Fantastic experience: Plusieurs clients ne comprennent pas que les reservations ont une date d’echeance. Quelques clients pensent en effectuant une reservation ils peuvent bloquer leurs prix plusieurs jours voir semaines en attendant de fixer leurs conges ou chercher l'argent pour payer….ce qui est illogique dans le monde d’aviation actuel !!! Ceci dit plusieurs clients ( Souvent peu organiser et indecis ) se fachent quand tu les informes que le prix va changer a la fin de cette date de reservation, le monde change vite et les prix des billets sont rendu comme la bourse , ils changent parfois plusieurs fois dans la meme journee et malheureusement beaucoup de clients sont tres mal informes concernant cette nouvelle realite du marche de l’aviation. Cher Monsieur tikobaini: Comment peut on faire deux reservations pour un seul et unique voyage?!! Un peu de credibilite svp ! Vous avez fait une seul reservation en date du 19 mai 2016 a 12h45. vous nous rappelez une semaine apres ( en date du 25 Mai 2016 le soir a 17h00 pour nous confirmer votre volonte d'achat!!! : des preuves sont disponibles ). votre reservation a ete annule par la compagnie aerienne le lendemain soit le 26 Mai 2016 a 12h45 ( ce qui est tout a fait normal apres tout ce delai ) Aucune agence ni compagnie aerienne n'acceptent ce delai de reflexion de la part du client. la majorite des compagnies aeriennes de nos jours ne laissent plus les reservations plus que 3 a 4 jours pour eviter la speculations dans les prix. Merci pour votre comprehension. P.S: Un client interesse et pret a payer peut toujours finaliser la reservation le jour meme ou le lendemain pour eviter la pertre de sa reservation.pourquoi stresser soit meme et faire stresser les agents de voyages avec?!

Negative experience: I can't conceive that an agency doesn't do its homework before advising on traveling to a country with a dog without validating if it's okay to bring it back and then ultimately suggests getting rid of the dog there and getting another one upon return!!! Unacceptable!

Negative experience: Very, very mediocre service, they make a lot of mistakes and have very poor communication, I do not recommend this agency to anyone. They sell tickets and change them the day before without notifying and, on top of that, without refunding us.

They set us good to go with him but when time to come back arrived, we found ourself with an agency that refuse to travel back the dog and absolutely no help to find a solution! Extremely desapointed!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this agency to anyone. Never ever will I contact them for a new trip. The worst travel agency I have dealt with in 23 years. A lot of negligence and lies. Not enough information about luggage; I had to empty my luggage a few hours before my departure because we are allowed only one suitcase per person (of course, the employee Chada Amja did not indicate anything about this).

Negative experience: A service that is more than mediocre. Madame Hadia is disrespectful and lacks professionalism. She told me she would get back to me but never did, despite my many attempts. EHHH! I'm not going to get my ticket for free from your agency. Lack of ethics and a major lack of good manners and know-how. Surely the worst customer service I have ever received in my life from Hadia. A blatant lack of professionalism and respect. Mr. Tawfik, you will need to address the gaps and the lack of organization in your agency, and also reassess the attitude and ethics of your representatives. I can assure you that I advise everyone in my circle to stay away from doing business with you in this way. If you continue this way, you will lose a lot. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs; you will be better served by using Google Flights yourself.

Negative experience: Bad experience, my flight was canceled weeks before my departure. The office did not inform me nor the airline; I found out at the airport. I called the company, and according to them, the agency did not provide my email. The next day, I went to the agency, and customer service had zero tolerance; they just blamed the airline. I lost a night at the hotel and had to redo my COVID test. So I do not recommend this agency; it's better to buy your ticket directly with the airline.

Negative experience: I've been booking three times with this agency. I'm so ashamed off their service. My mother booked with them for a trip to Australia and the incompetent agent forgot that an eta visa must be filled before arrival to australia. While at trudeau airport, i was trying to call what they seem to consider an "emergency number". But they didnt pick up the phone, is that really an emergency number?? I filled by myself the eta application and my mother boarded her flight last minute otherwise her vacction would be ruined. Thank you voyage maestro for your incompetence and this is the last time i book a flight with you.

Flagrant lack of professionalism and respect after contacting him for a date change on a flight ticket already purchased. Instead of simply apologizing for the misunderstanding caused by his lack of response for 10 days, he adds insult to injury by insulting me over the phone and getting my new reservation wrong once again, still without the slightest apology. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs; you will be better served by yourself using Google Flight and saving their abusive fees.
