Negative experience: No good comments to give. Staff not attentive to our needs. In addition, no follow-up on reserved and prepaid seats and service not received. You have to fight to get a refund.

Negative experience: It doesn’t even deserve one star! The agent who answers the calls is not professional. On the first call, she doesn’t even listen to what we are asking her, tells me to call back later, and hangs up right away. On the second call, she doesn’t listen to what I’m asking her and transfers me to another line. On the third call, she tells me that she can’t help me (even though the ticket is with their travel agency) and starts to scream. In short, her professionalism leaves much to be desired.
