two people, around March 24, 2020 Air Transat suspended all flights due to the COVID-19 pandemic and we were unable to travel. This year, they offered a full refund, but this agency, unlike others, deducts $100/person instead of $30/person. I will no longer do business with this agency.
Negative experience: *Beware Fraud Company* They advertised about a route from India-Mumbai to Toronto-Canada via Oman Muscat during Baned direct flight rule from India to Canada. My Wife paid $2300 dollars for the ticket for her and my infant daughter. My wife and daughter travelled from her own town to Mumbai (1000 kms) and at the airport they didnt allowed to board due to uniglobe Agent didnt booked it properly. Its been a month now They are not paying us back the money.

Negative experience: Horrible service, absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have previously purchased through this agency, and had the same horrible experience I just forgot! I REGRET EVERY TIME I HAD TO DEAL WITH Eva. It is not only the rude way they will treat you, but they will sell you a ticket, while leaving out important stuff, which you'll have to deal with once you get to the airport. You are better off buying online or directly from the carrier, forget about the deals that they can offer you it is not worth it!
Positive experience: in an age where travel is done almost entirely online, it is nice to experience sometime the human touch: friendly staff, great location, eccellent service . i booked with them many trips and i receive consistently good service, the minus 1 star is because sometimes they are too busy and are difficult to contact and also i had price surprises (which i was told it was the airline fault) but ultimately we deal w the travel agent.
